𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗟𝗟 ━━* Though she has a pretty rough exterior, Mickenzie isn't a mean or rude person. Instead, she is someone that keeps up a wall and is hesitant to trust others due to what she has experienced and seen in the Glade. She has witnessed firsthand how someone can seem so helpful and truthful, yet be everything that stands against that. Because of this, she doesn't trust easily. She will be nice to new people she meets, but won't put her life in their hands any time soon.
When Maze was new to the Glade, she almost became a runner. She isn't the fastest or strongest but could always hold her own against those stronger than her for quite some time. Due to her flexibility and agility, she could usually get out of dangerous situations. When the 'leader of the Glade' discovered her skills they decided to make her a map-maker instead, not wanting to risk losing someone with such valuable skills to the dangers inside of the Maze.
Since Maze has been here longer than a lot of the people in the Glade, she has developed a sense of seniority over the group. Though she isn't necessarily in a position of authority, she is well respected by those who do - keeper of the runners, second in command, and the one in charge. Her opinion is important to some people in the Glade and she is frequently involved in their meetings with the higher-ups of the Glade.
When Maze is around people she truly trusts, her true colors show. Deep down under her rough exterior Maze is a flirtatious, spontaneous teen. She can always make people laugh in the darkest of times and has a smile that warms your heart. The problem is getting her comfortable enough to feel as though she was show her true colors.
