2. Belgium, and Luxembourg are always playing by a field of tulips while Netherlands watches them as he tends to his tulips.

3. Even though Romano and Veneziano haven't met each other while they were younger, they wrote each other letters every single day even if they don't receive it all the time.

4. America and Canada were raised together back in the past by the natives before they were colonized.

5. Iceland and Norway would practice a duet on the violin together and play it for the Nordics at the end of the week.

6. Japan and South Korea got along when they figured that they had a similar taste in music. They have a small rivalry though,

7. Taiwan is the only one who knows about Vietnam's secrets and swore to secrecy.

8. Even though Australia and England have their differences, they always have each others' backs. (And eyebrows)

9. Belarus would always make new blouses for Ukraine or repair the buttons if they ever break.

10. Russia would send sunflowers on Valentine's Day not just for his sisters, but for the Baltics too. He considers them as his little brothers.

BONUS:

Every country sees their own citizens as their siblings even though they are not blood related to them. They would secretly come up to that random person and guide them if they're lost.
