As Bela and Mahira are descending down the steps, Bela could hear Mahir asking everyone not to talk about Behir to Bela as she needs full privacy in this matter. Seeing Bela come, they stop talking and sit for breakfast. Soon, Bela starts recovering from the mishaps. Sometimes, she goes to Mahir's room and talks with him for few minutes and the rest of the time, her world revolves around Mahira.

Bela is so obsessed with Mahira that she can never think of anything else other than her. She feels happy and blessed seeing her small daughter. Mahir is happy seeing Bela coming back to normal and smiling sometimes. He keeps checking on her and makes sure she has her food on time and is taking enough rest.

Now when Bela and Mahir are growing close, Yuvi and Anu realise that their work and responsibility towards Behir, respectively, is over.

Anu and Yuvi are chit chatting when suddenly Anu blurts out her decision.

Anu: Mai decide ki hu that jaise hi Di aur Jiju ek ho jayenge, mai Delhi wapas chali jaungi.

Yuvi: Kyu?

Anu: Kyunki mujhe yaha rehne ki koi wajah nahi hogi. Dad ne kaha I can come there.

Yuvi is shocked. He isn't able to accept that Anu will leave him. He holds Anu's both hands with his and looks at her.

Yuvi: Mat jao Anu...

Anu: Kyu?

Yuvi: Tun yahi reh jao na pls...

Anu: Lekin kyu Yuvi?

Yuvi: Mere lie... I mean Bhabhi ke lie, Mahira ke lie, ham sab ke lie... Tum chali jaogi toh ghar khaali lagega mujhe... I mean sabko!

Anu understands the words hidden in his heart. She cups Yuvi's face and presses her lips on his and soon they start kissing each other. Anu is very happy but Yuvi suddenly realises what he is doing and he pushes Anu breaking the kiss.

Yuvi: I am sorry Anu...

Anu: Kya hua Yuvi? Tumhare aakhon me jo sach dikhayi de rahi hai wo tum zubaan pe kyu nahi laa rahe ho?

Yuvi: I am infertile...

Anu: What?

Yuvi: I can't be a father kyunki mujhme kuch problem hai. Mai apne selfishness ke chakkar me tumhare life barbaad nahi kar sakta.

Anu: Lekin Yuvi Bela di bhi toh infertile thi... Unke pregnancy ke lie bhi bahut saare complications the but she could deliver a very healthy baby!

Yuvi: Anu baat samajhne ki koshis karo, unki baat alag hai aur meri baat...

Anu: Shayad reasons alag honge lekin iss duniya me har problem ka solution dhunda jaa sakta hai.

Anu makes Yuvi face her and look into her eyes.

Anu: You trust me, right?

Yuvi: Yes, more than anyone.

Anu: Meri baat maano aur ek bar ham doctor se milne chalte hai.

Yuvi: Nahi Anu...

Anu: Mere lie Yuvi... Ek baar... Agar doctor ye batata hai ki iss problem ka solution kuch nahi hai toh ham shaadi ke bad adopt karlenge ek child ko but mai tumhe khona nahi chahti.

Yuvi is amazed to see the love Anu has for him. He cups Anu's face and kisses all over her face and pulls her into his arms and hugs her tightly. Anu hugs him back and they stay like that for some time.

Anu: You are the best thing ever happened in my life Yuvi. I Love you.

Yuvi: I Love you too...

Yuvi tells her how he had a break up before when she got to know about his condition.

Yuvi: Mere life me tumhare aane ke baad saare khushiyan wapas aa gayi hai.

Bela gets a call from someone.

Bela: Sir, kuch pata chala?

Person: Aapka shak sahi tha.

Bela: Thank you. I will contact you soon.

Bela goes to Mahir's room and sees him talking to Mahira. She holds his hand and takes him to her room.

Mahir: Bela kuch chahiye? Tum itni upset kyu lag rahi ho?

Bela hugs Mahir surprising him. He hugs her back and then Bela breaks the hug, takes his hand and places it on her stomach with her eyes filled with tears. Mahir looks at the stomach and then looks at her. He is amazed to realise the fact that they are going to be parents, again.

Mahir immediately picks Bela in his arms and rotates making Bela laugh. They hug each other happily. Mahir kisses Bela's forehead.

Mahir: I am the happiest person in this world. Aaj mujhe mera beta aur meri biwi dono mil gaye.

Bela: Aap kaise keh sakte ho that beta hi hoga?

Mahir: Kyunki hamare Dhruv wapas aane wala hai... Hamare lie.

Bela is very happy to hear those words. She hugs Mahir happily and both stay in each other's arms. Mahir then picks her in his arms and looks in her eyes for permission. Bela bends her eyes giving permission. So Mahir takes her to the bed and both make love to each other.

In the evening, Bela wakes up to find her husband sleeping happily.

Mahir: Tum mujhe ghoorna kab band karogi?

Bela: Kya kare? Mera husband mere taraf dekhta bhi nahi... Mujhe hi use ghoorna padta hai!

Mahir: Accha? (He gets on top of her) Now I am looking at you.

Bela smiles happily. Mahir kisses on her forehead and says, "Muskurati raho Bela... Iss duniya me mujhe agar kuch chahiye toh wo hai tumhari muskan. Ise banaye rakho chahe kuch bhi ho jaye."

Bela: I love you Mahir
