P - Praise "Our Father in Heaven, hallowed be thy name..."

1. Your own words of praise, what he has done for you.
2. Pray scripture (Psalm 145)

R - Requests "Your kingdom come, your will be done..."

1. Make requests that are God's will (1 John 5:14)
2. Make personal requests

A - Admit "Forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors..."

1. Confess mistakes (1 John 1:9)
2. Forgive others (Matthew 6:14-15)

Y - Yield "Lead us not into temptation, but deliever us from the evil one..."

1. Surrender your life to follow God (Isaiah 48:17)

Amen - Means "So Be It." An expressions of agreement or approval.
