5-Piece of Art (Part 1)
Tyler hates his job.
He has no idea why he decided to become an art teacher, he absolutely hates kids.
Maybe it had something to do with the fact that Tyler thinks his art isn't good enough to sell, so he makes his money by teaching stinky, annoying teenagers. Maybe.
But if there is one thing he hates more than teaching, it would definitely be the English teacher, Joshua Dun. It's not that he actually hates him, it's just that Joshua thinks it's so much fun to flirt with Tyler during work. It sucks, especially because Tyler finds him extremely attractive.
Joshua has these beautiful brown eyes that Tyler finds himself getting lost in on multiple occasions. His hair is dyed pink, naturally Tyler's favorite color. Joshua's arms look like they're going to rip through the tight dress shirts he wears, and Tyler just really wants to be dominated by him.
He's sitting at his desk drawing on a scrap piece of paper while his students work on their paintings. Tyler glances at the clock, it reads 2:55. School gets out in five minutes.
"Okay everyone, start cleaning up," Tyler speaks up, gaining the teenagers' attention.
They get loud, their chatter roaring in Tyler's ears. He's annoyed; he hates loud noises. Tyler crinkles his scrap drawing and throws it away, tuning in on the kids' various conversations.
"I hate school so much."
"I can't wait to go home and sleep."
"Can I copy your math homework?"
"I think Mr. Joseph is gay."
Tyler's face grows hot upon hearing that last statement. Is it that obvious? Most of the teachers are married by now, but Tyler isn't. That automatically makes him gay in the kids' eyes. Even though he is, in fact, very gay, it's still annoying to hear kids talk about him like that.
The bell rings, followed by the teenagers running out of the room. Tyler lets out a relieved sigh, finally he can be alone. He notices the kids didn't do a very good job of cleaning up. Now he's even more annoyed than before, and he starts to think of all the ways he could get fired. Tyler cleans paint off the tables, silence ringing in his ears. He wishes he could quit, but he'd definitely be broke. And probably homeless.
Tyler hears the door open, but ignores it because someone probably just forgot something. His tongue is captured between his teeth as he focuses on scrubbing dry paint off the table. Someone clears their throat, gaining his attention.
He sees Joshua standing on the other side of the table, arms crossed over his chest. His muscles look huge; Tyler really wishes his shirt would rip open.
"Oh, Joshua. What can I help you with?"
"How many times do I have to tell you? You can call me Josh."
"I like Joshua better."
Joshua chuckles, his eyes squint and his tongue pushes past his teeth. Tyler can't breathe. Everything about the man standing in front of him screams perfection.
"You're an artist, right?"
"I'm really just an art teacher," Tyler shrugs.
"Can you design a tattoo for me?"
Tyler's caught off guard. He barely knows Joshua, and he's never even seen him outside of work.
"Why?"
"You're the best artist I know," Joshua explains, making Tyler blush bright red.
"I'm really not that good."
"Oh, come on. I know that's not true. If you don't want to, you can just say no."
"No, I'll do it. What're you thinking of?"
"I'm not sure. I want a tree, but I also want a galaxy, and just a whole bunch of pretty colors."
"A tree in the galaxy?" Tyler teases, mouth curling into a small smile.
"I'm sure you can come up with something?"
"Yeah, I'll try."
"Thanks so much."
Tyler expects him to leave, but he continues talking.
"How was your day?"
"It was fine."
"Just fine?"
Tyler is certain Joshua doesn't actually want to hear about his day, so he shrugs in response. "How was your day?"
"It was fucking terrible."
Tyler's eyes widened. He'd never heard Joshua swear before, but he sounded so good when he did.
"Why's that?"
"I hate being a teacher. I hate kids. I just want to write books. I don't know why the hell I decided to be an English teacher."
Tyler laughs. "Same with me. Except I know I'm not good enough to sell art so I just settle for this."
"Not good enough? Tyler, you're amazing! I've seen some of your art before, it's really breathtaking."
Tyler's blushing hard; he hopes Joshua doesn't notice. "Thank you."
"So I'm guessing your day wasn't very good then?"
Tyler wants to say that it never is, but instead shakes his head. He leans against his desk, eyeing Joshua in suspicion. Their conversations usually don't last this long.
"Anything I could do to make it better?" Joshua asks, grinning like an idiot.
Okay, now Tyler is sure his entire face is either white as a ghost or totally red. He gulps, and his hands grip onto his desk when he realizes he's trembling.
"I-I don't know? Maybe?"
"Got any ideas in mind?" Josh's smile turns into more of a smirk.
Suddenly, there's hands on Tyler's hips and hot breath in his ear. He's shaking under Joshua, not because he's scared but because he's been wanting this ever since he started working here.
"I-I'm probably thinkin' the same as you," Tyler whispers; he's afraid his voice will crack.
He hears Joshua click his tongue in surprise. "The same as me? So you're thinking about me fucking you on your desk?"
Tyler forgets how to breathe for a second. All he's thinking is, did Joshua seriously just say that to me? Is he being serious? He really hopes so, because he'd rather not have to deal with a boner when he gets home.
Joshua chuckles, his hands slide under Tyler's dress shirt and onto his bare chest. "I'll take that as a yes?"
Tyler nods quickly, fluffy hair bouncing up and down. He's trying so hard not to embarrass himself right now.
"Good." Joshua's voice is deep, his eyes appear darker than usual. Tyler can tell he's turned on as well. "I've wanted you for the longest time."
Joshua is speaking into his ear; it sends shivers down Tyler's spine. Cautiously, Tyler rests his clammy hands on Joshua's biceps.
"Me too," Tyler admits.
"Can I kiss you?"
Duh, Tyler thinks. Aren't we about to have sex?
He doesn't answer. Instead, he rises to his tippy-toes and crashes their lips together. Joshua's lips mold perfectly with Tyler's. It all feels so great to the latter. He wants more, and he feels Joshua pinch his nipples between his thumb and index finger.
Tyler moans, unknowingly giving Joshua a mini heart attack because wow, he sounds great. Tyler doesn't know it but he is a piece of artwork himself. He's something to be cherished, something so beautiful and unique. Tyler doesn't know it, but Joshua certainly does.
"Are you sure you want to do this?" Joshua checks, mumbling against Tyler's lips.
"Yes." Tyler is definitely sure. He's extremely shy, and nervous to the point where he thinks he could puke, but still one hundred percent sure.
Joshua picks Tyler up and sets him on top of miscellaneous papers scattered over his desk. Their lips meet again. Joshua's hands roam over Tyler's body, giving the latter goosebumps. Tyler isn't sure what he's supposed to do, he's never actually had sex before...
"I'm going to make you feel good, okay?" Josh checks again.
"Okay," Tyler nods, completely sure Joshua could hear how fast his heart was beating.
