Dea's childhood was nothing fancy or flashy. She had a quite normal childhood, raised by her mother in a small town that most people have never heard the name of. At the age of seven, Dea got into a fight with her twin brother Tobias. With the rage of emotions and lack of control, Dea ended up killing her brother. Although she has no memory of it, she knows she was the one who ended his life. Shortly after this occurance, her father showed up. Tobias hadn't inherited her father's abilities, being only a mortal, which was regarded as weak to Hades. He was actually quite impressed by his daugther's strength of her powers and gifted her a bracelet that she has never taken off. A short conversation told her that Hades wouldn't visibly be around, but he'd be watching her as she grew up and would call for her when it was time - whatever that meant. After that day, Dea's life continued on. It wasn't until she was fourteen that she started to notice people staring. At this point, Dea had created a reputation for herself as the problem child in town. She was the kid always seen at parties, somehow mangaged to ace every test without studying, and always was quick to fight someone. With more pressuring eyes on her from people others failed to see, Dea begun to hear distorted voices telling her to run. The voices were that of her father, leading her to Camp Half-Blood. Reluctently she listened, disappearing from her mother's life without a word and going where he directed her. Once she was over the border, the voices stopped. She attempted to step back over but they were gone. Left with no idea where she was and nothing more than a few things in her bag to her name, Dea decided to stick around at Camp Half-Blood. It didn't mean she was happy about it.

When your soul is bound to hell indefinately, why try to be an angel? Dea cares little about people liking her, and quite honestly prefers people to hate her. It's easier to maintain enemies than it is to keep friends. Dea will freely do as she pleases without care to who gets offended or hurt in the way. She pushes others away out of fear of actually caring for someone other than herself. Whenever she starts to care too much, she will purposely do everything she can to hurt the other person to push them away. Those who choose to hang around Dea either have a death wish or have already burned their soul beyond repair. In addition to her careless attitude she has issues with her anger and holding her tongue. She comes across blunt and rude, speaking her mind with little filter and no remorse to her words. Dea is a loose cannon, she's hard to understand and predict. Dea doesn't see the point of trying to be the good guy when she's naturally good at being the bad girl. Fighting, arguing, sabotaging, and manipulating come as easy to her as breathing. She believes that violence and revenge is the quickest answer.

- Immunity to Moral Substances ; having a father of death, Dea doesn't achieve death easily herself. She has a increased tolerance for substances like alcohol, marijuana, etc. But, unlike others, she is incapable of overdosing or having long-lasting health affects from them

- Death Sense ; can tell when someone recently died somewhere or when someone is going to die soon (illnesses like cancer, poisoning, etc.)

- Animal Companionship ; power to form companionship with beasts that would be otherwise regarded as murderous and terrifying

- Esoteric Darkness Manipulation ; The power to manipulate the esoteric darkness and shadow. Can shift the shadows in a room, able to make herself practically unnoticeable.

- Pyrokinesis ; ability to manipulate fire. Casted out from her arms she is able to create and manipulate flames. Consequencly she is normally quiet warm to the touch and never cold.

- Pyroimmunity ; incapable of being harmed, burned, or killed by fire or heat

- Pyroportation [limited] ; ability to travel from one location to another, restriction is that a fire much already be lit where she is going (fireplace, campfire, etc).

- Fear induction ; able to manipulate fear into others, those with strong minds she can at least cause a level of stress and anxiety if not fear

- Seven Deadly Sins Sense ; can sense the strength or potentcy of the seven deadly sins in people and those that they are around. Like odors, they vary depending what's going on around them and by potentcy.

- bident ; Hade's two-pronged spear crafted from obsidean and brimstone. forged from some of the strongest material in existance and smelted using hellfire. Contracts into a simple metal rod that Dea wears in a leather holster strapped to her thigh.

Hade's Ember - ; black, leather braclet that has a single charm that is a constantly, burning red ember from the underworld encased in glass. Dea doesn't know what it does, but knows it from her father.
