You're probably wondering, why in the world did I give you the lyrics to this song? It's not even a Christian song! Oh, but that's where you're wrong! Read the lyrics one more time and tell me it can't be seen as a Christian song! The very first time I heard this song, I immediately thought of it this way.

Here's a bit to help you understand what I mean:

"What would I do without your smart mouth."
God is incredibly wise. Without him and his word, we would be lost sinners.

"I can't pin you down."
The concept of God, a one person who created the entire universe along with, over 7 billion unique souls, including his son Jesus who was perfect... It can be pretty hard to process sometimes.

"I'm on your magical mystery ride."
There are times when it is hard to find the line between his will and ours, and life with God just gets plain confusing. It's a wonderful ride, but we never know where it's going next.

"My head's under water but I'm breathing fine."
We may find ourselves in deep waters, but we make it out just fine with God by our side.

"'Cause all of me loves all of you."
We should love God with everything that we have in us. Our relationship with him should be what we base our entire lives off of.

"You're my end and my beginning."
God is the beginning and the end of all things. He is the alpha and the omega.

"Even when I lose I'm winning."
When we stand up for God, the world may knock us down and make us feel bad, but really, we should feel good about it because the Bible says that we are storing up crowns in Heaven with each good thing we do.

"I can't stop singing, it's ringing, in my head for you."
Our hearts should constantly be singing the song that Jesus Christ gave to us when we handed our lives over to him. He should be the song we sing!

"Cards on the table, we're both showing hearts. Risking it all, though it's hard."
The love between us Christians and God is a two-way street. Both of us love each other with all of our hearts, even when doing so gets us beaten down by others.

And lastly...
"I give you all, all of me. And you give me all, all of you."
God took everything he had and placed it in our hands. He sacrificed his own son to save us from an eternity in Hell. We should thank him by giving back everything that he gave to us.

It is absolutely amazing what can happen when you change a completely secular song into great worship and prayer!
