Running up as fast as she could, since Daisuke did tease her that he'd cut her pay, she had to bump into a certain someone when she was easily 5 meters away from the exit. Y/N looked up and her eyes widened in fear, hands pushed back the male that she had bumped into.

"Mr. K-Katō."

Daisuke noticed and got out of his car, standing near the entrance in case Haru decided to do something to her. He knew that she made it clear that she wanted to be a strong Omega, which he allowed her the space to confront that Alpha.

"I'm sorry about what happened."

"Ah... I-"

"But it's not my fault."

"What?"

"It's you who let your pheromones take control over me."

"And that's my fault that you acted that way?"

"Obviously. On normal days, I'm not like that."

"What bullshit. It's you who could not control your Alpha side."

"I beg your pardon?! Omegas are just weaklings that throw their pheromones everywhere just so they'd be fucked by an Alpha. Your scent makes Alphas crazy, you know that, right?!"

"But it still isn't my fault that you went haywire and tried to claim me."

"You're the source. You're the reason why my Alpha side came out even when I did not want to."

"Then why can't you control it?"

Controlling her heat was something that she could not do because it was beyond controllable. However, she did not want to expose Daisuke's investigation of Katarina, the main suspect of drugging her.

"Learn your place as an Omega. A fucking tool just to breed. The lowest of the l-"

"You know what's worse than being an Omega? An Alpha that can't do a tinge of self-control."

She scoffs at him and walks away, heels clicking on the marble floor. Daisuke was leaning against the wall, arms crossed as their eyes made contact.

"Mr. Kanbe!"

"Took you long enough. We have 20 minutes before the meeting begins."

Y/N and Daisuke walkout, she hops into the car first since he opened the door for her. As he turned around and was right outside the driver's door, he smirked at Haru who was glaring at them. He got into the car and began driving to the restaurant where the meeting was to be held. It was not like the meetings that they had with presenters but it was to meet important figures that were shareholders of the company. Daisuke taking up 80% as an individual the 20% was split up between 2 others who are valued figures in this era. The restaurant had butlers running here and there, the smell of luxurious food invaded her nose.

"Stop drooling. You'll get some food."

"R-Really?! I-I mean... Y-Yes, sir."

When they arrived at the table, there were two people sitting down with their backs facing them. They approached them, greeting them. The man who had a white beard and looked as if he was from Europe, smiled at Y/N.

"And this fine lady here, Mr. Kanbe. If I may ask, who might she be?"

"Mr. Einstein, she is my secretary Ms. L/N."

"Nice to meet you, Ms. L/N. I'm Albert Einstein, a physicist."

Y/N took his hand and bowed, 

"Nice to meet you, Mr. Einstein, I'm Y/N L/N."

The other person, who was an absolute beauty with long legs, reached her hand out and she looked Japanese.

"I'm Suzue Kanbe, Daisuke's younger sister. Nice to meet you."

"N-Nice to meet you too, Ms. Kanbe!"

"Please call me Suzue. I feel more comfortable that way."

"Yes, Suzue."

She eyes her brother, a slight curl on her mouth.

Huh. She's quite a cutie~

Daisuke glared.

Don't you dare try to steal her, little miss Alpha.

Y/N stood between the two tall Alphas that seemed to be communicating with their eyes. Maybe that was what they called 'Sibling Connection'. The four of them sat down, Y/N next to Daisuke and across Suzue. As the starters came, Daisuke started the conversation,

"Mr. Einstein and Ms. Kanbe, with the current project going on, there is a projected amount of dividends for all shareholders and it's easily a 2% increase from last year."

"Oh yes, I am glad to hear this."

"I have increased the dividend due to the fact that our profits have drastically increased by 7%. The rest will be retained profit, acting as a safety bound in case one of the projects fails."

"I do not doubt your leadership and business skills! I am glad to have bought shares from your company."

"Oh, yes. Ms. L/N, could you bring out the documents regarding one of the projects that I was impressed with?"

She squeaked an embarrassingly high sound, which Einstein somehow melted to how cute it sounded. Y/N dug into her bag and pulled out a piece of paper that had a proposal written on it. The elderly man took the paper and read it.

"This indeed sounds interesting."
