Nighttime, Koji, Sayaka and the sailors has sailed to Tokushima Prefecture with their food supply. Several days before Sayaka and Koji notices a crimson red fireworks exploded in the sky so he knows that Yuriko and Miyamoto has news for them about new camp and allies. Koji, Sayaka and the sailors climbs on Mount Tsurugi. Saori walks toward a Wakizashi lays beside a tree with a two bows, suddenly three people jumps off the tree and about to attack Saori before Koji yells at them to stop. Yuriko gasp and bows, apologizes to her while Tomoe and Miyamoto scratches their head awkwardly behind Yuriko. Saori bows back to tell her it is fine. Koji and the other then joins the group with a smile. Sayaka quickly hugs Yuriko while Koji was about to bow to Miyamoto but was stopped by him. Koji then folds his arm and smile, looking at Tomoe while he says "So, this is our new ally. Pleasure to meet you, I'm Koji. Masaharu Koji" Tomoe bows to Koji and smile as she introduces herself as the new archer for the alliance. Koji nods in approval before he pats Miyamoto and congratulates him.

While Sayaka, Saori and Yuriko exchanges their experience so far, Koji, Miyamoto, Tesso and Tomoe forms a group at the uphill of the mountain. Koji sigh and looks at Tomoe with a concerned face as he says "I knew it would be bad. But I didn't expect this. A warrior working alone to fend for her village. This must be hard for you." Tomoe nods and appreciates Koji's concern about her being. It was hard being the only villager that knows how to fend for themselves in order to keep her friends and husband save. It is harder to tell her husband the truth of why she was gone at night and now having to leave the village to put herself in danger all for the land's sake. Koji nods, showing sympathy before they all looks at the stars. Tesso sigh as he says "I really wish the Keshi Samurai could join, they have lost so much. If only they are not so cowardice." Koji scoffs as he tells the others what the Keshi Samurai has done to the villagers, manipulating the villagers and announces their treachery toward the Shogun. Koji has no choice but to injure the Keshi Samurai for them to learn. Miyamoto looks at Koji with his brows raised, he says that the Keshi Samurai could have helps us saves the land if Koji did not do that.

Koji looks atMiyamoto and says, "They betrays the Shogun and our Samurai codes. I do not trust people with those personality." Miyamoto scoffs as he feels a little anger in him while he says "So, you are saying that you never trusted me? Even after I've sacrificed my time just to help you save your Shogun?" Koji waves his hand dismissively and say "I do trust you, just not enough to believe that you'd have my back no matter what. You still have time to prove it Miyamoto." Tesso and Tomoe smiles, they stand and walk away to start a fire. Sayaka and Yuriko walks to Koji with a concerned look, they both takes a sit with Sayaka beside Koji and Yuriko beside Miyamoto. Miyamoto glares at Koji for a second beforethey both chuckles and breaks out into a laughs, Sayaka and Yuriko sigh in relieve as they join laughing. Koji looks up the stars and yawns, asking themincluding himself when was the last time they even has time to rest and relax.Miyamoto shrugs as he looks up the star and says "Well, we all have time now." With that, Miyamoto falls back onto the grass and rest his head under his forearms.

Koji, Sayaka and Yuriko giggles as they follows suit and lays on their back. Sound of chuckles from their new comrade is heard when they struggles to light up the bonfire. Sayaka chuckles as she looks up the stars and says "What is the best memories you guys have from before this... whatever this is?" Koji hums thinking then chuckles before he says "I remember that time when Mitsuhade and I went fishing at Lake Biwa in Otsu village. There is this one time when Mitsuhade's rod bent so much we thought we would get a big fish." Koji chuckles mid-sentence. Sayaka, Yuriko and Miyamoto all joins in, giggling while Koji tries to continue. Koji clears his throat, he grins as he continues while chuckling in between "So when we tries to pull up, the fish fights so hard that Mitsuhade falls into the lake with the rode. Luckily I was able to pull him back up. Unfortunate for him, all he got is a Shishamo fish that got stuck on a branch of a surprisingly big log. I and Mitsuhade really got disappointed by that." They all breaks into laughter. Sayaka laughs so hard she begin to cry a little. Sayaka sigh happily as she says "That's a good one. I for one miss being able to picks flowers and sells it to the Masaharu town with my uncle. He is so dedicated at business that one time he told me he would like to begin to sell the flowers at Osaka. I... I wish he is here." Koji and Yuriko comforts Sayaka a bit before Sayaka dismisses them and say that she is fine.

After couple seconds of silence, Yuriko giggles as she says "Well, my life is most of the time. Very happy. I remember when I was five, my mom and dad keeps on trying to make me, like a normal princess. Plays music, tends to garden and study at the academy. But I just can't help but wants to be like my father. Or to be more honest, I want to spend more time with my best friend. Nanami." Miyamoto turns to look at Yuriko as they all listens to her story. Yuriko continues, as she smiles "They are hard headed at first, refuses to let me but gave up in the end. Only rules is, I stay as an archer so I know how to keeps my distant from my enemy." Miyamoto chuckles and says "You're bad at keeping distance as an archer." Yuriko rolls her eyes and says "Of course, I wanted to be a sword master so I spend most of my time training with Nanami instead. I'd learn to use the Katana but Nanami refuses and tell me to stick with tanto." Koji raises his brow and ask "Eh? Why don't you just train with your dad? Isn't he a good swordsman?" Yuriko nods in agreement before she continue "I would if he is not too busy. I don't remember why, but I think it was something about dealing with rebellion." Sayaka smiles before she ask "I wonder how your parents is like." Yuriko grins as she says "My dad is the best swordsman in the clan, also among the best swordsman in Japan. My mother, she is the most beautiful woman in this land." Miyamoto chuckles and says "So that's why." Yuriko and Koji turns to Miyamoto. Sayaka sits up as she looks at Miyamoto with a wide eyes. Yuriko blushes and ask "Why what?" Miyamoto grunts and turns his eyes back to the stars while he chuckles awkwardly "Nothing important!"

Koji and Sayaka breaks into giggles as they look up the stars. Miyamoto looks at Yuriko a bit and smiles to himself as he sees her smiling up the stars as well. The bright Stars shines on her beautiful brown eyes, skin and beautiful black hair. Miyamoto sigh and looks up the sky. Sayaka then calls Miyamoto and says "You're not an exception Miyamoto. Don't think you can dodge this one. Share us one of your memories as well." They all giggles as they nudges Miyamoto to share. Miyamoto groans and says "I missed the ramen stall I always went to at Inagawa village. Their broth and beef is to die for." Everyone smiles as they wait for Miyamoto to continues, only gets a long silent. Yuriko scoffs and nudge her elbow on Miyamoto's side as she says "Come on, that can't be all." Miyamoto scoffs and tells her and everyone else to shut up. They began to keep telling stories for a couple more minute.

Tesso and Saori cheers happily while Tomoe bows, grinning brightly as she able to light up the fire in one try. Tomoe, Saori and Tesso sits on a log. Tesso smiles at Tomoe and ask "So you said you alone defended the Matsushige village? How did you pull that off alone?" Tomoe chuckles as she stares at the fire, her smiles slowly fade to a docile. She sigh and answers "I'm used to it, my ancestor came from a group in Tsushima. She used to ride together, breaks into a house and hides from the Samurai, then she met a Samurai. His name is Ishikawa, he is one of a million archer but... I guess she made a bad decision. My mother, she trained me her way of life to me. Makes me as skillful, just like she is, so that's how I ended up here." Tomoe shakes her head and smiles toward Tesso and Saori, she asked about their marriage and life. Tesso apparently used to train swordsman skill at the local dojo but stopped when his wife got sick and lost their baby. Saori on the other hand has no combat skill, but she is good at medication and healing. As they talk, for hours. Finally Tesso yawns and goes to rest under the tree. Saori and Tomoe goes to the four warriors and about to ask them to join to sleep under the tree. Saori and Tomoe then giggles as they see all four of them is already fast asleep.

Once again, hope hasrisen in the heart of the people in the land. Although nothing is certain yet,they begin to look forward, has faith, and trust their fate on the four warriors
