Jimin showed up exactly fifteen minutes later at his doorstep with a bouquet of roses. "Hey Cherry Blossom, I missed you so much." And before Jungkook could even register what was going on, Jimin had captured his lips in a searing kiss.

The hollers and whistles of his two friends Kwan and Duri fell into deaf ears. Jungkook held onto the alpha's shoulder as he devoured his mouth. The omega could only moan as the alpha sucked on his tongue before pulling back with a peck on his lips.

"I gotta leave," Jimin whispered against his mouth. "Will you miss me too, omega?"

Jungkook's heart did a happy dance and a blush coated his cheeks. "Yes, I'll miss you," he replied, resting his forehead against Jimin's.

"Wish I could spend more time with you but these meetings were scheduled months ago. I can't postpone it even if that's all I want," Jimin lamented. "I'm gonna come back and spend as much time with you as possible."

Jungkook could only nod, warmth filling his chest at the thought of spending more time with his alpha. This didn't feel like it was a trial period. If Jimin was trying to seduce him with his charms it was working.

"So what do you want when I get back?" Jimin asked. "Send me your wish list and I'll be sure to get the things for you."

"Just you," Jungkook whispered, meeting Jimin's intense gaze. "Come back safely to me."

A dazzling smile lit the alpha's features. "I will." He kissed him, chaste and gentle, following it up with a few more consecutive kisses. "Attorney Kim will take care of the court hearing and everything associated with it. I've made necessary arrangements for you and your friend. Our driver will be here to transport you." He caressed his cheek. "I wish I was here. I'm sorry I'm sending you alone."

Jungkook shrugged. "It's okay. I'm a big boy. You've already done a lot."

Jimin nodded, kissing him one last time. "Be safe. I'll talk to you whenever I can."

"Okay. Take care."

"You too, Cherry Blossom."

With that, Jimin pulled back, waving a hand at him and inclining his head toward Jungkook's friends. Then he was walking back to the elevator, their gazes locked until the doors closed.

"That was one hell of a kiss," Kwan giggled. "Damn, bro. Your alpha is hot!"

Jungkook blushed several shades deep, ears burning under all the attention of his two best friends.

"And he seems genuine," Duri commented. "The way he kept caressing your cheek. I don't think he'd do that if he's dating you only for sex. He must really care for you."

"Agreed," Kwan piped in. "He is sincere and he means every word. He's also super whipped. Like a smitten kitten," he gushed. "The way he couldn't avert his eyes even for a second and how his scent sweetened around you. I didn't sense a hint of arousal or lust. It was all fluffy. That's why I'm sure his liking toward you isn't just physical."

"They're both smitten. Didn't you notice how our Jungkookie just got all mushy in front of him. His scent was so sweet that I thought he was melting into goo," Duri quipped. "And that nickname gosh..." He squealed. "When were you gonna share this with us?" He bummed to his side, wiggling his brows.

"We're getting late for our classes," Jungkook quickly recalled, realizing they'd be pulling his legs all day today.

But wasn't this a part of fun in dating? Even when his face was flaming, his heart fluttered whenever his friends teased. He was secretly enjoying it as much as they did.

"Fine! But we are not done yet," Duri warned and soon they were off to classes, Jungkook visibly lost in the memory of the kiss that stole his breath away.

If his friends noticed the way he touched his lips while riding the bus, smiling to himself and his scent sweetening more, no one breathed a word. Duri and Kwan giggled to themselves, speaking in hushed voices as they observed him, letting him daydream about his alpha as they should.
