"You will pay for your crimes."

ArtisticSunflowers asked me to write this. I really enjoyed writing this, it's longer than i normally write for one shots. Also Andria is not my character, she is ArtisticSunflowers   OC. I hope you guys like it.

"Maybe you'll regret your crimes now." The man chuckled as he pulled his coat on and left Andria shivering from the lack of clothing on her malnourished body. She was alone in the room, in her mind. Everything started to go down hill, she started thinking a lot. She couldn't get that man out of her mind, why did he do that to her? Right, because she deserved it, she was tori. After all she was nothing more than a girl who committed treason, she softly sobbed into her knees she felt like she was worthless. That man came in her room and did things she wished she  could forget. Before that, she had a bit of hope that maybe when all of this was over she could find someone to be with, but no one was going to want to be with someone who's done that. In this time women had no right, even less if they committed a crime. She tried to get the man out of her mind, to not let him win and take over her mind. Andria wasn't doing well with that, everything reminded her of what had just happened, the pain in her body, the feeling of being trapped and too weak to do anything. Her small body was withering away more everyday, she didn't have anything to cover up with, her body shook from the cold. The man walked back in and grabbed her by her hair and drug her out into the middle of the camp and tied her up there. She felt the shame build up, she wasn't going to let them win, they were not going to break her. That's what she had told herself before all of this started, now she could only softy cry and try to coverup her body. A man with fuffy hair walked out of a tent and gasped. She felt the shame heighten, it was getting late and colder. Nothing is worse than being forced to let people judge your body. The man walked up to her, Andria flinched thinking he would hit her, after all she was a criminal.
"Hello, I'm Lafayette I'm not going to hurt you can I help you?"
Andria didn't trust him but she didn't really have a choice so  She nodded. He gave her some food and water, then cut the ropes that were tied around her wrist and ankles. She fell into his arms, there was no point in her fighting it, she didn't have the strength to. Laff pulled her close to him trying to keep her warm.
"Can I take you to my tent? I'm not going to try anything I just want to get you warm is that ok?"
The thought of warmth would have made her agree to almost anything. She nodded and Laff gently picked her up and walked to his tent. He had gathered a bunch of blankets, he set down Andria on his cot and grabbed a place on the floor giving her all of he blankets he and and wrapping up in his coat. Andria softy whimpered, Laff leaned over worried about her.
"What do you need?"
"I'm just really cold," she whimpered softy.
"Ok, what are you ok with?" He didn't want to make her more uncomfortable than she already was.
"Would you mind holding me," she whimpered and flinched thinking she made a mistake asking him that.
"It's ok I'm not going to hurt you," he spoke gently hugging her keeping her wrapped up. He then thought about the fact she most Likely  wanted to have something on.
"Do you want something to wear," he asked gently. She shook her head, nothing else maddered other than staying warm. Laff was deeply mad a Washington and everyone else letting this happen, he didn't care how much damage she may have caused. No one desvered to be treated that way. He held her close in an effort to keep her warm. After several hours, she was still very cold but took up Lafayette's offer about clothes and then fell back into Lafayette arms. She was blindly trusting him, but the warmth from his body was something she needed. Lafayette held her, knowing good and well he could get in serious trouble for this he didn't care about what happened to him. The next day Lafayette was called to Washington.
"Sir, you wanted to see me?"
"Lafayette, what are you doing? You had no right to do what you did."
Lafayette was shocked at the nerve  Washington had to say that.
"Sir! I have every right, I wasn't going to sit back and watch her get hurt and freeze. I don't care what she has or hasn't done. No one should be treated that way," Lafayette spoke in a tone that completely undermined Washingtons authority. Once again Laff didn't care, he delt with most of Washington did but this he was not going to let it go. Washington was about to start yelling, but he kept cool and signed.
"Lafayette, your right, that was not right of me, we've just lost so much information I let my head get ahead of me. I am sorry," Washington  spoke Lafayette still wasn't happy.
"You going to have to better than that this time," Lafayette was really pushing his luck this time.
"Lafayette, may I remind who is in charge of who." Washington spoke and Lafayette knew he had screwed up.
"I'm sorry sir I had no right to talk to you like that but it's still true and I'm not letting that go."
"What else do you want me to do," Washington asked. Lafayette thought for a while and about Andria telling him she wanted to join the war.
"Let her join the fight, when she gets better and can."
"No way," Washington spoke.
"Sir! We need more soldiers, why dose it madder that she's a girl?"
"It doesn't it madders that she is a tori, Lafayette you know how much information we have lost first hand." Both of the men at this point were getting frustrated with each other the volume getting louder with every statement.
"Sir, she is scared, she was before we found her you can tell by the way the looks at you and the way she tries to cover up her fear, she is  scared of them."
Washington hadn't thought about that being possible.
"Ok, fine but she says with you and if anything gets out of hand I'll have to take action against both of you," Washington spoke.
"Understood thank you sir."
