(This is an entry for a competition)

Plot: the bakusquad decides to go to the beach only the trip doesn't exactly go as planned

Narrator/Nobody's POV:

Summer was coming to an end and schools were starting back up

To most people this would mean long dragging hours waiting for the first day of school and spending all your money on supplies and textbooks
(which is true but that's besides the point-)

But to denki kaminari it means one last chance to have the time of your life

Bakugous POV;

I can't believe I let dunce face talk me into this bullshit..

"Kirishima lets go!" I yelled through the door

I was beginning to grow more and more agitated with every minute shitty hair spent in that bathroom

"Okay okay! Jeez calm down bakubro" he said with an uncertain smile

"Tch whatever.. c'mon pinky is waiting in the car outside"

—In the car—

We were almost to the beach by now thank god-
These idiots won't shut up about sandcastles and all that crap

Pinky was singing some Spanish song with pikachu and sero was recording while jiro just made an occasional comment about her awful music

I was sat in the back row of pinky's van

Sero was in the middle row with jiro who's been pretty chill and pikachu was in the front

Kirishima was in the back with me and he seemed to be the only silent one..

I noticed he seemed tense and was fidgeting with the bottom of his shirt

"..why the hell are you so tense" I mumbled loud enough for only him to hear

"N-no reason!" I rolled my eyes

"I call BS, There's obviously something wrong I'm not an idiot" I growled lowly

"I n-never said you were! I'm f-fine I swear!"

"Tch.." I dropped the subject before I got too angry and went back to looking out the window

—at the beach—

Kirishimas POV;

I didn't agree to this
I just didn't want to say no
I can't be here
I'm terrified
Why me?

I-

"Kiri! Come on in it's the perfect temperature!" Mina yelled from the water "Mina he looks uncomfortable-" Jiros comment went unnoticed but I was still grateful for her attempt

"N-no I think I'll stay here!"
Damn it I stuttered..
Mina gave a slightly disappointed nod and went back to her and Jiros conversation

I looked around from under the safety of the umbrella at all my smiling friends

Jiro was teasing Mina about hagakure and they had gotten into a water fight

Sero and Denki were building sandcastles a few feet beside me

And bakubro was grumpily shooing away any flies that came near his ice cream

The water...

I felt like I was drowning and I'm not even near the water

Drowning

It sounds peaceful but it burns

I felt something on my face

..tears?

Before I knew what was happening I was running towards the bathroom on the verge of a panic attack

My breathing was quick and laboured

I didn't even hear the foot steps behind me

Bakugous POV;

I know I probably shouldn't have followed him but something was telling me I should

When I got into the bathroom I heard panicked breathing

I'm not one to worry but this was definitely setting off red flags

I opened the stall door and kirishima was sitting there in shock hugging his chest as his breathing became faster and faster

I quickly rushed in front of him and attempted to calm him down

"Hey kirishima look at me" I pulled his hands away from his chest and held them on his lap

"You need to take a deep breath"

My eyebrows were arched with worry

I wouldn't admit it for the life of me but kirishima is one of the extras I considered a friend

I tired to help him take off his jacket but he refused

"Kiri you need to take off your jacket at least.. your gonna suffocate"

He frantically shook his head and I grew concerned

"Kirishima please-"

"N-..no you cant see, your gonna h-hate me-" by now he was whimpering and I barely heard him

"Kirishima please-"

He went quiet before hesitantly peeling off his jacket

I noticed he was wearing an overly tight Button up shirt and it looked like the outline of a second shirt type thing was under it

I pointed to the bottom of his button up  wanting to open it so he could breathe easier

He shook his head again and wrapped his arms back around his chest

"You can't find o-out"

Find out what?

"C'mon kiri... please?"

Once again he went quiet

After another long minute he unwrapped his hands from around his torso and they fell limply to his side

I waited another minute before looking up at him as he slowly nodded

I unbuttoned the first five buttons and noticed he was wearing a very tight looking tank top but it was cut in the middle like a crop top

"Kirishima.. is that-"

"A binder? Y-yeah... go ahead, leave
Yell at me slap me do something-"

I put my hands on his shoulders and he looked up at me

"Your gonna take off the binder, put on my hoodie and walk back with me to the car, I know your only supposed to wear it for eight hours and it looks like you slept in it, I'm gonna drop you off at the dorms and get invisabitch to drive the car back to the 'bakusquad' and we're going to stay in your dorm and talk about this okay? After we can watch a few movies in the common room.. but get this through your head
I don't hate you

Your still kirishima ejiro the manliest guy in class"

Kirishima looked up at me with tears in his eyes

I handed him my hoodie and left the stall so he could change

Minas POV;

We were all gathered under the umbrella eating sandwiches when I noticed bakugou and kirishima were missing

I opened my mouth to say something when I saw them come out of the bathroom

Kirishima had obviously been crying and it looked like he was wearing Bakugous sweater

I sent a nod towards the two and Bakugou nodded back before walking to the car

'So he told him huh? ..nice job kirishima you scored a good one"

I was with family most of the day and needed to jot this down before I lost inspiration
