Na-Ra was on her way for a meeting when she spotted the cosy coffee shop tucked neatly in a corner building. In an area surrounded by commercial buildings, the place looked like a little getaway with potted plants, decorative vines and a small area with tables outside.

"I need coffee," she announced. The day had just begun but it was already tiring to her. "You can go ahead and arrange everything." She despised the long meetings and wished she'd rather be attending a gala elsewhere.

"Sure, ma'am," her beta assistant nodded, but her gaze lingered on her with a frown. "Should I accompany you?" she asked. "In case you want something else and need help with carrying everything." She pointed at her jacket tucked in her elbow and the designer handbag she carried.

Na-Ra rolled her eyes, thrusting the said items into her assistant's arms. "You can take them with you. Now scram." She hooked her glasses above her head, keeping only her phone and card with her.

"Yes, ma'am." Her assistant bowed, leaving hurriedly.

The omega wasn't fond of her assistant but she got her job done, so she didn't mind. And she also knew her place.

Na-Ra strutted toward the coffee shop, wondering what items would be on their menu. The day was going to be a long one and she had meetings lined up all day. She entered the coffee shop, pushing the door open and growing immediately annoyed that there was no one to open the door.

With a huff, she let it slide because it appeared they were just opening up. There were only two customers inside. The shop looked new. No wonder she never noticed it before. Not that she came to this location every day. She stopped by probably once a month to attend meetings. Shin Cosmetics headquarters was in the Gangnam District very close to the Park Incorporated.

She glanced around, biting her lip contemplating whether to order a takeaway or drink it here. She had another thirty minutes for the meeting anyway.

There was only one worker behind the counter and she tapped her manicured fingers on the marble top to get his attention. When he lifted his head, though, fury filled her.

"You," she hissed, her free hand clenching. "What are you doing here?"

The omega, Jungkook glanced around, peering from under his ball cap and rose to his full height. His white uniform t-shirt stretched across his sculpted chest and the apron was askew due to some manual labor he was doing at the moment. He tilted his head to the side and a brilliant smile radiated on his face.

"Good day, Ms. Shin." He inclined his head a little. "I work here." He waved at the counter. "What can I get you today?"

Na-Ra clenched her jaw, reminding herself that she had to be in control of her emotions. However, her nature got the best of her. "I didn't think you'd be into all this stuff. I mean...why?" She shrugged. "Isn't Jimin paying you enough?"

Jungkook looked unfazed and that smile didn't slip even a bit. If anything, he smiled even more. "Jimin-ssi is sponsoring my tuition and Mr. Park is my legal guardian. But what does that have to do with what I do for a living?" he questioned instead of giving her a direct answer.

Na-Ra scowled. This one got a mouth and she couldn't wait to shut it up for him. "Do you even know how to operate these machines?"

The other omega only grinned wider. "Wouldn't be here if I don't," he said in a sarcastic tone. "Actually I'm a part-time cashier here so it's not my job to operate those machines." He moved to the cash counter to attend to a customer before turning to face her. "What's your order?"

"Caramel mocha to go," she replied, eyes narrowing at him as his fingers flew over the keyboard.

"Anything else?" he asked, without even lifting his gaze from the screen.

"Nope."

His face was a professional mask and she hated it. "That'd be 8000 won," he said, looking up finally from the screen.

"Oh. Thought I'd get a complimentary drink, considering we are somewhat acquaintances." She smirked. "But then I remembered...you still can't afford my drink." Her gaze scanned him from head to toe. "As you were pointing out earlier, it looks like Jimin isn't paying enough for your services."

Jungkook cocked a brow, but said nothing as he tapped the keyboard again. "Didn't think you were the type to ask for a complimentary acquaintance's drink," he said, passing the printed bill to another staff member that appeared out of the kitchen. "And with all due respect, I don't think what goes on between me and Jimin hyung is any of your business. You seem too focused on something that doesn't concern you."

Na-Ra scoffed. The nerve of this bitch. Did he think he was special because he was Jimin's current flavor? He didn't know what was waiting for him.

"You have a lot of nerve for a cum-dump," she muttered and watched the way the other omega's expression soured. "I'd be ashamed."

His fellow co-worker stiffened beside him, but pretended as if he heard nothing and continued to make the drink swiftly.

Jungkook took a deep breath. "Can't relate, Ma'am," he said in a polite tone, but the look in his eyes said something else. "You can wait there until your drink is ready. You're blocking the queue." He pointed a hand and her anger flared. "Please move aside."

She glanced behind her and saw no one. "Fucking ugly mutt!" Na-Ra hissed. The nerve of this asshole. She'd rip him a new one today.

Jungkook looked up and then behind him with a puzzled expression. Then his eyes widened. "Oh, sorry. I didn't realize I was standing in front of the mirror thereby obscuring your view." He moved aside with a smile and then glanced at her reflection. "Ah, now it's better," he said, eying the mirror. "You're right. That's indeed a fucking ugly mutt." The corners of his mouth curved down. "And pretty dumb too."

"You—"

"Here's your coffee, ma'am. It's on the house." He grinned, pushing the takeaway cup toward her. "Have a good day."

And once again he did not bow. Without thinking twice, Na-Ra removed the lid and threw the coffee at him, dowsing him from head to toe, earning a loud gasp from the co-worker and the two new patrons that just entered the coffee shop.

"Know your place, mutt," she growled. "Your kind shouldn't even be here. Who the hell are you to give me a complimentary drink? You don't even know how to respect the purebreds. Where's your manager?"

Before she could say something further, a wave of jasmine with the under notes of petrichor reached her. Then she was doused in something cold and sweet. Na-Ra jumped back, letting out an audible gasp as he whirled around.

"What the fuck?!" Her hands and skin were growing sticky with a cold mess that was just dumped on her.

Taehyung stood there with a huge smirk and a large cup that he had just emptied on her head. "Bring me another one," he said to one of the staff. "Extra cream."

"Taehyung, what the hell!" She glanced down at her beige designer dress that was now soaked in chocolate and the ice cube sliding between her breasts sent a chill through her body. "How dare you!"

"What? I didn't even do anything yet." Taehyung grinned. "If you were an alpha, I'd have body slammed you and punched you into that wall." He pointed a finger at her. "Since you're..." He waved a hand from her head to toe. "Ah...what you are..." The staff brought back a large cup of something chocolate-like and full of rich cream. He took it with a grin. "Thank you. That's exactly what I had in my mind. Remind me to give you a bonus for this." Then he turned toward her, throwing the entire content on her face.

Fresh cream, chocolate and ice hit her face with full force, soaking her thousands of dollars' worth of clothes, making her smell sickly sweet and feel sticky. "Fuck you!" she growled, throwing her phone at him, which he dodged while recording her with an obnoxious laugh.

"It's really funny that you walk into this establishment, which he technically owns and dump the drink you ordered on him and throw tantrums because you're pissed that he managed to catch Jimin's attention and you didn't," Taehyung continued as if she didn't curse at him and throw her phone. "You got a lot of nerve to be here and spew all that shit. Not to mention the words coming from a certified cum-dump." He laughed.

"And that's rich coming from a man whore like you. Fuck you, Kim Taehyung. Everyone knows you fuck anything that walks around in two legs. Fucking screw you!"

"In your dreams." He smirked. "I might be a man whore and I proudly admit to what I am. But at least I don't run around and call people shitty names and throw tantrums like you. I certainly have never disrespected anyone innocent and I have never been an asshole to anyone who doesn't deserve to see that side of mine. You have no business coming here and throwing shit on him. And you have no right to judge him. Apologize," he demanded.

"Why would I?" she growled. "I did nothing wrong. He disrespected me and I taught him a lesson. You don't even know what happened."

"I witnessed everything that happened here. A lesson you say." He took a menacing step forward. "Pray that it was me here today instead of his alpha. I doubt that Alpha would have treated you with any dignity if he had been here. Leave before I do something worse."

"I won't let this slide," she warned.

"By all means." He opened his arms wide as if inviting her to create chaos. Of course, he would. She forgot how fucked up he was. "But try to get out of this mess you created first." Taehyung smirked again.

She glanced down at her clothes and scoffed. "I can afford a ton of shit like this, unlike this broke bitch here," she snarled. "I don't give two fucks about any of this."

"Oh, but you should," he replied coolly. "My fans aren't thrilled to learn that you threw a drink at my lil brother." He clicked his tongue. "They're an unforgiving bunch you know."

"Why would I care about your fans?" She glared at him. "They'd undoubtedly be an unruly bunch like you."

"Because of this." He turned his phone toward her and she saw his tweet that was garnering attention and there was a short video.

"What?" Her eyes went wide.

"This video and the tweet..." He lifted his phone. "It's going viral as we speak. It'd take weeks for you to come out of this mess. Good luck, bitch. That's the way out and you're not welcome here."

As the words left his mouth, Na-Ra saw her assistant burst through the doors with a panicked expression and rushed toward her. "Ma'am," she yelled. "Please we need to go now."

Na-Ra tried to shake her off but her assistant held tighter.

"No, you don't understand. We need to leave. Now! The car is right outside."

Taehyung chuckled. "I think she's afraid the reporters might show up here at any given moment."

Na-Ra froze for a moment, wondering how things went downhill just like this. She glanced behind the counter to see Jungkook had already wiped his face and removed his cap. His co-worker was dabbing his t-shirt while his soiled apron lay on top of the counter.

Their gazes locked and the way Jungkook narrowed his eyes at her irked her wolf. She wanted to glare at him, perhaps address the subtle challenge but her assistant tugged at her hand again, finally managing to drag her away from there.
