But Star'Gazer was cut off with a shriek.
A wonderful shriek Tamao absolutely craved to hear.

The eevee teared his sharp teeth into the umbreon's leg, blood splattering everywhere.. It was glorious.. The umbreon un-successfully tried to shake Tamao off, but the eevee was clinging on well, sinking his teeth in the flesh.

When Star'Gazer's bone started to show through the flesh and scarlet red blood, Tamao bit onto the bone. It was like he was severing it, less like ripping his leg off.

The umbreon practically screamed his lungs out, causing adrenaline to run in Tamao's veins.
The leg tore off of Star'Gazer's body, The umbreon shuddering in horror and pain of his detached leg.
Tamao chewed off the meat that clung to his teeth.
It tasted delicious, like Tamao was winning this abusive batte..

The people around looked horrified. Disgusted. Some ran away.
All Tamao could do now was give them a crazed stare.
He wasn't done with his prey yet.

Star'Gazer's roared, but then it soon got cut off, when Tamao lunged for his throat. He bit down, and Star'Gazer's yell turned into a muffled gurgle, as blood foamed out of his mouth. The eevee scratched out the umbreon's eyes, scarlet red liquid gushing out.

Even if Tamao didn't finish the job, Star'Gazer would eventually bleed out. There was no hope for him now.

Tamao ripped out his vocal cords, and chewed on his cervical spine.

From afar, this would seem as overkill. To Tamao, he was just enjoing his meal.

The eevee walked back to his sister, Sakura. It was already dark, the red moonlight shedding it's light onto the blood on Tamao's chest, and the blood on Sakura's unsheathed claws. The blood was maybe from the attackers of his sister.

"I have brought back food" Tamao said to his Sakura, putting the bloody slab of meat from Star'Gazer by his sister's paws.
She didn't reject the food, eating it gratefully.

Tamao sat next to her, staring up at the blood moon. It glowed in a scarlet red light, shining down on Tamao.
He felt different. He felt powerful..
He would take revenge on whoever dared to ruin whatever life he could have had. He would kill them all, every single one of them..

Tamao felt his evolution settling in, his body growing larger, and he was basked in a red glow. It was almost a bit painful, feeling his bones stretching out.

After his transformation was done, he looked up.
Red eyes. Red glowing rings. Large jagged teeth, perfect for prey..

Sakura looked up, her light blue eyes sheening a red glow from his rings and the moon.
"Tammy? Where do we go next?" She asked, done with her meal.

Tamao gave a crooked smile.
"We get our revenge of course. Let's go back to the breeding lab.."
