Koji and Sayaka is on their way to Iwaya Island. They sail toward the island together with the sailor they have hired back at Keshi village. Koji is cleaning his blade with sleeve of his Yukata. Sayaka rests her chin on her palm as she looks out the ocean, the sailor they have hired is a husband and wife by the name of Tesso and Saori. As Tesso and Saori rows the boat toward the island, Tesso smiles at Koji before he ask "I'm sorry if my question is rude my lord, but I need to know. Do you really think you can defeat the clan that has defeated so many Daimyo? The Kurosawa clan is crazy my lord, even I has almost lost my hopes." Koji looks up at Tesso, he nods and leans forward as he speak "There is no such thing as perfection Tesso. Wherever there is something that considered as perfection, there's also have its own weakness." Tesso just smiles and nods in agreement, his spirit has yet to lighten up properly, even Koji notices that.

Sayaka smiles and points toward the illumination of Iwaya Island, the fogs slowly clears up as their boat sails closer. The boat docks at the beach of the island, Koji, Sayaka and the two sailor gets off the boat. Koji observe the surrounding, making sure no Kurosawa Samurai is nearby. Saori taps on Sayaka's shoulder and looks at her with a concerned face as she says "Are you sure it is safe for us? Isn't the Kurosawa general is located here? Kurosawa Kagami, I heard they have killed lord Takanashi and takes over the island." Sayaka touches Saori's arm and smiles at her as she says not to worry. Tesso on the other hand bows to Koji and begs Koji to let him help in infiltrating the Iwaya Island. Koji nods and hands Tesso his Tanto as he ask Tesso if he has ever used a weapon. Tesso shakes his head, Koji sigh, and worries about letting him help. However, he knows he needs all the help he can get if he wants to take over the Iwaya shrine. Saori looks over to Tesso and Koji, she nods and walks closer to them and say "If Tesso is helping then so will I. But I don't think we can take over the Iwaya fort by ourselves. We need reinforcement." Koji and Sayaka nods in agreement, they walks over and see an isolated watchtower, guarded by a couple of Samurai.

Koji nods toward his comrade as they approaches the watchtower. Koji draws his blade and yells "Kurosawa Scum! Face us!" Koji steps forward, the Kurosawa Samurai approaches Koji with their blade drawn as well. As a Samurai raises their blade, Koji thrust his right into the Samurai's throat. Blood sprays out of the Samurai, showering Koji with it. Sayaka follows suit, she run passes Koji and jumps with her weapon up. Sayaka'sspear goes right through the Samurai joint of their arm and shoulder. Tesso struggles to keep his distance between his wife and a Samurai. Koji grabs the dead samurai's Katana and toss it to Tesso. Tesso fumbles the blade before he can pick it up and blocks the Samurai's attack. From the top of the watchtower,an archer shoots an arrow close to Koji but he manages to dodge it just a fewfeet away. Sayaka runs inside of the watchtower, and strikes her Yari on eachSamurai on the first floor. Koji marches toward Tesso and strikes his blade onthe nearby Samurai. Koji smiles at Tesso and raises his blade as 3 Samuraicorners them. Koji sigh and nods "I take two, you take one on the left." Tesso nods and gets on stance just as Koji.

Tesso nods nervously, sweat drops from his chin and beads on his face. Koji looks at the Kurosawa samurai calmly, waiting for one to make a move. Finally, a Samurai charges forward to Koji with a blade over his head. Koji looks toward the direction and deflects his blade before he sends a kick on the Samurai's back to push him toward Tesso. Two Samurai charges toward Koji and sends their attack while Koji manages to keep blocking and deflecting their attack. Tesso screams and strikes his blade on the Samurai. The Samurai manages to block every of his attack and finally deflects it. As Tesso has his back on the Samurai, the Samurai then points his blade on Tesso's back and tries to thrust it in but was stopped by Saori. She tackles the samurai down and rolls away.

Sayaka climbs on the stair and quickly rolls away as an arrow misses her. Sayaka holds on her Yari as she charges toward the archer, her spear slashes on the archer's leg and face before she strikes it through the archer's cheat. She pulls her weapon out and spins blood off of its shaft. Sayaka turn around and finds a Samurai has jumped, she raises her Yari and blocks the attack with the shaft, throws the Samurai away with the Yari shoe. The samurai rolls away and stands back up before he charges again.

Tesso grunts as he falls on his back, he sees the Samurai is about to attack his wife. Tesso grips on the blade and runs toward the Samurai before he screams and slashes the blade on the Samurai's left arm. The Samurai turns to Tesso and raises his blade, Saori quickly grabs Tesso's tanto from the ground and stabs the Samurai's on the back. Blood sprays out of the Samurai, covering Saori with it. Tesso stands up and hugs Saori and thank her. On the other side, Koji stabs his blade through a Samurai's stomach before he kicks the Samurai off his blade. Before the last Samurai can strike him, Koji turns around and strikes his blade right on the Samurai head. He kicks the Samurai down before he stabs the Samurai on the heart. On top of the watchtower, Sayaka hits the samurai's blade with her shaft. Swiftly moves behind him and strike the samurai head with the shaft, throwing him off the watchtower as he falls 20meter down on his head.

Koji shakes blood off his blade before he sheaths it, smiling at Tesso and Saori before Koji gives the sailor a thumbs up. The couple bows to them, Tesso steps forward with a frown and looking down while he says "I'm not sure if we are doing the right thing. We have killed bandits but not Samurai. These peoples are nobles." Saori nods in agreement. Sayaka overhears it as she is walking out of the tower while shesays "We pledge our loyalty, not to their status. But it is to who they are."Koji nods and looks at the couple with a soft smile as he says "The Kurosawa might be the nobles that helps us cut down the Mongol. But what past is the past, matter now is they are terrorizing every village and makes a treachery of the Shogun. It will damage our land. So I, Masaharu Koji, Descendant of the Masaharu clan ask you. To put your trust in me."
