If you go downtown in Angler City, you'll find a rather large apartment building known by the name of Blue Pool Apartments. It's serviced, each apartment takes up nearly the entire floor of the building and comes with a pretty impressive view of the residential district. One of these residents is Christopher Halcyon himself. If you look into its financial records, you'll find that these apartments are owned by Halcyon corporation, and there's been a rather large number of 'renovations', not that anyone's actually seen them. Take the elevator, go down to the basement. Down there, the second elevator requires fixing. Go in, take that and press the basement button again. Beneath the basement is massive room. Customised weapons hang from walls, computer monitors and desks take up a large space where more often than not, those with electronic expertise are set up. Further in, there's the 'war room', filled with all the vital information that Argus has to store, and also where the planning happens. This way the information never has to leave the room. Should anything occur, the entire headquarters can self destruct after a brief evacuation period.
