➼ Incinerating Touch; Can burn flammable objects by the touch of his palm or burn others under his touch. Can toggle his heat from a comforting warmth to hell fire temperatures.

➼ Pyrokinesis; ability to summon, control, and manipulate fire.

➼ Pyroportation; Finnick can teleport through fire, the catch is that he can only teleport to other fires that are previously lit. Fireplaces, burning buildings, campfires, etc. He uses this ability to travel to and from the underworld, but doesn't visit much.

➼ Shapeshifting; can morph back and forth from human figure to a fox.

➼ Banishing spells; witch spells that force Finnick back to the underworld for a limited time

➼ Suffocation; Without air he doesn't have access to his powers, he needs oxygen for his fire to work. 

➼ Cold water/Temperatures; cold water and climates makes it more dangerous for Finnick. Being submerged under water for more than a few seconds or soaked with water makes Finnick defenseless and unable to use any of his abilities. If he is kept in cold/freezing waters or temperatures he will faint and go into coma until he is warmed.

As if his fox being was carried over to his personality, he is charmingly beautiful and luring yet dangerous with fangs when someone gets too close. Finnick enjoys causing trouble and seeing mayhem unfold. Since he is half human, he isn't as dark as some of his counterparts, but that doesn't mean he is sweet by any means. There is still a deep part of him that flourishes of the piercing screams and cries of others. Most days Finnick settles for only upsetting a few others with jabs of wordplay and maybe a tussle here and there. He doesn't seek out to destroy lives on the daily basis. When someone spends the time to get close to Finnick, they will realize he is big on family - seeming that he doesn't really have any. Anyone he considers a part of his family he will defend and protect to no end. He will show them the more caring side of himself that wants to hold onto others and make them smile. 

Around the right crowds, he can be playful and joyous to be in the presence of. He has a skill for bringing a smile to others faces and making them feel safe in more dire situations. Because of the title he holds and the duty he has to serve the King of Demons whenever he calls, Finnick hasn't indulged himself in any official relationships. Other than quick hook ups with local tourists or some friends with benefits amongst other species, he doesn't allow himself to fall for others. If he starts to realize he has emotions for someone, he will quickly disappear from their lives and avoid them at all costs since he doesn't have the time for a relationship. He feels it wouldn't be fair to the other person if he had to go whenever the king called him. So instead he fuels his desire for a companion with bold flirting, hook ups, and becoming the center of attention. The boy thrives off knowing someone wants him so badly.

He prides himself on containing the demon tendencies inside of him. It doesn't necessarily help that the man can manipulate, create, and bend fire. It only unleashes a new capability of his to cause chaos and strife. He doesn't use his powers unless needing because when he starts, it is difficult to stop. He is a bit of a pyromaniac and doesn't like to settle for small flames when he can unleash monstrous ones.

If someone were to ask Finley about his childhood, he could casually laugh it off and change the subject when truthfully he doesn't remember anything outside of Covington. Born in 1821, he was the child of an unsuspecting relationship between a human woman and demon. There isn't much history surrounding what happened to the demon, but from what he has been told, Finnick was given to the woman to raise when he initially didn't show any demonic traits as a child. Finnick aged naturally as any other human child would. He only holds one memory of his childhood when his powers first activated at eleven years old. The memory is more of a slideshow of images in his mind. When his mother had attempted to bring him to church one Sunday things went horrible. Because Finnick is a hybrid, he was able to enter the holy ground for a few minutes before he began to become enraged and in immense pain. He screamed in agony while his mother tried to figure out what was wrong. The next thing Finnick remembers is the church burning down around him. 

Seemingly a blink later in his memory, he stood on the town line of  Covington where he soon after made a life for himself. Without any memory of how he met with the King of Demons and was appointed his spymaster, Finley knew his new position. With his physical self freezing in age at eighteen, he has lived the rest of his life in the small town. He blended in with the crowd, going unnoticed by the bigger faces of Covington for years. It has been several centuries since Finnick has left Covington, ignoring the blossoming world beyond it's borders. He has visited the underworld twice since his arrival. Once through a banishing from a witch and another by choice when he perfected his pyroportaion. Both times while in the underworld he heard rumors from other Demons that Finnick was in fact the son of the King of Demons himself, but his memory had been wiped with the aid of a witch to keep him from remembering that. Finnick laughs it off, saying it is nothing more than a rumor, but is puzzled why so much of his memory would have been stolen otherwise.
