Frank walked through the packhouse. He would see many rooms were in need of repairs. It looked like the placed hadn't been cleaned in a long time. He headed to his uncle's office. He opened the door and papers were all over. He looked at the ledger he saw on the corner of the desk. He picked it up and realized his uncle hadn't done any accounting in months.

There was a knock on the door. "Enter," Frank said as he turned to see who it was. It was the two elders. "Is anyone in the tribe an organizer?"

"The tribe organizer left last fall. We were told by the former alpha he found his mate."

"I need the word to get  out, we need an organizer and a couple of assistants for him or her. Plus we need to get the pack house cleaned up. I will need the alpha house cleaned out. I have a mate and pups to think about. Has noone been cleaning this place while I have been gone?"

"There is no one in this tribe who is qualified as an organizer."

"Word can go out to rogues then. If they are willing to do the loyalty test and pass it we will give a safe haven to all Lycan."

"Alpha that is dangerous to bring rogues into the tribe. They will attack innocent ones." 

"They will have to pass the test I have planned. Many rogues today are ones who were removed from their tribes because of the false preaching and not for crimes. These are rogues we should be protecting. I plan to build a prison and rehab center. We no longer will toss our problem wolves out into society. They will go through the judgement walk that has been implemented at the portal."

"What is this judgement walk?"

"You will find out soon." Frank looks at his watch. It is ten minutes until the pack meeting. Let us head there."

"But you haven't answered our question."

He glanced over his shoulder as he headed out the office, "patience, I will explain it soon."

Frank walks to the front of the tribe. He climbs upon the makeshift stage. "Good afternoon. Most of you know me but those who don't I am Alpha Frank Grimlich. Earlier I defeated my uncle and reclaimed my rightful place as heir."

There were many Lucan who started to howl. "Earlier today I saved your lives from the former Beta. I am ashamed to admit my uncle set traps against his own tribe. He left the former beta behind to set them off. He was using that manipulation to get the warriors to fight him against the newly appointed king of the supernatural."

Many growls were heard and others murmured, "where is my mate?"

He held up his hand, "quiet down."  The murmurs stopped, "they are currently going through a loyalty test, and if they pass it they will return here. If they don't they will stand trial."

He looked across the tribe, "when I am done talking with you I will send you all to go through the test. Every Lycan will be tested. Even those who are not from this tribe. There have been many Lycan's who refused to follow the false teachings or refused to give up their true mates who left or were thrown out of their tribes. I am going to open up our tribe to them."

"Alpha, we all have at times encountered rouges and fought them. They are sick, smelly, mangy creatures," an elder whom Frank knew had supported his uncle."

"Elder Custard, As I stated everyone will be tested. If they pass the test they will be welcomed here." He add his alpha voice, "as alpha of this tribe my word is law. I will not have you question my will. I will be working to build back up our tribe to how great it was when my father and grandfather were in charge. I promise I will make this tribe into the happy place many who are my age or older knew as pups. I commit myself to protect this tribe and all present and future members."

His voice grew deep as his Lycan merge back into him, "those who go against this tribe, our king or my family will feel my full wraith and will be brought down like a rabid dog,"

The tribe looked toward their alpha and then bowed their neck as they dropped to their knees, "we accept you are alpha."

"Rise and head to the portal to be tested. After the test, go back home to rest. Tomorrow we begin to rebuild our tribe. I want to be sure this tribe is something my mate and pups will be proud to call their home."
