This is a story about happiness and the flaws of man. The story is about a barber who is constantly opposing a barbarian. It takes place in an interplanetary confederation. International crime plays a major role in this story.

Holiday was a barber, and his rival, Bebop Knave, was a barbarian. Technically Bebop was also a barber, but the way he cut hair was just so barbaric! Bebop would cut his client's hair by lighting a pencil on fire and would then run it through his client's hair and charge exorbitant prices for his disgusting excuse of a haircut.

Holiday had had enough, and reported him to the interplanetary confederation. The interplanetary confederation considered Bebop's disgusting business practices an international crime, and he was given a longer sentence for causing people with epilepsy to have a seizure simply by existing.

The entire interplanetary confederation rejoiced, for such a flaw and a stain on the name of mankind truly deserves punishment.
