'Maddie's little sister'
*Mackenzie's pov!*
'Beep, beep beep' I groan as I shut off my alarm. 6am. Too early for this. I mean it was summer!
I practically roll out of bed, blinking a few times. My bedroom wasn't massive, as all the Instagram accounts guessed. It was tiny. I opened my wardrobe, pulling out a dance outfit.
I wish it didn't have to be this way. I wish that my mom actually cared, but ever since Dance Moms had began, it became the 'Maddie show'. I mean, it ended last year, After Season 5. But yet still, I had been left in the dust. Maddie's little sister.
I change into the dance wear, and grab my concealer. It was probably out of date, but I had saved up for this. I was going to use it. I applied the concealer, but didn't do any more makeup. I really couldn't be bothered.
I check the time on my phone. 6:20. I walk down the stairs, into the kitchen, where my mom was making a breakfast for Maddie. Waffles. Of course, my favourite.
I knew better than to ask for Any. I grabbed a granola bar, my mom practically ignoring me. I stuffed the bar in my mouth and made my way back upstairs.
Opening the door to Maddie's room, I lightly shake her to wake her up. The same routine, each day. She rolls her eyes at me, as she grabs her phone and searches through social media. I sigh as I look around her massive room, walking over to her wardrobe. I picked out something for her to wear, because of course, it would be way to hard for her to choose her own outfit.
I go into her bathroom and turned on her shower, so it could warm up, and laid out the outfit for her. "Maddie, your showers ready" I said, walking back into the room.
Maddie rolled her eyes "You call me Madison." I sighed, of course. I could never do anything good enough for the Queen herself. I watch as she made her way to her bathroom.
I began to clean up her room. Picking up yesterday's clothes off her floor, and making up her bed. I was packing her dance bag before I heard a screech. "MACKENZIE WHAT THE HELL DID YOU CHOOSE FOR ME TO WEAR TODAY?!" I jumped back, "Uh.. Clothes?" I say through the bathroom door.
"I CAN'T WEAR THIS! I'M ABBY'S FAVOURITE!" She screeches. "Calm down" I mutter, so she can't hear "I'm sorry! I'll get you something else.. MADISON" I Say
I quickly went over to her wardrobe, and pulled out a new dance outfit, hoping she would like it better. I passed it through the door of the bathroom, not looking at her, hoping it would fit her standards.
Obviously, it did, as she strutted out of the bathroom rolling her eyes at me. "You'll pay for choosing a bad outfit for me tonight!" She says.
I looked down "I didn't mean to!" I argue. "Shut up!" She replies back. "Now, get my makeup!" She snaps.
Of course, I get her makeup, doing it as she instructs. A full face of makeup. Why would you bother? I mean we were dancing, it would just sweat off. I pulled her hair up in a neat braided bun.
She sashays downstairs for her breakfast. I finish off packing her dance bag, including her phone and charger, and go to my room to get mine. I packed mine last night.
"MACKENZIE! WE ARE LEAVING! HURRY UP! MADDIE CAN'T BE LATE!" My mom yells.
I sigh, grabbing both dance bags and scurrying downstairs and getting into the car.

We arrive at the studio, around 8:15. Of course, nobody else was here. Maddie's privates. I sat in the dancers den, stretching, as Maddie got to practice her solo.
Maddie sashayed in, "Give me my water brat!" She says to me, as I toss her, the water. "Abby says she wants you to do your solo."
I grin. Normally, I sat in the dancers den until the others arrive and the group reharsals and classes began around 12. I scurry into the studio grinning.
Abby rolls her eyes "I want you to do your solo."
I got into position, and once I began dancing, I danced to the best of my ability. I knew I was being set up, with a ballet solo. Maddie of course had lyrical, but I had ballet. I'm not even slightly good at ballet!
"STRAIGHTEN THAT LEG ON THE AERABESQUE!"
"KEEP YOUR LEG UP DOING THOSE FOUETTES!"
"REMEMBER TO SPOT!"
The corrections were yelled at me. I hated it.
"POINT YOUR FEET!"
"UGH! YOU NEED TO LEARN TO DANCE LIKE MADDIE!"
"YOUR SO MUCH WORSE THAN YOUR SISTER! SHE COULD OF DONE THIS SOLO FLAWLESSLY AT 7! YOUR 12 AND STILL CAN'T DO IT!"
"YOUR JUST MADDIES LITTLE SISTER!"
I finish my solo, holding back tears.
Abby rolls her eyes "LEARN TO BE LIKE MADDIE!" She barks.
And this, this was the daily life of me, Mackenzie Frances Ziegler.
Boo! I made this coz I was bored. If I like these plots, I made make a second Chapter on them, or even turn them into a book!
