Location: The mall

If his members would've seen the way he acted towards Jisoo, then it was definitely going to be a hot topic amongst the group for who knows how long. Jungkook couldn't believe himself either; him being all close and intimate with the female. It seemed like he finally grew a pair stopped being shy around girls. This phenomenon was miraculous, needless to say; and he was glad that Jisoo was the first female he got comfortable with.

"Any ideas on which store we should head into first?" Jungkook asked, looking around the mall. Jisoo followed closely as their hands were still intertwined together; the male grew accustomed to the feeling of having her hand wrapped around his.

The female shrugged. "I don't know... Shopping isn't really my thing." Jisoo commented, slightly embarrassed as her thoughts go back to the time where she groaned in frustration when the girls brought her to look for new bed sheets for their new temporary house (referring to 'BLACKPINK House').

"I remember..." Jungkook chuckled, remembering the exact 'BlackPink House' episode Jisoo was referring to, "You looked like you were about to combust at any moment during that episode."

"Yeah, and that shows that I'm not girlfriend material." Jisoo remarked.

"Lies." Jungkook countered, yet he stated ever so quietly that Jisoo was unable to hear. Though, the female heard a segment of it and whipped her head towards the male's direction.

"Did you say something?" Jisoo tucks a strand behind her ear, unknowingly that the certain action was pulling Jungkook's heart strings. His cheeks were dusted with a pink color as he quickly averts his attention away from her, not allowing her to see him being a blushing mess.

"Nothing..." Jungkook muttered. He then looks around until he spots a shop—one that sold a variety of plushies and other cute items. The male pokes Jisoo in the cheeks, who 'glared' at him for doing that. He chuckles and points at the shop.

Jisoo laughs. "Are you serious? You want to go there?" She puts her hand over her mouth, doing her very best not to break into a fit of giggles. Jungkook playfully smacked the female, "Noooo~" He whined, "I thought you would want to go there... You know what? Let's just look for-"

Jisoo tugged onto Jungkook's stop, stifling a laugh. The female found it amusing how her friend was fussing about; it also made him look cute—which was a first for the female to describe him using that word.

"Chill dude." Jisoo snaked her arms Jungkook's right arm before ushering him to follow her, "Let's just go. Maybe I can find some stuff to buy for my members."

All the confidence Jungkook was able to build up before had completely vanished upon feeling her arms being linked around his. The male finds it to be very intimate—to him, atleast—and couldn't help but become flustered at the action. He quietly allows Jisoo to lead the way; they entered the shop, surprising the cashier and the few customers that were there. As expected, some grabbed their cameras and took pictures or videos whilst the others either shrugged them off or whisper rumors to each other. Either way, that was the entire purpose of the date—to fool the public.

"Lisa's going to love this..." Jisoo mumbled, picking up a unicorn plushie. The male quietly observes her as she puts a lot of thought into buying plushies for her members. He finds it adorable that she knows which animals represented her members; watching her gush over the plushies was seriously tugging his heartstrings.

It didn't take long for Jisoo to notice that Jungkook was just straight up staring at her. She glances at the male and slightly tilts her head to the left, "Is there something on my face?"

Jungkook mentally cursed as he averted his attention away from Jisoo; his pale cheeks and ears turning tomato red. The female eyed him, finding his behaviour to be rather odd. "Hey.. Is there something bothering you?"

She turned to the direction to where Jungkook's eyes were looking, and spots two fans holding up their phones—either snapping photos or recording them. Though it was what both of their companies wanted to happen, Jisoo couldn't help but feel uncomfortable. 'Maybe this is why Jungkook has been acting off..' she thought to herself.

"Don't worry, Jungkook.." Jisoo whispered, "This will be all over soon..."

The younger definitely appreciated the fact that Jisoo was reassuring him, and he was glad that the female didn't catch his red cheeks; otherwise she would've put the pieces together and came to a conclusion that of him harbouring feelings for her. As much as Jungkook wanted to let it out; to confess what has been locked up in his chest for so long; he simply isn't willing to risk it.

"Thanks Chu..." Jungkook muttered before giving the girl a tight hug, to which she happily gave back. The two then pulled apart before walking around the store the some more. They soon checked out the store; both were carrying one plastic bag—Jisoo bought three small animal plushies for her members and Jungkook got a medium-sized bunny plushie (ehem ehem).

In the a midst of the chaos that is currently ensuing in the Internet, Jungkook and Jisoo are currently strolling around the mall. After their first stop, the two decided to look around since they were unfamiliar with the place. Despite the dozens of cameras snapping and recording their movement, it wasn't bothering them at all. They weren't crowding them or anything like that, which was a nice change for once.

'Where to go?' Jisoo pondered for a minute, looking at the shops and kiosks they passed by. She picks up her phone and the screen automatically lights up, displaying the time: 11:30 am. They still had a long way to go before the movie. As she shoves her phone back into her pocket, she spots a small dog café. Unconsciously, she tugged onto Jungkook's sleeve, causing the male to abruptly stop in his tracks.

"What is it?" Jungkook asked, looking at Jisoo. The female then looks up at him, pointing over to the café that she spotted; she looked like a kid that was asking her parent with puppy doe eyes.

"Can we go there?" Jisoo asks, her voice being slightly higher than normal.

'I-Is she trying to persuade me with 'aegyo'?' The male thought as his heartbeat quickened. He then looks at the direction to where Jisoo was pointing and immediately agrees.

"Sure.. We could use a break." Jisoo's eyes brightened up with glee as she excitedly pulls Jungkook to the café despite hearing the male telling her to 'slow down'.

The pair entered the small café. Jisoo absolutely adored the interior design; it had a vintage vibe to it. A variety of dogs proceeded to swarm around their legs. The female was in awe as she bent down to pet one dog, a Corgi, to be exact.

"You're so cuuute." Jisoo cooed as she gently pats the head of the Corgi. Another dog came up to her; this time, it was a Golden Retriever. The dog barks, as if asking for the female's attention.

"Waah. You're cute too~" Jisoo then proceeds to shower the dog with the same amount of attention as the Corgi.

Whilst Jisoo was admiring the dogs, Jungkook was admiring the girl from the sidelines. When he thought that Jisoo couldn't get any cuter, she goes and does stuff like this and it was honestly making it harder for him to forget about the gal. He decides to take a few snaps on his phone before 'clearing his throat' to gain the attention of the female.

Fortunately, Jisoo was able to hear Jungkook's call and immediately stands up. He then beckons her to the counter. The male barista and female cashier that were there were rendered speechless. Jungkook smiled at employees and gave them a curt nod before looking back at the female. "See anything you like?"

"Hmm..." Jisoo thinks for a good minute before deciding on the hot chocolate and a plate of blueberry muffins. She then turns to Jungkook, "Order a drink. We'll share the muffin."

"Alright. Then I'll have the 'cookie crumble smoothie'." Jungkook says before looking at the male barista, who was still shaken by their appearance. He wasted no time and worked on their orders. Just as the male idol was about to grab his wallet, Jisoo caught his wrist.

"I'll pay this time... It's on me." Jisoo then smiles before gesturing the male to go find a seat for the both of them.

Jungkook was about to protest. It wasn't gentlemanly at all to let a woman pay for his snacks, but Jisoo was persistent and managed to convince him to find a seat and sit down.

He found a comfortable spot, which was situated in the corner. As he sat on the table, he noticed an old couple that was sitting a table away from them. It seemed like they brought their dog along and were watching it play alongside the others dogs that were in this café. Jungkook thought of him and Jisoo in the same position; married and in each other's arms.

'That would be nice...' He thought as he continued to daydream. Then a flashback of Jisoo referring to them as friends crossed his mind.

'Yeah... It's never going to happen.'
