Gamma Rusty was standing at the door entrance greeting the council arrivals and had the men and women who assisted him earlier in the courtyard act as ushers to the various sections.

He had placed signs to mark each section of the council room.

Rusty escorted Peter and his mate. Anita, who were the first to arrive and they were seated in the top three table section. He also escorted Cassie when she arrived five minutes later at that table. Lastly he escorted Fae, Princess Upic and her mate. He looked at the three seated there. "You know me as the Element of Justice. My power has guided me to choose you as the committee chair. Peter as the Alpha, Upic as the Beta and Cassie you are the Gamma of the Supernatural Council. I need to ask will you accept these rolls before we start finalizing the council?"

Peter replied, "I am surprised. Why me?"

"When we did the swearing back at the campground, you three had the strongest pull. Even though Cassie wasn't there every time her name was mentioned in passing, my judgement element kept pulling toward her in this role. With you I think it is your moral pull and the fact you have council experience the judgment pull stated alpha of the council. Upic has knowledge of the first queen and king to present. She is one of the few to guide us from the past to the future."

Peter looked at her, "but wont you become queen?"

"I am the third daughter and fifth child of the queen. I have several nieces and nephews between me and that role. This council would place me in a leader's role to help others and my people. My parents used me as a decoy to keep the children safe. Now they are trained adults and I don't have to be in that decoy roll now."

Rusty asks, "Does that mean you will accept?"

"Yes, I accept."

"So, do I."

"Me to."

The seats next to you are reserved for your mates. Which is why Anita and Vala are beside you.. Upic and Peter if your mate wishes too they can join you at any time during our future meetings. Cassie if or when you find a mate he or she can sit with you. The choice is theirs to make.

Rusty looked at the time, "in a few minutes we will begin our meeting." He turned and walked away.

Upic looked at Peter, "before each council gathering the fae does a blessing to guide us. Would it be okay to start this tradition at the beginning of this meeting?"

Peter smiles, "I like the idea of us starting our own Supernatural Council traditions. Plus, I want to talk to Edmund about getting a council organizer. Their job will be to merge all our various laws into one book. Example in wearwoof law 132.6 Anyone who commits murder will go before the elder board for a trial. If the crime is too close to home it goes before the council."

Cassie says, "witches law 521.4."

Upic replies, "fae law 2A678."

Cassie smiles, "We should ask Patty and Steve to take on this. We get Edmund to fine tune their skills."

Peter looked at Cassie, "why do you suggest those two?"

Cassie replies, "Zennia was one of our guest students at my coven. She is a hybrid. She is a vampire, but has the skills of witches. Patty contacted me about getting her niece trained to control her witch's side. Patty's a secretary and her beloved is a lawyer. I know he is familiar with witches and vampire laws."

Peter replies, "under werewolf council laws the top three can assign organizers, guards, omegas to the council. Do we go ahead and assign those two in that role?"

Cassie smiles, "yes, but they have to agree to be in that role. No role should be forced on anyone." Cassie looked across the room and saw Patty and Steve sitting with seven different vampires.

Patty stopped talking and looked around the room. She made eye contact with Cassie. She turned toward the others and said something to them. She and her husband walked over to Cassie.

She gets to Cassie and gives her a hug, "hello Cassandra. What was that look you were giving us?"

"Patty, you know we are here to form a new Supernatural Committee. Peter, Upic and I have been asked to be in the top three."

"Congratulations. I know with you there we are in good hands." She looked at the others, "since they chose Cassie you must be equally as good."

Cassie smiles, "one of our first task that was mentioned is needing to get an organizer, plus was suggested to get someone to converge all supernatural laws together in one book. As soon as we were told that I thought of both of you."

Steve jumps in the air and pumps his arms down, "YES!"

Patty laughed, "Steve has mentioned that after a trial he did a couple years ago, but the witch, vampire and werewolf committee said no."

Steve smiled and spoke up, "I already have spent two years doing this anyways. I have a headstart on this project, but only been able to work on it part-time over the last two years."

Peter said, "I remember that request. It lost by six votes in the werewolf council. What made you decide to start this project anyway?"

"Many of our laws are similar, but the degrees are vastly different. Here is an example which lead too my interest in the various laws. A witch had accused a vampire of raping her. Vampire law a slave cannot be raped. He had been imprisoned in a witch's cell to await trial. She claimed he kidnapped her. He claimed he did not because she is his beloved. She said she could not be because she already had a mate. A werewolf was arrested for drunk and disorderly conduct. While in prison the werewolf killed the vampire. That werewolf was charged with murder according to witches law. We found out later that according to werewolf law it was a justice killing."

Anita spoke up, "the only way it could be justice killing is if the werewolf was the witch's mate."

Steve looked at her, "bingo. That became a very hot topic. Which was why I started merging laws and penalty books based on species."

"What happened to the werewolf?"

"I got him transferred to werewolf prison. He was found not guilty for defending his mate. The vampire had no clan members wanting to have a primal battle. They felt the matter was settled when they fought in prison with the battle to determine beloved vs mate."

Just then Rusty's voice called out, "Everyone please find a seat."

Cassie looks at them, "if you accept the role of supernatural committee organizer/lawyer please take a seat at the table to my left or head back to the vampire section if you decline." They quickly walked over to the table to the left and sat down. Some of the vampires looked confused at first and then they smiled.

Rusty's voice called out, "please stand for our supernatural Royal leaders." Everyone stood up and turned toward the entrance. The crowd gasped when they saw their king and queen come in wearing renaissance 1600 outfits. The king was in a purple robe with white fur and jewels. Wearing a gold crown with white fur and jewels. The queen was wearing a deep red robe with white fur trim and jewels she had a gold crown with dark red rubies.

They walked to where their throne seats were and the king helped his queen sit down. "Today we honor our previous council and make way for the new members to come. Just then several omegas walked in carrying trays of wine or juice. They gave each member in the room a glass.

The king calls out, "we lift our glasses in honor of Queen Anya, King August, QueenBrook and King Gene and those who were on the past Supernatural Royal Council." The glasses were clinked together and everyone including the omegas took a sip.

He then said, "this glass I lift in honor of those before us now. You have come before us either as Alpha or potential council member. Whether the stone accepts you are not a permanent member of this council I will still honor you as friends of my Allie's who gave support when we came under attack. Thank you." He clicks his glasses with his queen and everyone took another drink. They finished off the wine/juice.

The omegas went around and collected the glass's and departed the room. Jonas calls out, "I see a few faces I do not know. I am Alpha King Jonas Thompson, former alpha of Strickland Pack. This lovely lady by my side is my mate, Luna Queen Vicky Thompson. These outfits we found in our chambers and we decided to wear in honor of the first people who empowered these chambers." He then sat down and nodded to Rusty.

"Good morning. We are going to get right down to what I am referring to PHASE B of the ROYAL SUPERNATURAL COMMITTEE."

Rusty looked around the room. "Phase A happened back at the campground. When we swore in the king, queen, elementals, alphas, and other leaders. Now we are going into Phase B."

He picks up the stone, "some of you are not aware unless your leader shared with you that I am one of the Elementals. I am the Elemental of Justice. I am able to depict liars and those with true hearts. I am able to hand our true justice." He holds the stone in the air and walks around the room so all can see it. "This is the Stone of Justice. Only I can control it unless I train someone with purehearts as deputies.

He walks over and sets it on a pedestal that is on the table. He points to a vampire, "you were the last person to arrive even if you were still here before the door's closed to indicate we were in session. Please come and sit in the chair by the table."

She stood up and glided to the chair and sat. "I am going to have you in a couple minutes pick up the stone. I want you to tell us your name and a quick introduction. While doing that you will add a lie into your statement." Rusty turned to look around the room, "When she tells the truth the Stone of Justice will glow green. When she adds a lie it will turn red." He turns and looks at her. "When it turns red you will feel it get hot. It won't leave burn marks, but it does burn. You cannot throw this stone away. It will keep burning until you tell the truth. It immediately goes back to green. Are you ready to demonstrate the stone."

Her reply was she reached over and picked up the stone, "Good morning. My name is Darlene Constance. I was invited to be here this morning by Patty and Steve. I am a member of the Vampire Committee." The stone is shining green. " I was turned in 1591 at age 21." The stone turned red. "Shit, this is hot. Ok it was 1491 at age 21." The stone immediately went green. She laughed, "wont let me shave a hundred off my life."

There were a lot of chuckles. Rusty smiled, "no it won't but you still can pass for 21." He pulled a remote from his pocket and pushed a button. On the screen the sign for POTENTIAL SUPERNATURAL CANDIDATE appeared. "Thank you Darlene. While you are up here I am going to let you be our first sworn in candidate of the day. This sign I had enchanted. I realize not everyone reads modern American English. It will automatically translate to your language that you read. You will follow the instructions. When done you will either be a member of the committee, advisor or turned down. Is there any questions?"

Darlene looks confused, "but I am already on a committee. Will I serve two?"

Jonas stands up, "Excellent question. I too am an Elemental. Anything I have read I retain. When I first got my power I went to a special library. I read about the first committee. Once this committee is officially formed the other committees automatically disappear. Tomorrow, we will have all the various current members apply to join. Not all will be accepted."

Darlene look at him, "you do realize that could cause a rebellion and war?"

"We already have a war brewing because of the false teachings. The moon goddess is having us form to bring down those false teaching. Those false teachings has even spread to our various committees."

"Some are very powerful because they are ancients and could destroy you my king."

"When we are done with today's swearing in I will explain why they won't have their current power. There will be no need to fear their retribution. As your king I swear that protection to you."

"Thank you, my king." She turns to Rusty, "Gamma Rusty, can you explain about advisors?"

"When we need information we can request our advisors to come before the committee. Our advisors can hold roles in the pack. Many of our current committee members are Alpha, and their role was to go back to their packs. They were going to decide if they were going to stay Alphas or become full time committee members. Then if they decide to stay alphas they were to bring replacement candidates. They will step aside and their replacements will apply. Even though retired from the committee they will still be advisors. They do not stay here. They live their lives at their pack."

"I am ready to apply." She turns to the sign and everyone watches her as she follows the directions.

She smiles at the end. She sends a prayer up, "thank you moon goddess for accepting me." She then went back to her seat.

Rusty smiled. "Now you have an idea how today will go, but I need to back up a couple steps. You have seen how the stone works now. Well the stone did something else I found out. It pointed out the leaders to the council. I am going to introduce the leaders. We will have them help carry on Phase B."

He goes and stands by Peter. "This is Alpha Chairmen Peter Thompson and his luna, Luna Anita Thompson. He is chair one. He will be the top dog, pun intended in this and future meetings."

Rusty step back and went to sit with the other Elementals. Peter stood up, "hello, as Royal Gamma Rusty stated I have been appointed the lead of the Royal Supernatural Council. Like Darlene I too have council experience. I will do my best to guide us to a prosperous group that helps all our kinds shine."

He looks over at his mate, "This is my mate, Anita and the Moon Goddess just recently lead me to her. We as a team look forward to getting to know you all."

He looks around the room, "Our group I feel should be full of new traditions. I am going to ask Beta Chairmen Upic and her mate, Vala to lead the first tradition. The blessing of our opening meeting." He sat down.

"Good morning, I am Princess Upic of the fae realm. This is my Leanan aka mate, Vala. In our tradition when starting meetings we do a short blessing to our deity. The wolves, Lycan and shifters refer to her as the moon goddess, Selene. The faes worship Aine. The vampires worship Artemis. Many witches follow Athena. Merfolks follow Ataragius. We as a group all believe in our deities and they all work together to form a unity for peace within us."

She looks around the room, "please lift your hearts up to whom you believe as I ask a blessing." She pauses as she looks up through one of the skylights, "Mothers of all please bless us as we gather together to let you help guide us to our new or present leadership roles to help drive away the world false teaching. Give us strength to continue to follow you as you guide us toward peace. Thank you for all. Amen."

You hear murmurs of amen throughout the room.

Cassie then stands up, "my name is Cassandra, but I prefer to be called Cassie. I was recently hospitalized because of dark magic, so I missed the Phase A commitment blessing. Today, I will be stepping up to commit, but was informed that I am the Gamma of the Royal Supernatural Committee. I will do my best to guide and protect you all. In what we call Phase A we had Alphas swear in as council which Justice Rusty made mention too. They were told to go home and decide if they want to stay alphas or stay in council. They cannot fulfil both roles. They had to choose who would take over their pack or as council representive. I see only one of the alphas without a representative by him."

That would stood up. "I was known as Alpha Red during the first battle and during Phase A. Cassie, I was going to hand my pack to my son this summer. My mate and I discussed it and handed it over to him and then came here. The others have four to seventeen years before their pups are old enough to take over the pack. With war coming we felt this would be best to have experience leaders."

"That is wonderful. Those who are going to resign you will move to the advisor role. Stand up and walk to the king and officially resign. Then you can depart. When you officially hand over your pack to your pup or pups you can apply when an opening comes available."

Those alpha stood up and walked to the king. They bowed to the king without saying a word. Jonas replied, "thank you and know your service was appreciated. Rise and depart." They rose and left the chambers.

Cassie then walked over to the stone and picked it up. She went through the joining ritual. All the sudden a large orb of light filled the room. In the middle stood Selene, Aine, Artemis and Athena. Artemis stepped forward, "Earlier, King Jonas mentioned there would be different levels of pulls which has begun now that the leadership of this council has all been accepted. He thought it would begin like last time, upon acceptance of all members."

Athena stepped forward, "with the false teachings spreading we are stepping forward and implementing a tier system that kicked off with Gamma Cassie being the last leader stepping forward into place. It will be a tier system. The first tier will be the King and Queen. The king will always be the strongest even if others gain strength. The Queen will always be just a step stronger than the Royal Beta and mate. Next will be Royal Gamma and mate."

Aine steps up, "we will have the Royal Council Organizers and Royal warriors in Tier 5. One thing we have learned is some council members will order warriors to do things against their own pack, coven, pod leaders. We are not taking a chance of the ones following false preachings to do this again."

She looked around, "The next tier is six this will be the Royal Supernatural Council, but even you will start being down by levels. Those sworn in what Gamma Rusty called Phase A will have more power than you being sworn in under Phase B. Those who start being sworn in tomorrow will be Phase C. Depending on your training and strengthening can increase your self power at that level. This level will also have advisors in here.

Selene spoke up, "Tier seven we will have other alphas and leaders who have not sworn any allegiance to the kingdom. Some who swear alliance might get bumped into tier seven. Many leaders, betas and gamma could be placed here too. When we cast the spell of tiers based on their hearts will determine their ranks.."

Suddenly there was another bright light. Everyone gasped when in front of them stood a beautiful mermaid. She pointed her staff to the back corner. In that corner where there had been seats was like a giant aquarium that appeared endless but was now a place that had seven merfolk. "Hello, my name is Goddess Derceto. I am the goddess of merfolk and I have brought with me nine merfolk who I wish to apply for this council."

She waved her hand and in the area marked for others appeared four elves, four dwarves, four orcs and four trolls. Kikanuti, their goddess, could not make it here today. She asked me if I could bring her representatives to be sworn in and I said I could.

King Jonas stood up and walked to them. He nodded his head in tribute to them. He then looked around the council hall. "Let me finish off the tiers. Tier eight will be all leaderships similar to what we see now. Tier nine will be other members with no leadership roles. Tier ten will be what we refer to as our criminals, but there are many who were named rouges because of false preaching. This I do not consider right." He paused. His eyes went jet black, "I, KING JONAS THOMPSON OF THE SUPERNATURAL HEREBY GIVE AMNESTY TO THOSE WHO WERE DECLARED CRIMINALS THAT WERE NOT. THEY WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE PART OF THE ROYAL VILLAGE AND BE PULLED TOWARD HERE FOR SAFETY." The command shot out and the realm felt the vibration as it shot out across the other realms.

When the realm stopped shaking, Artemis started talking again, "we are going to shortcut the membership today. We have most of the Alphas going to stay with their packs. They automatically will be Phase A advisors as mentioned earlier. Everyone who is in this room will become Royal Supernatural Chairmen. You now are Chairmen." The Justice Stone shines bright gold and shoots a light into everyone's heart.

Selene adds, "Tomorrow the lines will form and others will walk through to try the pledge. Most will then feel their tier power snap into place at that time. There will be less than fifty more who will be accepted between now and January 10."

Aines stated, "Those who are rejected will head home. They will prepare for January 13 WOLF FULL MOON. Which will be the day that we celebrate us becoming officially day one of start forcing back false preaching.

Selene, Aines, Athena, Derceto and Artemis join hands and start to chant.

"Ῥήξον τὴν παλαιὰν τάξιν ἣν ἐποιήσαμεν ἐν τῷ παρελθόντι. Ἐξάγεις τὴν καινὴν τάξιν καὶ οἰκοδομεῖς αὐτὴν ἵνα διαρκέσῃ. Ἀναγίνωσκε τὰς καρδίας, πρὸς ὅσοις ὁ γόης ἐκτείνεται. Ἐὰν ἀγαθὸν ὑψωθῇ καὶ κακὸν ἀντικρύσῃ τὸν ἱστόν."

(Rip apart the old tier we created in the past. Bring forth the new tier and build it to be strong enough to last. Read the hearts to whom this spell is cast. If good will be higher and evil will face the master and fall.

The world outside darkened and a full eclipsed happened. The members inside started magically chanting in their own languages the translation. This went on for five hours and it went quiet and all fell asleep in the chambers while the Goddess stood proudly watching their work before they disappeared to return to their dwellings.
