In this one month.. Preeran came more close.. Preeta too started developing feelings for Karan

One fine day

Preeta was reading a book sitting in library.. Karan was sitting beside her getting bored

Karan: Preeta.. (Preeta looked at her) abb chale kya? Mai padhte padhte bore ho gaya

Preeta closed the book and sighs

Preeta: Par tumne toh abhi tak kuch padha hi nahi

Karan (frowns): Haa toh abhi mera padhne ka mann nahi hai.. aur college mai padhne ke liye kaun aata hai?

Preeta: Accha.. agar tum college padhne ke liye nahi aate ho.. toh kis liye aate ho?

Karan: Tumhare liye.. (Preeta raised her eyebrows) I.. I mean apne friends ke liye

Preeta: Abb mujhe samajh aa raha hai.. ki tumhare marks ku kam aate hai.. tum toh padhte hi nahi ho

Karan: Padhta hu naa.. exams ke ekk raat pehle.. (proudly) aur pass bhi ho jaata hu

Preeta (rolled her eyes): Matlab tum bass pass hone ke liye padhte ho?

Karan nodes.. Preeta looked at him unbelievably

Preeta: Tum..

Karan: Preeta please.. (cutely) aur no more discussion on studies.. chalo naa.. yaha se.. yeh etni saari books ko dekh kar.. mera sir (head) ghoom raha hai.. meri tabiyat kharab ho rahi hai.. (dramatically) mai marr raha hu

Preeta chuckled slightly and pulled his cheeks

Preeta: Tum naa.. bohot cute ho

Karan (smirks): Kya baat hai.. bohot cute lagne laga hu mai tumhe.. kahi pyaar toh nahi ho gaya tumhe mujhse

Preeta wide her eyes and then glared him

Preeta: Tum kuch jyaada flirt nahi kar rahe ho mujhse aal kal

Karan: Accha.. agar tum kaho.. toh abse tumse nahi karunga.. baaki ladkiyo se karunga

Preeta: Nahi.. (Karan looked at her) I.. I mean kisi se bhi flirt nahi karoge tum.. tumne kaha tha naa.. ki tum yeh sab chhod doge

Karan: Theek hai.. nahi karunga kisi se flirt bass tumse karunga babydoll

Preeta (confused): Babydoll?

Karan: Haa.. aaj se tum meri babydoll

Preeta bite her lips controlling her blush listening babydoll

Preeta: Par.. par..

Karan: Mai samajh gaya.. agar tumhe yeh naam pasand nahi aaya.. toh rehne do.. mai naa.. apni girlfriend ko iss naam se bulaunga

Preeta: Nahi.. maine kab kaha.. ki mujhe pasand nahi aaya (Karan smirks) aur ekk min.. tum phir se girlfriend banaoge.. tumne toh..

Karan: Haa.. maine kaha tha.. ki abb mai woh sab nahi karunga.. par mai toh apni uss girlfriend ki baat kar raha hu.. jise mai apni wife banaunga

Preeta (shocked): Tumhari koi girlfriend hai abhi? Tum.. (gulped) tum kisi se pyaar karte ho

Karan: Haa..

Preeta (looked away): Accha.. aur kaun hai woh?

Karan: Tum..

Preeta looked at him.. Karan burst out laughing

Karan (laughs): Mai majak kar raha tha.. chehra toh dekho apna (in mind: mai tumse hi pyaar karta hu Preeta.. aur apni biwi bhi.. tumhe hi banaunga)

Preeta: Dekho.. abb naa tumhara bohot ho raha hai

Karan: Aree bura matt maano.. agar tum chaho.. toh hum dono (leans closer) boyfriend aur girlfriend bann sakte hai

Preeta pushed him away and glared at him

Preeta: Shut up.. (shook her head) cute se jyaada naa.. tum pagal ho (Karan pouts) abb chale? Yaa mai tumhe padhna start kar du

Karan immediately nodes in no.. Preeta chuckes

Preeta (in mind): Sahi mai bohot cute ho tum

Preeta: Tu aise kaise car lekar chali gayi Misti? Abb mai kya karu?

Misti: Abb mujhe ghar mai kuch kaam tha.. aur aap library mai boring books mai ghusi hui thi.. toh mai kya karu?

Preeta: Abb mai ghar kaise aaungi?

Misti (smirked): Aap apne use friend ko bolo naa.. ki aapko drop kar de.. library mai bhi usii ke saath the naa.. accha ekk baat batao.. aap padh rahe the.. yaa uss handsome ladke ke saath kuch aur kar rahe the

Preeta (shocked): Misti tu..

Before she could complete.. Misti hangs off the call.. Preeta sighs irritatedly

Preeta: Yeh ladki naa.. bohot bigad gayi hai.. abb mai ghar kaise jau

'Mai chhod du kya aapko'

Preeta turned and looked at Prithvi who was smirking

Preeta (sternly): Nahi.. koi jarurat nahi hai.. mai khud manage kar lungi

Prithvi: Aree aap mujhse etna dur ku bhagti hai Preeta ji.. mai aapke close aana chahta hu.. aur aap hai ki mujhse dur bhagti rehti hai

Saying this he moved closer to her while Preeta moved back feeling uncomfortable

Prithvi raised his hands to touch her but someone punched him from back

Prithvi winced and turned to look at Karan who was glaring him

Karan: Himmat kaise hui teri Preeta ko haat lagane ki koshish karne ki.. (hels his collars and slapped him) warn kiya tha naa maine.. phir bhi samajh nahi aata tujhe

Preeta: Karan chhod do usee.. jaane do

Karan (angrily): No way.. he was trying to touch you.. he was making you feel uncomfortable.. aise kaise chhod du mai isee

He was about to hit him again but Preeta interrupted

Preeta (softly): Karan.. please.. mere liye.. jaane do isee

Karan looked at Preeta and then at Prithvi.. he pushed him away and went towards Preeta

Preeta looked at him smiling slightly and hugged him.. Karan hugged her back

Prithvi stood up and ran from there

Preeta (breaking the hug): Tumhe etna gussa ku aata hai Karan? Usne kuch kiya toh nahi naa.. tum aa gaye naa time par

Karan: But still.. I warned him before..

Preeta: Accha.. maar liya naa tumne usee.. abb toh shaant ho jao

Karan sighs and nodes

Karan: Tum abhi tak ghar ku nahi gayi.. aur tumhari car kaha hai

Preeta (frowns): Misti car lekar chali gayi.. ku ki usee koi kaam tha.. abb mujhe cab book karni padegi

Karan: Cab ku book karogi? Mai hu naa.. mai drop kar deta hu tumhe?

Preeta: Par..

Karan: Par warr kuch nahi.. mai tumhe ghar chhod raha hu.. and that's final

Preeta sighs smilingly and nodes

In car

Preeta was continuously gazing at Karan who was busy driving the car

Karan looked at her and raised his eyebrows

Karan: Kya dekh rahi ho

Preeta came back to senses and looked at him

Preeta: Ku.. kuch toh nahi

Karan: Tum kabse mujhe ghoore jaa rahi ho.. sacch batao naa.. (smirks) pyaar toh nahi ho gaya mujhse

Preeta: Tumhara abb jyaada nahi ho raha bajarbattu

Karan: Mai bajarbattu.. toh tum bajarbatti

Preeta: Gadi roko

Karan: Aree yaar babydoll.. tumne bhi toh mujhe bajarbattu kaha.. toh maine bajarbatti keh diya.. toh tum naraz ho gayi.. yeh toh galat baat hai naa

Preeta: Duffer mera ghar aa gaya.. isliye bol rahi ho gadi roko

Karan: What if I not.

Preeta: What if I slap you?

Karan stopped the car.. Preeta smirks and came out of the car

Karan slide the window and gaves her a flying kiss

Preeta glared him and turned.. she smiled shyly and left from there

Arora Mansion

Preeta's Room

Preeta was laying in her bed.. she smiled remembering Karan

She took a pillow and hugged it close

Preeta: Karan.. I don't know why.. but aaj kal uske saath time spent karna bohot accha lagta hai.. (pouts) aaj jab usne girlfriend ke baare mai kaha.. toh mai darr hi gayi thui (smiles) phir jab usne mujhe apni girlfriend kaha.. toh pata nahi ku.. bohot accha laga

'I think aapko Karan se pyaar ho gaya hai dii'

Preeta wide her eyes and turned towards Misti

Preeta: Tu soyi nahi hai.. (Misti nodes in no) meri saari baate sunn rahi thi

Misti nodes in nodes while smirking.. Preeta frowns

Preeta: Dekh.. kuch bhi bakwas matt kar.. mai.. mai usse koi pyaar nahi karti hu.. he.. he is just my friend

Misti: Pakka?

Preeta: Nahi.. he.. he is my best friend

Misti: Bass best friend?

Preeta (nervously): Haa.. haa.. abb tu mujhe jyaada pareshan matt kar.. mujhe bohot neend aa rahi hai.. good night

Saying this she turned towards other side and closed her eyes.. Misti chuckles

Misti: Aap maano.. naa maano.. aap Karan se pyaar karne lage ho dii.. and I am so happy for you

Karan smiled looking at Preeta's photo in his gallery which he clicked once

Karan: I love you babydoll.. dheere dheere tumhare liye.. mera pyaar badhta jaa raha hai.. kaash.. kaash tumhe bhi mujhse jaldi hi pyaar ho jaaye

He kissed her photo and slept hugging it close to him

Next Day

Karan was sleeping on his bed when his phone rang

He being irritated opened his eyes and took his phone from the nightstand

He looked at Preeta's name flashing in his phone.. he smiled widely and immediately sat straight.. he picked up the call

Karan: Hello babydoll

Preeta: Hello Karan.. so rahe the kya? Sorry maine tumhe etni subha disturb kiya

Karan: Nahi.. nahi.. mai toh roj subha subha uth jaata hu.. tum batao.. ku call kiya?

Preeta: Woh actually.. Karan..

Karan: Aree bolo naa.. don't hesitate

Preeta: Woh actually aaj naa.. meri car kharab ho gayi hai.. toh.. toh kya tum mujhe lene aa sakte ho

Karan (smiled widely): Why not.. tum ready ho jao.. mai aadhe ghante mai aa jaatu hu

Preeta (smiles): Okk.. I will wait

Saying this she hangs off the call

Karan: Babydoll ko pick karne jaana hai.. jaldi se taiyyar ho jaata hu.. warna late ho jaunga

Saying this he stood up and ran to washroom taking his clothes

Mishti looked at Preeta and smirks while Preeta rolled her eyes

Misti: Dii.. car toh bilkul theek hai.. toh aapne Karan se jhooth ku kaha

Preeta: Tu.. tu aaj college nahi aa jaa rahi.. mai akele jaungi toh bore ho jaungi

Misti: Haa.. haa college toh bohot dur hai.. 20 minute lagte hai jaane mai.. aur yeh toh bohot time hota hai naa

Preeta (glared her): Tu jyada bakwas naa kar.. mujhe taiyaar hona hai

Misti: Aree taiyyar toh ho aap.. aur ketna hona hai

Preeta: Bass thoda se touch up dena hai mujhe

Misti: But dii.. you prefer going to change without makeup.. right?

Preeta: Haa.. toh kabhi kabhi chalta hai.. abb tu mujhe pareshan naa kar.. Karan aata hi hoga (Misti smirks) tu jaati hai yaha se

Misti (chuckles): Haa haa.. jaa rahi ho.. and enjoy dii

Preeta glared her.. she ran from there

Preeta: Yeh ladki bhi naa.. bohot bolne lagi hai k

Preeran were in canteen.. Preeta pouts looking at Karan who was busy talking to his friends standing little far

Ritiwik looked at her and chuckles

Ritwik: Kya hua Preeta?

Preeta looked at him

Preeta: Apne dost ko dekho.. mujhe kaha babydoll.. chalo kuch khaate hai.. aur abb dekho.. jabse apne nalayak dosto se baat hi kiye jaa raha hai

Ritiwik: Haww.. bha.. Preeta.. tumhe mai nayalak lagta hu?

Preeta: Aree nahi.. nahi.. mai toh unn logo ki baat kar rahi thi.. you are far better then them

Ritwik: Accha.. etna better hu kya? Ki tum apni behen ki shaadi mujhse karwao

Preeta narrowed her eyes

Ritwik: Mai.. mai aise hi puch raha tha.. bass

Preeta (chuckles): Accha.. aise hi puch rahe the.. sacch sacch batao.. Misti kon pasand karte ho naa tum

Ritwik nodes rubbing the back of his head

Karan looked at them and narrowed his eyes

Karan (to his friends): Mai baad mai baat karta hu

Saying this he went towards Preeta and Ritwik

Karan: Kya baate ho rahi hai?

Preeta and Ritiwik looked at her.. Preeta glared him and looked away

Preeta: Tumse kya? Tum jao naa.. apne unn dosto ke saath baate karo

Karan: Kya yaar babydoll.. mai aa hi raha tha.. (to Ritwik) tu hatt.. jaa yaha se

Preeta: Karan.. kaise baat kar rahe hai.. sorry bolo

Ritwik smirked.. Karan smiled tightly

Karan: I am sorry Ritiwik ji.. abb aap yaha se jaane ka kasht karenge.. please?

Preeta: Par woh bhi humare saath lunch kar sakta hai naa?

Ritiwik: Aree nahi nahi.. bha.. Preeta.. mai jaa raha hu.. Karan.. ko aapke saath akele time spent karna hoga naa

Karan glared at him.. Ritwik smiled naughtily and left from there

Karan looked at Preeta

Preeta: Woh aisa ku keh raha tha? Ki tumhe mere saath time spent karna hai?

Karan: Woh toh aise hi bol raha tha.. (sits in front of her) tum usee ignore Karo naa

'Karan baby'

Karan slapped his forehead
