General P.O.V

Lenka wasn't supposed to be talking what was supposed to be something unconfirmed; she spilled everything to Len as if she can trust him. Rin told her he can be trusted but Lenka still doubts that Len is a trust worthy guy despite him saving her for countless times. She still didn't trust him.

After telling him all she knows except a few things here and there, Lenka went back to being silent and noticed how sweet her drink was.

"Okay, so you're saying that you think this 'La Reyna' who is trying to chase you is one of your family's doctors all along?" Len asked, trying to confirm and match what he heard from what Lenka said. She gave him a nod.

"And Kano saw her in a flashback from Nikki?" Len asked once more and garnered a nod from the blonde who took another sip from her glass.

"Well, that's something. Have you figured out what to do and if it really is true about the doctor?" Len asked and this time, the blonde cautiously shook her head and lowered her head.

Len could not understand why Lenka was afraid of learning of the truth behind the doctor's identity but he was sure of one thing: She was confused to the point that she snapped and broke under pressure. This was just too much for her to handle.

Lenka looked over Len who seems to be in his own deep thoughts but she knew that the guy was just trying to sympathize with her. It was just confusing her even more.

Was he actually willing to help her knowing that he had nothing to do with it in the first place? Was it out of pity? Is it genuine help that he was doing? What is he even doing to help her anyway?

A lot more questions popped in her head as she looked at stared at the boy only to get caught by him. It startled her to the point that she dropped her glass on the floor by accident.

It placed the girl to shock of course but she stood up and picked the pieces of the glass she broke and looked for the nearest trash bin there is and threw the shard only to find cuts at her hand that healed almost simultaneously. She still can't get used to the idea that she never is going to die unless something goes wrong which would most likely happen soon enough.

"Lenka." Len called out, concern in his voice as he approached the girl. Lenka turned around only to come face to face with the boy a few inches away from her face. Lenka's cheeks were tinted with pink.

"I'm sorry, I must have startled you." Len apologized but Lenka shook her head and took a step back only to trip but with Len's instincts kicking in in a flash second, he caught her by her waist and stopped her fall.

This again made the girl flustered but a smile decorated her lips. At least she was smiling now compared to her mood earlier.

"Thank you." She muttered and pulled herself up and chuckled. "That was so cliché." She noted and went back to cleaning to the glass shard left on the ground.

It left Len speechless.

"So...does this mean you're feeling better?" Len asked. The girl sighed and managed a smile as she fixed the rest of her mess.

"Len, I'm gonna be fine but everything is just confusing me." She told the guy and went to throw the rest of the glass shards she had in her hand.

"You...gonna go back? At this dead of the night?" Len asked with worry.

"Yes. I have to look at the condition of Nikki. She's like a little sister for me and if Kano's suspicion is true, I have to be there to at least give protection to that girl." She said and went to the sink to wash her hands.

Len pressed his lips in a thin line and sighed. "I'll walk you home then."

Lenka turned around in surprise.

"No. You don't have to! You should know more than to walk around in the dead of the night. You are still an idol. That makes it more dangerous for you." She pointed out.

Len chuckled. "Well, you, on the other hand, is a CEO of a large group of companies. How does that make it any safer for you?" He asked and Lenka seems to find his point.

"So?" Len raised his eye brow, asking for permission.

"Fine. But you are taking a cab home and if you don't agree to that, I will lock you up in the butler's quarters." Lenka said and stood up and the two started walking in silence, neither of them didn't know what to say or tell each other. All Lenka knows is that she's thankful that Len was open to comfort a girl like her despite being just mere acquaintances only. They were friends, okay, maybe that, but they weren't really close. Lenka knew that she'd somehow loosen up a bit to Len but now, she has other things to sort out.

If Nikki knew this all along, why did she not tell them earlier? Why was she hiding it? She has to talk to Nikki about this.

Soon enough, they were at the mansion's door and Len was looking at Lenka with worry for the whole duration of the walk.

"Are you going to be alright?" Len asked and placed a hand on her shoulder which startled Lenka for a bit. She looked at Len in surprise but regained her composure and nodded to his question.

"Lenka, I'm worried about you. Are you really sure you're going to be alright? Once we step through this door I know questions will hit you like a tsunami wave. Have you braced yourself for that?" Len asked with full concern. It seems like he has bee in this situation before.

"We both have been to this kind of situation, Lenka. We both know how hard it is." Rin talked inside Lenka's head and she found this a little surprising.

"See? Rin understands this." Len said and smiled at her.

Lenka took a deep breath and nodded. "I'll be fine. I'll have those questions answered one by one." She said with straight focus. Len smiled at her seeing that she was this determined.

"We'll be here for you." Rin and Len told her at the same time. Lenka was thankful she had these kind of people around her.

She soon pushed the door open and the first person that threw her to the ground was Lyra who was smiling and crying with worry.

"You-You; Urgh! Lenka! Don't run off like that again! You got us worried sick!" The red head said and hugged her and pealed her off the ground.

"Sorry." She said with a low and quiet voice but managed to pull a sad smile.

"Lenka!" Akaito was relieved to see the girl back home and he was dressed like the usual household clothes, his butler uniform which Lyra didn't seem to mind.

"Akaito, I apologize for my absence." Lenka said and sighed. "Where is the doctor and Nikki?" She asked.

Kano went down the stair looking grim and saw Lenka. He hurriedly pulled her upstairs and Lenka couldn't help but worry. What happened to Nikki? What did the doctor do? What happened while she was out?

"Kano, wait!" Lenka pulled him to a stop and looked him square in the eye in the middle of the hallway.

Kano looked down at the ground and not without worry. "Nikki..."

"Why? What happened to her?" She asked.

"Just check her at her room." Kano said in defeat. Lenka's face color paled upon hearing the tone of his words.

Lenka bolted to the room where she knew Nikki was and when she opened the door, her eyes were glued to the sleeping figure of Nikki on the bed and the doctor looking at her as she caught her breath.

"What happened? Tell me!" She said and didn't know that her hands were ablaze.

"Nikki, she's stuck in a coma period. She's fine and in normal status but her body was weak for too much use of her ability." The doctor said and connected the IV on Nikki just to sustain her body's needs including blood.

"When will she wake up? When?!"Lenka demanded and stormed towards the doctor but with a lift of a finger, Lenka couldn't move. She was frozen in place.

"Lenka, I apologize but you have to calm down. I know you have a lot of questions but please...Calm down for the mean time." The doctor waved her hand and soon, Lenka was knocked out of her consciousness.

The doctor didn't like to knock the girl out but she was angry and disoriented. The words of the Kano boy was at fault and the doctor wondered how did Nikki obtain her memory of having a talk with her family. Unless it was her mother, it would be no wonder.

"Oh, Miss Kagamine." She turned around to look at Nikki's condition but she heard shuffling from where she left Lenka only to see her standing up but her eyes were not blue but ruby red...

"You knocked her body out quite easily, good for you." Rin took over Lenka's body for the mean time and she didn't look happy that the body she was hosting at was hurt.

"Well, good to see that you're reborn to be my cousin's daughter." She said and smirked. She's been rivals with this young lady for quite some time back only to disappear during an incident a long time back so she suddenly disappeared only to reside here in the human world and blended in perfectly as a doctor.

"Aren't you happy? We get to spend time together, Sapphire." She said walked a few paces away from the doctor and sat at a chair at a nearby desk.

"Well, I think I might be gleeful for our meeting again. Worry not, the girl I will not harm. I came here for...you." The blonde gave a simple wave of her hands and soon, Rin was in chains by her hands and neck.

Rin sighed and stood up, trying to use her powers to free herself but it was no use.

"I've looked for those chains in long time to use on you. Now, can we have a talk?" The doctor asked and gave her a look of uncertainty and closed the door and crossed her arms as she took her place in front of Rin.

"We have nothing to talk about! You betrayed your own bloodline, you slayed hundreds of my own and you killed my family! You are unforgivable!" Rin said with hate and stood up only to be forced back down on her chair.

"I did what I had to. They were planning something you shouldn't and didn't know." The doctor gave her a tight look. "Something that would wipe out humanity for good and I thought you were a threat because you are their daughter. You have something in your bloodline that always wants to annihilate the human race so I killed them." She said.

"What?" Rin was not believing what she was hearing.

"Yes and that's only the beginning." The doctor said and sighed.

This was a long talk they have to discuss and only have a limited time.
