BACKSTORY ; 
Everett was born as a only child to a family of fishers. From a young age his high IQ was quickly recognized as he excelled at learning everything handed to him. He easily grasped the concept of crafting, problem solving, and sea life. He was identify any type of sea creature and knows if they are safe to eat or can be used as a weapon. His parents knew he would be at a disadvantage due to his age if he was ever selected for the games so they prided themselves on training him how to run and swim. His small sizes also helps in getting in small spaces and slipping out of people's grasp. He is the fastest of all the tributes in the water - he knew how to swim before he could walk. Everett knows what he is good at and uses it to benefit himself. He can hold himself in battle for quite some time against those twice his age with a trident or Sia, but eventually their strength or endurance is likely to overpower him so he needs to either strike when unexpected or know how to get away. Everett is also a extremely fast runner, able to keep up with those much older than him. He wasn't upset about being sent to the games, he is actually looking forward to it. He can finally maybe fulfill some of his darkest thoughts. 

OTHER ;
Everett was born with a condition called myostatin-related muscle hypertrophy which causes him to have little to no fat development on his body and his muscle mass is twice the normal size. This causes him to appear to have the body of a body builder at twelve years old. He has a six pack along with highly defined muscles on his back, arms, and legs. This condition contributes to his strengths and swimming, but causes him to be hungry a lot more.

He has the budding personality of a definition psychopath.
