I know that Christmas passed already, but I couldn't find time to make a Christmas Special one-shot. However, today I do have time. I came up with this idea while trying to sleep last night lol.

Twirling your pen around your fingers, you hum to the song that's playing in your ears. Your eyes scan the screen of your phone, clicking on an item.

"He'll like this!"

You smile and head downstairs. Peeking into the kitchen, you walk towards your dad and poke him. "Hey, Dad! Mind taking me to a certain place so that I can buy (C/N) a Christmas gift?"

He takes a sip of his coffee and sighs. "I don't mind. But isn't today Christmas..?"

"Uhh... no?" You give a short laugh and shrug. "Not sure what you're talking about Dad.."

He laughs, shaking his head. "Last minute, huh? Alright, let's go!"

"So.. did you get me anything~?"

"Yep, I did! Totally didn't get you something an hour ago or anything.." You smile.

He laughs, "I'm sure you didn't.."

"Did you get me anything~?"

He stays quiet for a few seconds, eventually speaking. "I'll be honest and say that I didn't get you anything because I didn't really know what to get you.." He sighs, running a hand through his hair. "Now I feel bad because you got me something. Don't worry, I'll get you something. I promise!"

You smile, "It's alright, don't worry about it. You don't have to get me anything. Just having you as my friend is enough."

"I'm still getting you something. In fact, I'm going to head to the mall right now. See you tonight!" He waves goodbye.

"My house?"

"Your house." He smiles, nodding.

"Okay, see you tonight then!" You wave goodbye and end the Skype call.

"(Y/N)! Help me set the table please!"

You run downstairs and head into the kitchen, grabbing forks, knives, and spoons. Your mom smiles and ruffles your hair, "Thanks honey."

"No problem!"

*knock knock*

"I'll get it."

You continue to set the table as you hear the front door opening.

"(Y/N), guess who~?"

"Hey (C/N)!" You smile. "And.. done."

"You two can go ahead and hang out. Thanks again dear for helping me set the table." Your mom goes into the kitchen.

You two head upstairs to your bedroom. (C/N) sighs and lays down on your bed, staring at the ceiling. Sitting on the bed, you take the wrapped present from the nightstand and hand it to him. "I hope you like it! It's one of the items on your wishlist."

"Really? Thanks (Y/N)!" He smiles, sitting up. "You're going to hate the present I got you. It's so.. it's stupid. Close your eyes."

"I won't hate it." You close your eyes.

"You can open them now.." He mumbles.

You open your eyes and stare at his red face, stifling a laugh. (C/N) has a present bow on his head and a tag on his sweater that says, 'Merry Christmas (Y/N)!'

He mumbles, "It's stupid I know.."

"How did you come up with this idea?" You laugh. "It's cute."

He frowns and looks down, "Cute? W-Well.. on our Skype call you said something about how just having me as your friend is enough. I wanted to be creative with this gift, so I-I.. uh.. yeah.."

"I love it!" You hug him with so much force that you two fall back on the bed. "And it's creative."

He smiles, "Well as long as you like your gift then.. I'm happy."

"(Y/N), (C/N)! Dinner's re-... OH! Sorry, sorry! I didn't mean to interrupt!" Your mom shuts the door quickly. "HONEY, GUESS WHAT I JUST SAW?!"

"MOM, DON'T TELL DAD! I WAS JUST HUGGING HIM!" You run downstairs as (C/N) smiles to himself.

"She's so adorable.."
