One person can be seen hyper excited in room where group was gather. As if on clue phone rang and one person answered it saying " Hello"

" -----------"

" Okay I'll inform others too , you don't worry" said first person.

" What happened jinks, when is he coming " asked the hyper excited one.

" Ummm....jaddu Ro is not coming today due to some whether condition he didn't get permission to fly here so he will join us in Sydney itself " said jinks winking towards ash.

Understanding jinks ash tried his best not to laugh at jaddu's uncharacteristic sad face and asked him "why are you sad jaddu ,it not like you won't get to meet him at all, it's just you will meet him after 3 days."

Trying to act as his usual self jaddu laughed and said" I m not sad , its just that I'll have to wait for 3 more days to prank him , anyway I need to call reeva and talk with my ramlal" .

" Ramlal who jaddu " asked pujji for first time looking out of his book.

" Pujji ramlal my horse , remember I told you about him on the way to hotel after practice " said jaddu.

Confused pujii searched for some help and saw ash nodding his head so he too nodded and jaddu left from there grinning.

Once ash made sure jaddu was out of ear range he asked " when is he coming "

Smiling jinks replied " in evening , when whole squad is gather for Hi-tea ".

"Okay but why did you lie to jaddu ," asked ash.

" something along the way to surprise him and prank him , he didn't mention it clearly you know both are idiot's" said jinks chuckling.

Time skip

Whole team and support staff was gather in hotel's restaurant for hi- tea. That time someone made his entry.

Jaddu was trying to see who it is and as soon as person came in his full view , he was on his feets running towards his idiotic friend and did their friendly bum and hugged him. And looked behind to jinks and gave him look like 'you betrayed me' and jinks shakes his heads and points his figure at Ro as if telling it's all Ro's plan.

After meeting everyone and having bit catching up with coach and jinks , finally looking around Ro asked jinks "where is jaddu ?"

" I think he went to his room and even I saw ash going behind him" replied jinks.

" Okay then I'll go and unpack, later on I'll visit jaddu" said Ro.

" Ro you can meet jaddu on the way to room as your room is in middle of jaddu and mine " said jinks.

"Okay then see you later " said Ro and went towards his room.

Here in jaddu's room

Jaddu was behaving uncharacteristically since morning and now ash was both curious and concerns for his spin twin . So when he saw jaddu going towards room even when whole squad was lounging downstairs so he decided to followed jaddu so he can try getting some answers out of him.

" Jad why did you come up here suddenly when everyone is downstairs" asked ash entering in jaddu's room.

" Oooh hey Ashley , I just came up to relax " shrugged jaddu.

Ashwin just send a glare towards jaddu as if saying 'not that name ' and asked " jad what is wrong , you are not behaving like yourself."

Listening this jaddu laughed in jaddu like manner and said " nothing is wrong ash, it's just ______"

Jaddu was saying something when Rohit came barking in room saying " hey jadeja" and after seeing Ashwin there he added " hey Ashley you are here too" .

Glaring at rohit, Ashwin muttered " was one idiot less that another one too came"

Listening ash jaddu again started laughing and Ro just rolled his eyes and said " ash if you wont mind can I have jaddu for sometimes" .

" Sure Ro , will catch up later " saying this Ashwin went out the room.

And Rohit went and sat beside jaddu on bed and said " you know jaddu if you missed me that much you could have just called me you didn't need to be jealous of rishu though"

Jaddu just stare at Ro and said " you are mistaken Sharma I didn't miss your idiot self at all".

" Come on jad , drop the act I saw you glaring at rishu when he was on video call with me and even I know you were the one who kept calling him continuously to disturb VC and Don't even try denying it because I have proof and you know even rishu fought with Harry thinking he was disturbing ." Said Ro

Jaddu started laughing menacingly only to stop when Ro gave him disapproving look so sighing he said " okay fine it was me , I was disturbing your video call but you are only to be blamed though."

Rohit just stared at him confused as if what he did now , so seeing Rohit confused jaddu said " Ro I know you were just being big brother but did you for once thought even I needed my friend , after Vi left I thought atleast now I'll receive a call saying ' jad you have to pull your socks up and be there with jinks untill I come ' but that was too much to ask for right , even jinks got your calls and msg , jassi and rishu were in constant contact with you but all I got was 'congrats on half century jad and see you soon'."

Jaddu was huffing when he finished his rant and saw Rohit was staring wide eyes and once Rohit recover from initial shock he just hugged jaddu and said " m sorry jad I never thought that my Jamnagar express will need his Mumbai local, but I think telling you are strong I myself forgot that even strong person needs support and love , won't you forgive your Ro this once ...I promise I'll do anything you ask which I know I'll later regret on".

Laughing jaddu said " don't go all senti now Sharma and you don't you dare forget your promise " jaddu was grinning like idiot.

Which made Rohit regret his decision to promise jaddu. And they spent their time laughing and catching up.

Time skip:

It was 4th day of 3rd test , Rohit saw jaddu was all padded up to go bat if required.
He knew he should stop jaddu from going out there to play with broken thumb but how can he stop jaddu when he didn't listen to anyone and he knew right now jaddu needed his support. so he went and sat beside jaddu looking at ash and vihari play and praying that jaddu doesn't have bat and suddenly a thought hit him and he voice it out aloud
"Why is it always whenever I fail to deliver, you come to handle pressure and try to win " said Ro

"meaning" asked jaddu

"I failed to perform in semi's of CW19 then it was you who was fighting till end and even today when I should have tried to stay there longer but I got out and here you are ready to bat with broken thumb if needed and I hope it better not needed today" rohit muttered last part very slow so jaddu couldn't hear.

" Rarely you top order fails to deliver so that is only time we lower order get our chance to showcase our batting talent " said jaddu grinning.

" Seriously jaddu " said Ro

"What serious , I'm sir jadeja did you forgot that also 😮😮" said jaddu , listening this shub who just came and sat besides them started laughing with jaddu , shaking his head in disbelief Ro too laughed with them.

Ro thought to himself 'whenever I needed someone to just be there for me , I have always found jaddu besides me whether it be after U19 world cup loss , CW2019 loss or today .'

Jinks who was at distance from them smiled Seeing them and thought " both are idiots but pure at heart , hope kiski Nazar na lagege inki dosti ko"
