The Sun has begun to rises, the alliance and Shinsengumi has been leaded by Nanobu toward Hakata port. They brace themselves as arrows of the Kurosawa begins to rains on them. Miyamoto yells and jumps off his horse while his legs kicks one of the Kurosawa on the chest, quickly Miyamoto charges and stabs his blade on the samurai's face. Koji gets off his horse and runs straight toward Nanobu's direction. The Alliance and Shinsengumi archers begins to shoots their arrows on the enemy. Yuriko and Sayaka attacks the samurai, Yuriko then pulls Sayaka to take cover in one of the camp as the Kurosawa Samurai shoots their arrow toward them. Yuriko turns around and gasp as she sees Lady Mikasa behind her, standing awkwardly with a Naginata in her hand.

Yuriko drops her bow, slowly walks toward Lady Mikasa while tears dripping from her eyes. Sayaka scoffs and holds Yuriko's shoulder from behind as she speak "She is the traitor Yuriko. Do not fall for her sympathetic tricks!" Lady Mikasa glares at Sayaka as she speak "Do not interfere peasant, this is family matters." Sayaka shakes her head and walk past Yuriko "Saori dies because of you! You do not have the right to shut me down, Mikasa!" Mikasa ignores Sayaka and turns to Yuriko as she speak "Yuriko, she is right. But I only do it because I have no other choice. Otherwise he will kill me..." Yuriko looks down while tears stream down her face as she speak "But... what about father? Mitsuhade told me what happened to him. Why can't you save him?!" Lady Mikasa sigh and answers "it's not that easy Yuriko..." Yuriko then glares as she yells "You left your husband! To rot until he dies! Where has you put your Honor Mother?!" Mikasa groans as she raises her voice "You have no right to talk to me about honor, what about you? Following a traitorous clan, slaughtering the samurai all for nothing! You are no difference Yuriko! You are nothing but a trash to society!" Sayaka hits her Yari on the ground as she yells at Mikasa to stop. Lady Mikasa eyes widen as she realized what she has done. Raises her arms to hug Yuriko as she speak "Yuriko... I..." Yuriko raises her hand to stop Mikasa as she speak "Stop! Enough... Surrender, and answer for your crime!" Mikasa sigh and takes her weapon back "I won't be killed by the Shogun... I will live to see the new age..." Yuriko draws her tanto and gets in stance, so does Sayaka. Yuriko then speak "Then I'll send you to judgment myself."

Mikasa charges and swings her weapon shaft toward Sayaka's head, Yuriko manages to help Sayaka by blocking the attack with her tanto and pushes Mikasa back. Sayaka charges and spins with herYari blade swinging toward Mikasa rapidly, but Mikasa manages to dodges each of it before she hit the weapon with her own Naginata. Yuriko ducks under both weapon and strikes her blade toward Mikasa's abdomen but Mikasa manages to dodge and kick the blade out of Yuriko's hand. Sayaka tries to hit Mikasa with her Yari shaft but Mikasa manages to block each before she swings her weapon and hits Sayaka's, causing Sayaka to stumble aside. Mikasa swings her Naginata shoe and hits Sayaka's head with it. As Sayaka falls on her knee, Mikasa raises her Naginata with the blade points at Sayaka's head. Before Mikasa can thrust her weapon down, an arrow suddenly struck on her left shoulder. Mikasa looks up and sees Yuriko holding her bow, and shoots another arrow on Mikasa's right rib, causing Mikasa to falls on her knee with her weapon down. Mikasa's voice shakenas she calls for Yuriko. Sayaka stands and picks up her spear, taking position behind Mikasa while Yuriko kneels in front of her mother, holding her tanto. Yuriko squint her eyes and pushes the tanto on Mikasa's stomach, Sayaka quickly swings her Yari and cuts off Mikasa's head. Yuriko bow and speak"Goodbye... Mother"

Outside, Nanobu runs up the plank toward his ship, but Miyamoto was able to jumps on stack of barrels that was positioned beside the plank. Miyamoto stands in Nanobu's way to the ship. Nanobu turns back and sees Koji blocking his way from behind. Nanobu sigh and draws his Katana, both Miyamoto and Koji charges and swings their blade from each of Nanobu's side. However, Nanobu manages to duck, letting the Koji's and Miyamoto's blade to strikes each of their own. Nanobu kicks Koji on the shin and swings his blade on Miyamoto, while Miyamoto was able to jumps back, the blade managed to strikes right on Miyamoto's left eye. Miyamoto screams in pain and drops his blade on the ground while he hold on his left eye which is flowing with blood. Koji stand back up and glares as he sees Miyamoto "You will pay for that Nanobu!"

Koji strikes his blade at Nanobu but was blocked each time his blade gets near him. Nanobu kicks Koji's chest and raises his blade, but before Nanobu can strike it, an arrow meets his blade, causing it to flies off his hand. Sayaka run pass Koji and swings her Yari on Nanobu, but Nanobu manages to catch the spear shaft, pulls it and kicks Sayaka's gut before he uses his momentum and pushes the Yari forward on Sayaka, causing her to stumbles back. Nanobu let go of the Yari and runs toward his weapon. Picks it up in time to blocks Miyamoto's blade from hitting his face. Both of them grunts while pushing one another blade, suddenly Nanobu feels a sharp metal stabs on his stomach. Nanobu looks at both Miyamoto hand that is still holding his own blade, and finally realizes Koji that has thrust his blade pass Miyamoto's side and onto Nanobu's gut. Blood ripples from both Miyamoto and Nanobu's mouth, Nanobu yells in anger and pushes Miyamoto away along with the blade. Koji pulls the blade out of Miyamoto and holds his allies from falling to the ground.

Yuriko shoots her arrow and this time it hits Nanobu's chest, before Nanobu can do anymore, Koji charges and thrust his blade on Nanobu's ribs. Koji twist the blade and pulls it out, Nanobu groans and falls on his knees. Holding on his wound, Nanobu looks back up and says "You are attacking the wrong person... It is the Daimyo's order! I only does what he told as I am his loyal servant!" Koji scoffs while he spins the blood off his blade as he speak "Loyalty... Does not stand on who the person we serves, But it stands on why, they are the person we serves. You see what is wrong with your leader. And you decide to follow along, like a cow who follows wherever their master goes. That is not, the kind of Samurai I am..." Nanobu scoffs and looks down while Koji continues "A Samurai... does not prove their skills only by their swordsmanship, but also with their mind. In your case, you have failed Lord Kurosawa. I, Masaharu Koji, sentence you to death..." Nanobu smiles as he looks down as he speak "Wise word, lord Masaharu..."

Koji spins his blade, the sharp side of his blade is facing Nanobu. Koji then swings it on Nanobu's nape, decapitated the samurai general's head. Koji picks it and yells at the people "People of Kurosawa! I have slain your General Leader, Surrender! And fall beneath the Shogun! With all your honors!" The Kurosawa Samurai looks up and gasp at the scene of their Leader, Kurosawa Nanobu's head hanging on Koji's hand. They all grunts and drops their blade, the Shinsengumi and Alliance quickly get to the Kurosawa Samurai and arrest them. Toshizo steps near Koji and yells to the people "Kurosawa Samurai! You are all under arrest for committing treachery toward our Shogun! You has broken your Bushido Code! And betrays our ruler!" The Alliance Forces and Shinsengumi pulls the Kurosawa samurai up and prepares to cage them to travel to the Shogun's castle.

Toshizo sigh and turns to Koji with a concerned face as he asked "How are you?" Koji chuckles and shows his wound as he answers "Just a little scratch, how are you Mr. Toshizo" Toshizo nods and says that he is fine, he turns around as he speak firmly "What you did... Was a good deed Lord Masaharu... But I'm afraid I am not a big fan of the way you did it..." Koji smiles vanishes as he looks down, Koji then answers "I know it is not the way of the samurai. But it is the only way for us to win." Toshizo groans and pushes Koji on the arm "We Samurai does not fight only to win... We also fight for honor. And they way you did things, it is the opposite of honor code, you have violated the Bushido guidance!" Koji nods, while keeping his head down he answers "I know, and I am ready for any consequences..."

Toshizo muffles a curse under his breath as he say "The Shogun will demand a head... Four of you, follow me." Miyamoto groans in pain, Koji supports him to stand as Sayaka smiles and nods as she says "Thankfully, you did not struck it in a vital point. I've patched the wound, but you will survive Miyamoto..." She smiles, Miyamoto rolls his eyes and follows Toshizo while Koji supports him. Sayaka and Yuriko follow from behind.

Five of them enters one of the Kurosawa tent, the four warrior braces themselves as Toshizo glares at each one of them and speak "Koji, your request to restore your clan by recruiting the Kagesama Samurai along with these three warriors will be rejected... I do not support of it as your action will result in same as the Kurosawa themselves. But I know how to save all four of you..." Miyamoto raises his brow as he asks "Well tell us then, if I stand any longer I might starts to chew on the grass later..." Toshizo sigh as he speak "I have an idea how to save all of you... Just say, all four of you fought against me, and able to escape..." Yuriko raises her brow and ask "By naming us a criminal?" Miyamoto groans as he step forward "But that means we will never be rewarded!" Toshizo scoffs and say "Being able to keep your head is enough reward for you peasant!" Koji pats Miyamoto's back to calm him while Miyamoto cries in spirit.
