The best way to describe Caspian is 'in-the middle'. His personality is truly a wildcard. You never know if he will lean more towards good or evil on a daily basis. He has devoted his loyalty to the court, but carries that more 'bad boy' persona. He tends to push the boundaries of what is allowed or accepted without going to far to result in punishment or banishment. He has a lure about him that keeps people intrigued and interested in him. He's skilled in both traits of good and bad personality traits that people uncertain of what type of man he will become, but unable to deny his bloodline right to the court. It is also this personality that gives the princess a 'rush' feeling around him, knowing he's bad news but unable to completely shut him out as he always has the foot in the door when it comes to her. Born into the highest level of royalty he could besides being the son of the king and queen, standards were quickly thrown at Caspian. He learned how to be a 'king in waiting' and all the duties that would come with that. From a young age he was taught how to properly sit, hold his spoon, walk besides a princess, and dance a royal dance. At first, Caspian played the role perfectly. He was the picture perfect example of a nobility. He was respectful, stayed in line, and didn't speak up. Around his young pre-teen era he started to bend the rules. He kicked his feet up, leaned against the walls, let his emotions show on his face, and undid a few buttons of his shirt. The bad boy persona seemed to fit him more naturally. He had found the perfect balance between pushing boundaries and staying in line. 

Caspian wasn't like anything the princess would have expected in a courting man. He wasn't all tied ribbons and buttoned corsets. The challenging and risky man set his eyes on the princess, regardless of her royal status. Caspian had set his eyes on her for a long time, never swaying to another female as there was always something about her that caught his attention. With them both growing older and more mature, they had spent more time together as standard for a future 'planned proposal' arranged between their parents. Regardless of their hands in the arrangement of the years, Caspian has spent years learning all the subtle details of the princess. Everything she likes or dislikes, how she likes her coffee in the morning, the curvature of her neck, the gleam in her eye when their gazes meet - all of it. Although the two haven't officially started courting yet, Caspian doesn't plan on waiting much longer.
