"Jisoo!"

The voice of an older female roared throughout the silent game stop. Hearing footsteps closing in immediately made Jungkook stop in his tracks. He took once step back and turned the other direction to avoid getting seen.

He grabbed a nearby comic book from the shelf and hurriedly flipped the pages to look like he was scanning the object. Jungkook mentally slapped himself for being such a wussy when it came to girls; this was his chance to finally be close with one of the girl groups he admires but he let it slip through his grasp.

"I told you to wait for me.." A voice of an older female was heard, followed by the giggle of another female - most likely to be Jisoo.

Jungkook slowly lowered down the comic book just so that he could have a peek on the female idol that was only a meter away from where he was standing.

"I'm sorry about that manager... I couldn't help myself~" He heard Jisoo reply before everything went completely silent.

Jungkook saw that the younger female had an innocent smile her face, trying to convince her manager that she didn't intentionally left her in the van alone.

He couldn't help but smile as well; Jisoo was way too cute with her antics in trying to stay out of trouble.

"Whatever, let's just leave." Her manager stated before turning her heels and headed towards the exit.

Jisoo looked at her manager in disbelief and couldn't help but protest. "But I haven't bought a game yet! You know I can't just always play Overwatch all the time." she stated as she started running to her manager.

Jungkook's eyes widened upon the mention of his all-time favourite game. Who would've thought that the visual of a monster rookie girl group is a player of Overwatch?

He glanced at Jisoo, who was now trying to convince her manager to stay for ten minutes just so that she could select a few video games. Jungkook's lips slowly curved into a small smile before he returned the comic book back to the shelf.

He then shoved both of his hands in his pocket and started walking to the back of aisle, where no one could see him selecting more games.

Jungkook was definitely going to ask Jisoo for her username if he was given another chance.

A few days later...

Jisoo took one last look in the mirror before giving her outfit a thumbs up. Her blue sweater, white jeans and matching Converse shoes were enough to make her look decent to go out of their dorm. She grabbed all her necessities before exiting her bedroom.

Today was Sunday, which means that Jisoo will be heading to the SBS building where she will become MC Chu. Though, she isn't the only idol who carries the job as an MC, there was Jinyoung and Doyoung who'll be beside her during their filming.

She would be lying if she said that those two were the terrible company; they were the complete opposite of bad, they made her laugh and smile throughout her months of being an MC. Jisoo cherished their moments together because male friends like Jinyoung and Doyoung were rare to find in this cruel world.

Back to the story, Jisoo was now slowly approaching the SBS building where she could see dozens of fans gathering in front of the main door. So once she took a step outside the vehicle, BLINKs started screaming as they recognized the visual of BLACKPINK walking towards the building. Security guards immediately proceeded with blocking the paths of the fans so that the female will be remained unharmed.

Jisoo felt bad that she couldn't talk to her fans, so she waved to them before entering the building. The screams and chants of the BLINKs outside never faded, instead it grew a bit louder when she was no longer in their line of sight.

"That was such a huge crowd waiting outside." Sangwon stated as she walked alongside Jisoo to the dressing room.

"But they were extremely supportive BLINKs, hearing their cheers just excites me." Jisoo chimed happily as she was now standing in front of the dressing room.

"So, you're not nervous anymore?" Sangwon inquired before gesturing the younger female to get inside the room.

Jisoo smiled and nodded at her manager before stepping inside the dressing room.

Somewhere else...

Jungkook was scrolling down his phone with a bored expression on his face. There was nothing he could do in their dorm because Jin basically stripped him off his freedom of playing his computer games. The older explained to him that the radiation was bad for him and that he should interact with the outside world more.

He sighed as he turned off his phone and placed it on the coffee table that was in front of the couch he was laying down on. Jungkook was currently in the living room with two of his hyungs: Taehyung and Yoongi.

They were watching some variety shows however, Jungkook considers them boring since the hosts rarely talk about popular video games like 'Overwatch', 'Call of Duty', 'Fallout' and etc.

But his thoughts were immediately interrupted when Taehyung changed the channel. The screen suddenly displayed the face of a rather familiar female. Jungkook's eyes widened as he immediately sat up from the couch and his attention was now glued to the screen.

'No freaking way..' Jungkook thought as he recognized the female to be Kim Jisoo of BLACKPINK. He wasn't aware that she would be an MC of a noontime music show; he really should start looking into social media platforms for more updates.

He then turned to face his hyungs. "I didn't know that Jisoo-ssi was an MC for Inkigayo."

"She started not too long ago... Maybe that's why you haven't heard of it yet." Yoongi stated as he leaned back whilst his gaze was still fixed on the television.

"But she really is good at her job." Taehyung chimed as he watched the woman in the screen with admiration laced in his tone.

Jungkook eyed Taehyung suspiciously, but immediately shrugged it off and averted his attention back to television. Jisoo was now introducing the next performer by the time his eyes landed on the television.

With Jisoo being an MC, his chances of meeting her again are 100% since she would still be going to Inkigayo by the time they make their comeback. However, would he take the chance of actually talking to her?
