"But this is my room." Chanyeol said.

I blinked a couple of times before I asked "then where's my room?"

"Here of course." Chanyeol declared.

"W-what?" I asked.

"Aish Baekhyun always making me repeat things. I said this is your room." Chanyeol verified.

"But you're here too." I explained.

"So? I only have one room." Chanyeol revealed.

I face palmed and asked "then why did you ask me to live with you if you only had one room?"

"Because I'm helping you not get fired." Chanyeol grinned like he was really helping me.

"I'll sleep in the living room." I said.

"Why? It's cold downstairs." Chanyeol argued.

"Um then can I turn on the heater?" I asked.

"No." Chanyeol answered quickly.

"What? Why?" I questioned.

"You either sleep in my room or freeze downstairs." Chanyeol said smirking.

"I'll freeze downstairs then." I said and Chanyeol's smirk faltered a little.

"Fine then if you come begging me in the middle of the night I won't let you in." Chanyeol said threatening me.

I ignored him and pulled my stuff down in the living room. As I walked down I heard Chanyeol bang his door shut. Sighing I sat on the chilly leather couch that was facing a plasma tv that seemed to curve on the edges.

This penthouse seems luxurious and a dream house to many but it was lacking something important-warmth. There was no warmth at all and not welcoming at all. It sort of resembles Chanyeol in a way-it's expensive and beautiful but cold and uncomfortable to be with.

I put on two layers of clothing but none of my clothes have coats or very warm clothing. After scrambling through my luggage I went through a couple of rooms before I found the bathroom and took a quick shower. Then I layered on a thin plaid button up on top of my large white t-shirt. I took off my jeans and changed to sweatpants.

I laid down to sleep but unfortunately for me I get cold very easily and soon I was shivering. I ended up sleeping on the carpet because it was warmer than the leather couch. Unsteadily I fell asleep but it was still so cold and I felt numb.

Mmph I feel so comfy I'm probably dreaming right now. It's so warm. I snuggled closer to the warmth and felt myself finally able to relax after so long.

Chanyeol's Pov

That stubborn Baekhyun. Why didn't he just sleep with me? I thought as I tossed and turned in bed unable to sleep. People would kill to be in his place and I even asked him to-that ungrateful Byun.

Fine I'll just wait he will probably knock on my door in the middle of the night. Then I'll pretend to reject him and then let him come in after he plead me at least ten times. But after a few hours I knew he wasn't coming up.

I strolled down the stairs and expected to see him freezing on the couch but he wasn't there. As I was about to step away I heard a tiny sneeze from the couch. I walked over closer and saw him shivering on the floor.

I clenched my teeth and muttered pabo. Fine since your so stubborn I'll leave you here to suffer since you rejected my nice offer.

Letting out a breath I walked away. But then he gave out another tiny sneeze. I don't care...I don't care...it's not my problem.

But since I didn't want to take care of a corpse tomorrow morning, I came back with a blanket and threw it on him covering his whole body and face but his shivering didn't stop. Part of me wanted to leave him here so he can learn his lesson but the other half wanted me to protect him and not let anything harm him.

Cursing I slipped my arms under his back and legs then pulled him up in bridal style and walked upstairs.

When I reached my room I gently placed him on the bed and slipped one of my fluffy white pillows beneath his head. I swiped a bit of his hair away and his face was so cute sleeping. Long eyelashes and small parted lips with a little drool. I leaned in and kissed the corners of his lips wiping the saliva away.

I'm not going to kiss you yet no matter how tempting it is Byun Baekhyun. I'm going to wait until you are awake and let you experience all the emotions you possibly can.

I feel like making him suffer but then his eyes-yes it's definitely his puppy eyes and small innocent frame that makes me want to protect him. His sassy attitude sometimes intrigues me so much that I haven't been down in the clubs for ages.

It's been such a long time since I actually felt interested in something. Baekhyun you make my mind do things I have no control over and my heart open up. Maybe it was love at first sight but I regarded it as interest. But then Baekhyun everything you do from your cute gestures to your smile and personality in front of me strikes a chord in my locked up heart.

You're the first one who acts truly in front of me and you are so precious to this world that I now know I've fallen in love with you. The world is too cruel of a place for you to venture in so I'll protect you Baekhyun ah.

I brushed his bangs away from covering his eyes and turned on the warm ac. My body already felt warm and uncomfortable so I threw my shirt away and slipped in bed with the cute little puppy. The soft snores and his tiny whimpering lulled me to sleep.

I woke up when the light peeked through the curtains and reached for my remote then clicked on a white button to close them.

A ticklish feeling appeared on the crevice of my neck and I turned to see Baekhyun snuggling closer and closer towards me, the tips of his brown hair skimming against by neck.

A smile appeared on my face as he kept rubbing his cheek on me and then seemed to relax after finding the perfect spot and gave out a puppy whimper.

I slid my hand under his head while his legs tangled into mine. After I was content about where he was placed, I felt something wet and slimy dropping onto my chest. I peeked and saw Baekhyun drooling again. Without knowing I began to chuckle and felt content watching someone sleep for the first time.

My laughter probably woke him up because soon he rubbed his eyes and opened them one at a time.
