🔸5 - I Miss You🔸
A sound of a yawn escaped from the little leaf elemental's mouth.
"Sleepy?" The lightning element asked as he carried him all the way to the living room.
His little cousin hummed silently, shaking in response.
"Just tired."
"How about you get some sleep for a while before we could discuss what's bothering you?"
Thorn gave him a small smile, nodding afterwards. Somehow, Thunderstorm found it cute as he did that and gave him a warm smile in return.
"Alright then."
The lightning element carried Thorn and put him down gently on the wooden floor.
"You can go to your cousin Cyclone's room for you to rest." He said, patting his little cousin's head gently while giving him a small smile.
Thunderstorm then turned to face at the wind element and nodded once.
Cyclone grinned widely and jumped cheerfully.
"Yes! We can play vid--" His older brother cut him off.
"No videogames. Thorn only needs to rest." The lightning element stated.
A groan can be heard from the wind element and huffed.
"Fine. Let's just go to my room." Cyclone sighed, and immediately went upstairs.
Thorn smiled widely and jumped in excitement.
"Yay!" The green capped boy exclaimed and hugged his lightning elemental cousin's legs. "Thank you, Cousin Thunderstorm! You're the best!"
He then let go of the quick hug and quickly went upstairs to go to Cyclone's room.
The lightning element just chuckled slightly while staring at his leaf elemental cousin as he went upstairs.
Thunderstorm was actually Thorn's favorite older cousin because he treated the leaf element as if he was his own little brother. Despite the fact that the two of them were only cousins, they treated each other like somehow, they were brothers.
As the leaf element reached his destination and entered his wind elemental cousin's room, his big, green eyes widened in surprise as he saw someone familiar to him.
"Cousin Blaze?"
The red capped boy glanced at the door, his crimson eyes were wide open in surprise.
"T!?" The fire element exclaimed, jumping up from the ground and tackled the leaf element to a warm hug.
"I missed you so much, T!"
The leaf element chuckled and returned the hug.
"Me too, B!"
The wind element also joined the hug.
"Yeah! The C.B.T Squads are back!" Cyclone cheerfully said while raising his fist up high in victory like he just won the lottery.
After a few good minutes, the three elemental cousins broke the hug.
"Wait. What are you doing here in their house?" Thorn asked his fire elemental cousin.
"My parents moved to another country to work there for a few years." Blaze explained, pursing his lips.
"But! At least my parents let me and my brother, Ice stay here for a few good years." He added, as he was internally screaming excitedly like crazy on the inside.
"Woah! Cool! You're so lucky!" Thorn complimented, pouting slightly afterwards.
"Well, I'll just get some rest for a while." The leaf element said, smiling a bit at his two cousins.
"Alright. We'll just be playing videogames in Blaze's guest room. Have a good rest, T!" Cyclone gave him a warm smile as him and Blaze went to the door and opened it, exiting from the room afterwards.
After the two exited the room, Thorn immediately went on his cousin Cyclone's bed and lied down.
He stared at the white ceiling silently, breathing softly and thought of the good things that happened today.
'I met my cousins again.'
'My favorite cousin, Thunderstorm saved me.'
'The C.B.T Squads reunited again.'
'My cousins comforted me when I was sad.'
'I'm now here, staying at my cousins' house, in my cousin's room because of...'
He paused when something hit him.
Then he remembered it again.
The fight.
The argument.
His beloved, big brother.
Solar.
His expression became gloomy again just by thinking of his big brother's name.
He doesn't hate his big brother in particular.
He just hated seeing him work everyday.
Everyday.
Until, it reached to the point that he had already forgotten about him.
He only wanted to get his attention.
He misses playing with him.
He misses their bonding time together.
He misses his gentle hugs,
His cheerful laughs,
His warm smile,
And most of all,
He misses his big brother,
Solar.
He wanted to go back home.
But, he was afraid, fearing that his big brother might get annoyed and get angry with him again.
He was scared of his big brother.
With his mind full of thoughts, he hadn't noticed he was already crying.
He wiped the tears away from his eyes and faced his body sidewards from the bed.
He couldn't bare the pain feeling from his chest.
'Maybe if I doze off to sleep, the pain will go away...'
He thought as closed his eyes and before he could even drifted off to sleep, he mumbled a few words under his breath.
"I miss you, big brother..."
He dozed off and was fast asleep.
But, he didn't realize...
His cousin, Thunderstorm was watching him all along from the door.

Tired.
Restless.
Exhausted.
Beads of cold sweat were trickling down his face.
The light element spent hours finding his little brother, but to no avail.
He was completely exhausted, but he wouldn't give up just yet.
He wouldn't.
He mustn't.
He can't.
He can't give up on his little brother.
He can't give up on his only family he had right now.
He must find Thorn no matter what.
But, where?
He stopped running for a moment as he panted heavily.
He thinks deeply for a while to where Thorn had gone.
Few seconds had passed, he came up with an idea.
He knew where to find Thorn.
In his cousins' house.
He immediately rushed to where his cousins' house were located.
"I'm coming, little brother..."
