Chapter III

Naturally exciting event bring happiness and a sense of joy to those who lucky enough to be given the opportunity. An opportunity to go beyond and explore. That was a Wish dreamt by many. More of a request then anything. We all want to explore out world. But of fears hold us back.

The small town known as Vanaville Town. Quite and peaceful are the words the locals use to describe it. Life is simple there. No one be,over that more then Serena. Being a local herself, her life never resembled anything other then those two words.

Entering the main part of town at her mother's request, excitement filled Serena's blood as it ran through at speeds unfamiliar to herself. Ultimately striking a sense of nerves.

Never before has Serena been permitted permission to leave the house without her mother with her, let alone actually be in the busy and chatty atmosphere of the shops.

She was awestruck by the beauty of it all. Her ocean blue eyes sparkled in amazement as her hand tightened around the single note her mother had given her for her purchase.

"Wow, I'm really here." She mumbled to herself. Standing in front the grand shops entrance while others walked in and out casually as if it were just apart of life. And it was. To them... but for this chained and controlled soul. This was a dream come true!

"Thank you..." Serena spoke softly and thankfully, titling her head and looking up at the bight blue sky as if some gardian angle was watching over her. Looking at the spot in the sky she gazed upon the night before. Thinking of her wish. This wasn't it. But she was still as grateful.

A smile of delight and joy pulled Serena along. Entering only to have her eyes turn into practically stars at how much they sparkled in amazement of such a sight. Everywhere the eye could look there was rows and rows of purchasable goods.

"Wow! This place is amazing!" Serena spoke in joy and excitement. Pulling her head together and taking put two baskets that wouldn't detach from one another until Serena lifted them out of the pile causing one to fall and hit the ground.

Crash!

The sound of the shopping basket hit the ground. Creating an upset in the atmosphere of the store.

Eyes zoned in. The glare of a hundred eyes, all with focused on one point. On one person. The stare that seemed like it lasted forever for the poor soul unfortunately enough to deserve such embarrassment but only lasted five seconds for the wielder for the glaring eyes.

A pink tint surfaced on the cheeks of Serena. Trying her best to hide her face in her long honey blonde hair to make herself seem invisible in her own mind. Ultimately a wall unable to climb.

"Hey, are you alright there?" A voice sang in the ears of Serena. His voice sending shivers through her body upon recognition it was directed at her.

"M-me?" Serena spoke titling her head upwards to lay eyes on male figure holding out his hand.

Memory? A dream? Destiny? Was that what this was? Or just an accident waiting to happen... a Spark or a flame? There is a difference. A wish was given. A wish was granted. A heart was filled. A smile was created.

"Yes you silly. My Name is Ash. What's yours?"

"S-Serena." Serena replied. Taking the boy named Ash's hand. Locking fingers in between Ash's, sending a never before felt feeling through her heart. Being touched. A touch of the opposite gender.

A wish. One wish. One chance. A Spark or a flame.
