WHAT IS FUGITIVES THE ROLE-PLAY? Fugitives is based off the novel of Maximum Ride, a group of experimented on children that resulted in angel like wings and flight ability along with other powers. The school, nickname for LEXIcorp by children, also conducted many other experiments on children resulting in children with other kinds of abilities. The role-play has a limit on members with ranges from facility members, rebellion members, and members of the Flock. Personally, this is one of my favorite role-plays currently.

HISTORY | Oscar had never known anything outside of the facility. All his memories from his childhood were from inside these walls and he's never seen anything else. Oscar was born with an abnormally high IQ and was fascinated with electronics as a child. When he was good and didn't cause an issue LEXIcorp, they rewarded him with letting him work on electronics or giving him some to mess around with. As he got older, Oscar begun to despise the facility and what they would do to him. Oscar was the most rebellious against the facility and constantly would tell others about how one day he would burn the place to the ground. Him and his brother were the tag team, making plans on how they would join the rebellion and take this place down. 

Oscar and the others over the year found the perfect opportunity to do so, but the night before it took place he met Cora Davenport. He spent over two hours with her arguing, talking. It's unclear about what they agreed on, but the one thing Oscar learned a long time ago, other than how much he hates the facility, was how to look out for himself. Oscar didn't know much about the outside world, but he knew they wouldn't be accepted. Oscar made an agreement with Cora and when the night came where everyone ran to the doors he froze in the hall. His friends begged him to come with, but he stayed there. Oscar heard extra guards coming and spilled gasoline from a gas tank that was on a transport cart, he helped manipulate a wall of fire to by them time. Oscar took over the position previously held by Elliot. He created and tuned machines for LEXIcorp's experiments, sometimes having to run them himself because they confused even the most genius white coats. Over the years while his brother was out in the world, Oscar gained trust of LEXIcorp, but he has remained truly loyal Cora. Oscar has spent his years making connections with people around the world, even different LEXIcorps, sponsors, and spies.

WEAPONS | Being a member of facility and proving his loyalty over the years, Oscar has earned the right to carry a knife on him for emergencies. He was given the choice for a gun, but he denied it.

SKILLS | Superhuman strength, Superhuman speed, regeneration (healing), Fire immunity, heightened senses, and classic Avian skills. Oscar's DNA was a created DNA mutation in a distant LEXIcorp sister company in Australia. The mutation changed his appearance and his abilities. Oscar's wings constantly look like they are burning and on fire, but does not affect his flight. He is immune to being burned or damaged by fire, he cannot create fire or manipulate it. .
