And I'm not doing the whole song cause I'm pretty lazy :/

Kokichi laughed along with his girlfriend, Himiko, as the pair took in the evening sky high up in the Ferris wheel. "I love you, you know that right?" Kokichi grinned at her.

"Of course," Himiko replied, leaning into his side. The moment was peaceful, content. As if nobody else at that moment existed.

With you, I'm alive, like all the missing pieces of my heart, they finally collide.

As the pair drove home, the midnight sky lit up the winding road. They sang along to the songs on the radio, like they always did, even though they didn't know any of the words.

So stop time right here in the moonlight

Everything was a blur. All Himiko could tell in the dark was that someone had struck their car, causing them to crash. Kokichi crumpled on impact and a glass shard pierced Himiko's arm.

Cause I don't ever want to close my eyes

She sobbed, screaming Kokichi's name over and over again. She hugged his corpse and refused to let go, and despite her tiny stature, it took three EMTs to get her in the ambulance.

Without you, I feel broke, like I'm half of a whole

In heaven, Kokichi looked back at Himiko, and something broke in him. He called after her, reaching out for her, but the separation was already permanent.

Himiko cried nonstop for hours, disregarding basic needs like food and water. She was released from the hospital in a few days.

Without you, I've got no hand to hold

Instead of a long, white flowing dress, she wore an elegant black dress, walking beside an ebony coffin, Tenko and Angie trailing behind her, like gothic flower girls, minus the wedding.

Without you, I feel torn, like a sail in a storm

"Where do I go now?" She asked nobody, laying in her bed, wide awake.

Kokichi should have been laying next to her, not in a cold coffin 6 feet into the earth.

Without you, I'm just a sad song

Himiko hugged a pillow and sobbed, her little body shaking.

In heaven, Kokichi was sobbing as well, the other angels confused about why he wasn't happy. I mean, come on, it's heaven! Slowly, Kokichi became a bit of an outcast.

Himiko sat next to Angie and Tenko, numbly eating her lunch and just barely paying attention to the conversation.

With you, I fall

"Nyeeeh...." She sighed, staring up at the ceiling in her bed. Normally if she couldn't sleep, Kokichi would suggest a prank and they'd find a way to pull it off.

But Kokichi couldn't suggest it, because he had been killed.

It's like I'm leaving all my past in silhouettes up on the wall

A now elderly Himiko, still possessing the spunk of youth, tenderly cleaned an old tombstone. Tears gently streamed down her face. "I love you Kokichi," she whispered.

With you, I'm a beautiful mess

Elderly Himiko sat in a rocky chair, remembering all the times she'd spent with Kokichi. While some details were fuzzy thanks to time, Kokichi's face was never blurry.

"Why did I take all those moments for granted?" She thought sadly.

It's like we're standing hand in hand with all our fears up on the edge.

One wintry night, Himiko finally passed away in her sleep. The first to greet her in heaven was Kokichi.

"Himiko!" He exclaimed, hugging her and spinning her. "I've missed you so much!!"

Himiko was overjoyed to be reunited with Kokichi. "Promise you won't ever leave again?

Kokichi nodded, "Promise."

In unison, both of them said, "After all, without each other...we're merely a sad song."

*Cue ugly crying noises*

I killed both of them! ;-;
