Antisepticeye rolled his neck on his shoulders with a light groan and smirk, "So . . . how you idiots wanna die? I'm sure you've all given it a lot of thought, hm?"

Marvin stood in front of them all with Jackie at his side. They were the strongest of them all so it only made sense for them to be at the center of it all until Henrik could get the canon up and running or if Chase had a clear shot.

Antisepticeye wasn't ignorant, though. It'd be the only plan they'd have. He knew it just by looking them in their eyes.

"Well?" he played with them, "There's the quick death scenarios . . . . . I could blast you all to atoms like I did too Henny's wife and kids"

Henrik flinched at the memory but started to turn on the canon. It was heavy machinery so it would need a few minutes to boot up. He didn't get to before they came here, too afraid of what Antisepticeye would do to Sean if they didn't hurry.

Antisepticeye chuckled, "I could . . . rip off your heads just like I did to Evan, right, Marv?"

Marvin clenched his fists. He knew what Antisepticeye was doing. He was trying to get them all riled up.

"Or I could do what I did to Chase's family . . oh, but I guess you weren't there for that, were you . . . Ace?"

Chase shuddered, his finger on the trigger, ready to shoot him in the fucking face. But he knew that if he shot at him now, he'd miss. Antisepticeye was ready for it, to dodge out of the way just like he did earlier against Jackie.

Antisepticeye grinned, the black in his eyes bringing to life his neon green glowing pupils even more so. Like a bloodthirsty demon straight from hell.

"If you want . . . we could re-enact it . . so you could see exactly how they died. . . . ."

Chase shivered, chills running down his spine. He knew he was taunting him but it was working.

"You shut the fuck up, you bastard" he seethed.

Antisepticeye just licked his lips, though, "Mmmm . . . . I love killing women and children the most, I think. Their blood flows out so much faster. It's so much more . . . . luscious than an older male's. Of course, you wouldn't know that, though, would you, Chase? You've never killed ANYONE before. That's why you were discharged. Because you're a coward. Just like Jameson who couldn't even TALK to the woman he loved and-"

BANG!

Antisepticeye's head swung back at the hit.

They were all surprised that this normal bullet managed to hit him at all but then they saw why.

Jameson had a gun on him and had taken a shot. But Antisepticeye brought his head back down, ticking the normal bullet off of his forehead like a pesky fly.

"Scheisse, James" Henrik cracked a nervous smile, "Vhere did you get zhat gun?"

He signed with one hand, 'I found it under my other counterpart's bed." he shook at the excitement of using it for the first time but also out of some fear.

That bullet did NOTHING to Antisepticeye except interrupt his monologue.

In fact, the bastard just smiled at them all, "Wow . . . . if that's all you got, James, then maybe I should just kill you first?"

Antisepticeye glitched, disappearing, but he reappeared in front of Jameson, grabbing and throwing the gun off somewhere else.

"Shitty weapons like that are not gonna work on me" he went to attack him but a hand gripped the back of his neck, throwing him aside.

Jackie stood in front of Henrik and Jameson, "No . . . to get to them . . you go through ME first, asshole"

Antisepticeye rubbed at the back of his neck, cracking out a kink, " . . . . my pleasure"

Marvin wasn't sure about letting Jackie have his little hero moment but it WAS a good chance to distract Antisepticeye.

'If we dance around long enough, maybe Anti will actually show up. If not, then Jackie might last long enough for Henrik's canon to be ready. Either way, I'm not about to stop him. Jackie can last at least a little while and Antisepticeye's just sick enough to toy with him for a bit, forgetting all about whatever weapons we might have up our sleeves. Not that he'll care'

He flinched as Antisepticeye threw Jackie into the grow, elbowing him in the stomach.

' . . . Antisepticeye's just cocky enough, he might even let the blast hit him to prove how strong he is. If all else fails, I'll try and cause an overload . . .. maybe then at least Antisepticeye won't be able to hurt any other derivatives of us ever again.'

It was dark to think about but they were nearing that point. He hadn't even told the others about that sort of plan yet.

Antisepticeye punched Jackie across the face, lightning crackling off his fist as he did so, knocking the hero back and into the ground.

Marvin thought back to something Anti had said about him.

'Apparently he knows everything, like always. He just refuses to trust anyone else except himself until shit hits the fan'

'Sorry guys.' Marvin sighed inwardly to himself, 'Anti was right about that to some degree. I can't trust any of you to actually sacrifice yourselves if all else fails . . . .'

Chase looked to be aiming right at Antisepticeye now, ready to take the shot but Henrik quickly stopped him, forcing him to lower the gun.

"Are you SURE you can make a shot at him? Directly?"

Chase scoffed and shoved him off of him, "Of course I can! I don't shoot unless I'm ABSOLUTELY sure it's a bulls-eye"

"I must warn you, though" Henrik went on, "I didn't get to before. You fell asleep reading my manual. There are only a limited amount of shots you can make. One has already been fired. You have four more. But you have to be sure he won't even see you make the shot since when Jackie did it, he was able to swat it away with his own new Pheno energy"

Chase growled softly under his breath but nodded, "I get it. While he's fighting Jackie and knows our position, he'd expect me to shoot him." he looked around at the environment.

There wasn't a whole lot of cover they could take since the Pheno blast some days ago but Henrik's house was large and there were SOME large pieces of foundation that had been thrown around along with burnt and blackened trees a ways out. Sean was hiding behind one of the wall shards looking through a broken window at the fight. Right above and behind him was a sturdy looking boulder.

'If I could get on top of that without Antisepticeye noticing, I could have a high-ground advantage. It'll be GETTING to it that'll be the problem.'

But then he remembered Marvin was a magician and grabbed at his robes.

"Ow! Hey what the hell, man?!"

"Make me invisible!"

Marvin stared at him, "Why? So you can run away?"

"Don't be fucking ridiculous, dude!" Chase swat his arm, "So I can get on top of that boulder over there. I'm not stupid. If being invisible was all it took to hide from that bastard, YOU'D be doing it"

Marvin rolled his eyes. Honestly, he never even thought about it but he decided to give Chase this one, "Yeah, you're right. Alright, I'll do it but it'll only be temporary. Once he locks on to where the blast CAME from if it doesn't work, he'll be able to see you"

"Shouldn't matter by then, though, right? I'll have blasted his ass UP by then."

"Please do not say it like zhat" Henrik sighed.

"Alright." Marvin was about to do the spell on Chase.

"Augh!" Jackie landed in front of them, his body making a large indent in the ground. He coughed up blood and looked like he'd been through hell, really.

"Oh shit" Marvin and the others looked on in horror, "I thought . . . I thought Jackie would last a lot longer than that"

Antisepticeye glitched in front of them and stomped on Jackie's chest.

"Ough!" Jackie grabbed at Antisepticeye's foot, trying to throw him off but he didn't have the strength in him anymore.

Antisepticeye looked straight up at Marvin, "Well? Who's next?"

Marvin breathed in. He didn't see any other choice. He'd have to fight Antisepticeye instead.

He glanced back at Chase giving him a silent word.

Chase didn't like it but he understood.

Once Marvin went to attack Antisepticeye, he needed to run. There wouldn't be any time to stalk around with invisibility.

"I'll fight you." Marvin stepped forward, "It was bound to happen eventually anyway, right?"

Antisepticeye smirked, "Bound to happen. And you're doomed to fail."

"N. . . No" Jackie managed to shove Antisepticeye's foot off of him and sit up, "This isn't over . . . between us"

"Spoken like a clingy ex-girlfriend" Antisepticeye just frowned at him, "I want to kill you all at the same time. Just lay back and enjoy the show, hero. Watch as I bring all of them down to their knees just like I did you. Know pain again . . . in how you failed to protect them. . . .. just like you failed in protecting your sister-"

Jackie kicked Antisepticeye in the shin HARD, making the glitch practically yelp and shoot backwards.

"You little fu-"

Jackie stood up in front of the group, "You don't touch them . . . until I'm DEAD"

Antisepticeye snarled and huffed at him, " . . .. Fine . . . . have it your way."

He lunged at Jackie but the hero found a little more strength in him, grabbing his arms and headbutting him.

Marvin took this chance and quickly made Chase invisible, "Go now!" he whispered to him, "While he's distracted! Go!"

Chase bolted and it didn't take him long to get to the boulder but the problem now would be climbing it.

He saw Sean still cowering behind the broken piece of wall in front of him so he tried to get his attention.

"Hey! Sean! Over here!"

Sean flinched and looked around but didn't see anything, "Uh . . .am I going crazy again?"

"No. It's me, Chase. Marvin made me invisible so I can get on top of this boulder but it's too high up. I need help getting up there. Could you lend me a hand?"

Sean looked less than thrilled, "Uh . . . how?"

"Fooking give me a boost, dammit!"

"Oh" Sean got it but he was scared. What if Antisepticeye spotted him?

Chase could see how hesitant he was, "Sean, it's all gonna be alright. Antisepticeye CAN'T kill you until all of us are dead otherwise he dies, too. Remember? As long as we're still kicking, then you'll be fine. He'll come at me before he does you"

That seemed to have helped and Sean wandered over to where Chase was, "O-okay~ . . . . but I can't see you, either. I see the gun but how do I know where all of you is so that- OW!!"

Chase was already hopping up on him, climbing the boulder, "Just stay still! I got this!"

Sean huffed, "Yeah, my now bruised shoulder says otherwise!"

But Chase was already up on the boulder getting into position, "Go on and hide again, Sean, for now. It won't take me long to get a good angle on him"

It didn't matter how far away he was. He could see Antisepticeye fighting with Jackie. The monster was a lot faster but Jackie seemed to be keeping up with what little strength he had left. It seemed that with all the times they had fought, Antisepticeye had learned the best way to take him down.

Antisepticeye was using speed against strength.

Chase mumbled lightly to himself, "Speed is key, after all . . . . . but Jackie had that lightning power before, too . . .. why isn't he able to use it against him anymore? Is the bastard immune to it?"

Antisepticeye soon had enough, though, and grabbed Jackie by the throat before slammed him back into the ground. He charged up lightning in his fist and punched Jackie in the stomach full-throttle, a large crack in the air sounding off on the impact.

When the dust settled, Marvin jumped into the scene and shot off his own offensive attack at Antisepticeye, sending him back a few meters.

"What? Don't think the hero can finish his own battles!?"

Marvin looked back at Jackie but it was clear he wasn't going to be able to finish this fight how he was. He was knocked out cold.

Quickly, he nabbed out one of his healing potions he had been saving up and tossed it next to Jackie before looking back and giving Jameson a look.

It'd be up to him to administer the potion to Jackie while Marvin kept Antisepticeye busy. It wouldn't fully heal Jackie but it'd be enough to wake him back up and repair any broken bones he might have.

Jameson wasn't sure but he really didn't have any other choice. If he wanted to be useful, this was it.

"You're all idiots!" Antisepticeye yelled at them suddenly, "Fools! You can fight all you want! The result will be the same one way or another! You think I was giving it my all against him!? Think again!" he laughed to himself as static electricity crackled off of him, his hair starting to glow a sickly green along with his eyes.

Sean was regretting having dyed his hair green now.

Marvin stanced at the ready but he knew, too. Against Antisepticeye, his offensive attacks were NOT going to do much.

Antisepticeye let out a blast from his hands but Marvin was quick and conjured a shield, deflecting the Pheno energy.

Jameson, meanwhile, took his chance and had run up to Jackie. Before he could pop open the vial, though, one of Antisepticeye's static cracklings snapped towards him, making him have to jump out of the way!

'These are not good conditions in the least! Oh, I hope that gun Chase has can take him down! Please hurry!'

He quickly popped open the vial and gently poured the liquid into Jackie's mouth, letting him instinctively swallow on his own.

It took a moment but Jackie cracked open his eyes, " . . . . S . . . Sammie?"

'Oh no, he's delirious' Jameson thought to himself.

He signed in Jackie's field of view, 'No, it's James. Wake up, Jackie. Marvin is fighting Antisepticeye.'

Jackie blinked but couldn't fully open his eyes yet, " . . . . Whas. . . point? . . . Sorry, JJ . . . .I don think I can . . . . fight him again"

Jameson pat his cheek softly, 'It's okay. We still have Chase's gun and Hen's canon. And Marvin's fighting now. We still have a chance'

Jackie shook his head but he couldn't say anything anymore. After fighting Antisepticeye with all he had . . . . Antisepticeye was barely even fighting at all. Hope drained from him.

This was it.

Marvin held up his shield but Antisepticeye was attacking it like a wild animal at this point, releasing blow after blow until the shield was starting to crack.

"IS THIS ALL YOU GOT!?" He screamed at him, "COME ON! YOU HAD MORE FIGHT IN YOU WHEN I KILLED YOUR BOYFRIEND! WHERE'S THAT FREAK!? HUH!?"

Marvin wasn't sure what else he could do. After giving so much of his power into the gun and canon and Anti's marble . . . he stood even less of a chance than Jackie against him now.

He glanced over to the boulder where Chase should be, 'Come on, Chase . . . shoot the fucker already! Why's it taking so fucking long!?'

Antisepticeye broke through the shield in that instant.

Marvin tried to go on the defensive again but it was too late and Antisepticeye had a hand in front of him, crackling with electricity.

'Oh shit'

Chase gaped, watching in horror as Antisepticeye erupted his strength on Marvin like a nuke. It was such a large and hefty blast, Chase couldn't even see anything anymore with all the dust surrounding the area.

Henrik's blood ran cold, though. He could see what happened.

Marvin's mask cracked against the blast and as the dust cleared, it fell off of his face, breaking into pieces.

'Oh no . . .' he swallowed thickly, 'Marvin's store of power . . . all he has left now is whatever he holds in his own body. And that doesn't look like much now'

Blood ran down Marvin's face and suddenly pain shot through his shoulder and arm. He looked down to see blood soaking through his clothes, 'Shit . .. he managed to wound me physically, too. Bastard!'

Antisepticeye grinned, "So much for that, huh? How the mighty have fallen." he didn't even look tired, "I told you that you all were doomed. I don't lie"

Marvin held onto his shoulder and stepped back, "Back off! I'm not done here!"

"Hrn" Antisepticeye raised a brow at him, "Really? Because it sure looks like it from where I'm-"

BANG!

A large blast of Pheno energy slammed into Antisepticeye right in the side of the head, knocking him down and into the dirt.

Marvin snapped his head around to see Chase with a thumb up in the air. The invisibility spell had worn off on him but it didn't seem to matter. He shot him perfectly.

"SHOOT HIM AGAIN, CHASE!" Marvin shouted at him, "I DON'T THINK THAT'LL- . . . ."

He stopped, flinching. He looked around.

'Where'd he go!?'

Antisepticeye's body wasn't there!

He looked back to Chase who was motioning something before screaming at him.

"BEHIND YOU!!!!"

But it was too late and Marvin saw a knife come through his other shoulder.

"AH!!" Marvin fell forwards and whipped around. Antisepticeye was there smirking and laughing like the dick he was.

"Heheheheheheh . . . . what? Did you morons really think that fucking little pea-shooter could do anything against me? Come ON! You GOTTA be fucking with me here! Ahahahaah!!!"

Another blast shot Antisepticeye again in the head but it didn't affect him like the first one. Another shot came towards him but he swatted it away effortlessly.

The gun only had two more shots left to give and then it'd be useless.

Chase stopped, though. What else could he do? It wasn't working. So why continue?

'Shit . . . . will the canon even do anything against him? And how the hell could we ever even get him to stand still long enough to use it? Jackie's down. Marvin's fucked. Sean's hiding. Jameson doesn't have any fighting capabilities whatsoever and Henrik can only work the canon.'

He growled, pissed off at the circumstances that weighed them all down.

'Yep . . . this really is it, isn't it?'

It was all too clear now.

They gave it their all.

And now . . . .

They had run all out of options.

Marvin stumbled but yanked the knife out of him before tossing it to Antisepticeye's feet.

He may be bleeding profusely but it didn't matter. This was the endgame.

'I can't even overload the canon and kill all of us now if I wanted to. . . . . We still have ONE last . . . . hope. . . .please . . . .'

He couldn't do anything, watching as Antisepticeye glitched to the top of the boulder where Chase was. He could only watch as he kicked him off the boulder, making him land in the dirt below, hitting his head on a blunt rock.

Henrik's canon was still not at full power and he closed his eyes, knowing it was too late.

Marvin closed his eyes, hoping for one last miracle.

'Please . . . please, Anti'
