ALONE WITH MY CAT

i turned my hear to see my cat, Sparkles, staring at my with her eyes wide. she meows and places her paw on my nose. i giggle, taking her paw and then sitting up on the bed, "hewwo, baby!" i smile as she meows again, walking into my lap and settling there peacefully. i pat her slowly, leaning back on the wall and talking my phone from beside my pillow. she purrs softly, her paws curling and uncurling over my soft pastel coloured pajamas.

"is my baby tired?" i ask softly as i softly scratch her ears, she meows and rests her head on my knee, closing her black doe eyes as she enjoys me scratching her. i laugh at her cuteness, my eyes on the screen of my phone, reading a pdf of my favourite book. i look at her from time to time, seeing her softly snore and kissing the top of her little head.
