Ryul POV

I have been running along the forest area for an hour now. The sky is frighteningly dark. Suddenly lightning flashed through the clouds leaving behind a thunderous sound. "Aaaahhhh" I screamed. It looks like it might start raining any moment soon.

Slowly I have entered the city. Finally I could ask for help and find a safe place to hide from the upcoming rainfall. The city looks like it got shrouded by the same hue of darkness. The shops are closed with some flickering lights of the lamppost. Cats and dogs are seen sleeping or patrolling their areas.

Suddenly the wind blew and I felt shivering. It made me realize how less clothes I am wearing. Then only I heard the siren of the police car. A sense of relief took over me, I could finally see light in this distress. I tried to reach the police officers for help but I felt the blood draining out of my body when I heard their words.

" Sir why are we patrolling the city and finding for a girl at the middle of the night ". A young officer said probably to his senior. The older officer's face became white and he answers " Don't you know Kim Namjoon's wife has gone missing ".

Both the young officer's and my face became white. No no this can't happen. The police are also on Namjoon's side. If they catch me they would send me to him and Namjoon would kill me for sure.
I have to run away from here.

Author POV

Ryul has started to run away again from there. But some officers have already seen her there. "Catch her, if we don't get her then RM would kill us ". The officers also started to run behind her. The game of cat and mouse started. The feeling to be suffocated was strong. Y/n knew that if her legs give her away then her life would also give away.

She has continuously started to dodge the cops by entering into random alleys. But the city does not look safe anymore. So, Ryul started to run towards the mountain. The chasing officers got scared by seeing her decision to enter the forest.

" Madam Kim , the forest is very unsafe in the dark. Please stop we would safely send you home " a senior officer reasoned with her. But it only seemed to motivate Y/n more to enter the forest.

The officers warning only motivated Ryul to constantly move forward. Suddenly the lightning struck a tree resulting it to catch fire. At that very moment, heavy downpour started.

The situation looks quite unfavorable in Y/n's situation. She could also hear the barking of the dangerous hounds lurking behind. Men in black are chasing after her. She knows they are her husband's men. But she is continuously running in the rain.

Ryul POV

I have unconsciously reached the top of the mountain. The cops and the hounds are still behind. I need to run away from them somehow. But at that very moment , a chopper flew over me. Reaching the cliff of the mountain , I saw Kim Namjoon standing in front of the chopper flying behind.
