Justin looked around the family room, with a fond smile on his face and loving eyes at the scene in front of him. His family was back together under one roof again. Oh how long that's been. So much joy and happiness in one place.

His eldest, Jackson was sat on the sofa across him, rocking his little babygirl to sleep in his arms while talking to his younger brother Judah and wife. Next to them, his middle child, Jordan and his girlfriend, Sienna were laughing at the TV screen. Their hands laced together as Sienna leaned into him.

Justin eye's wondered to the lounge seat next to them. His only girl, Jasmine was sat cuddled into her husband, Ryan, as he rubbed soothing circles into her pregnant belly. Upon doing that, Justin's youngest baby and son, Julian was seated on Jason's lap, playing with Jason's finger while talking to Ryan next to him. Jason was talking to Jasmine as they laughed.

'My beautiful family,' Justin thought. He didn't want to go. He wasn't ready yet felt it was coming sooner than ever.

Justin stood up, a hand on his back, trying to hold the striking pain. He winced abit before making it out of the room. He climbed the staircase and saw the photo frames hanging. He smiled with teary eyes, tracing the first photograph.

It was of him sitting on Jason's lap with Jason's arms wrapped around his waist as they were both laughing and smiling into the camera. Justin smiled remembering the day.

Soon the next photo was magical. It was their wedding day.

Another step, another photo. A black and white photo of Jason kneeling down kissing Justin's pregnant belly. Jason's large hands on the side.

Justin smiled, the year, their family started.

Next was a picture of a little baby boy in a basket full of cotton wool and small hat with ears over his head as he slept.

Justin ran his finger across it. Jackson He thought of his first born.

A step up, a pink and white filled photo. His babygirl, his princess.

Next to that, was a family picture. Little Jacksom was on Jason's shoulder as he leaned up to kiss Justin's lips. Jason leaning down to his Justin's belly while holding his hand. Justin smiled fondly.

The next made Justin laugh. Middle child, Jordan sleeping on a guitar. Who knew he'd love music so much.

Onto the next, Judah was set in a knitted overall matched with a beanie placed on soft looking material. My little chill dude.

Next, Julian was placed in a knitted hammock. His younges baby.

A tear fell down his cheek. His babies. His beautiful babies.

Each step he took, a different photo.

The next few steps the pictures morphed into family pictures. As Justin reached the last step to the top, he smiled at the photo beside him. It was the most recent. The family on New Year's Eve under the fireworks.

He turned around again at the top. Realising the pictures were set from bottom to top. First being when it all started, the photos climbing up the stairs as everything and one grew.

Justin wanted to cry. His family was his everything, his world. He had to tell them. But he couldn't.

He silently slid under the white blankets and sighed. He's not ready. A tear fell down his cheek. Wiping it with his fist, he brought the blanket up higher over his shoulder.

One arm slung over his stomach, as the pain become excruciating. He squeezed his eyes shut tight hoping for the pain to go. After a minute and a half, it faded.

He laid on his back, staring at the white painted ceiling. Was he really ready to go?

Suddenly, the bedroom door opened revealing Jason.

"Darling? Are you okay?" Jason asked concerned that Justin was just laying in bed.

"Hm, yeah love, stomach's sore, is all," He murmured turning around giving his husband a small smile.

Jason saw his tired eyes. "Do you want some pain killer?" He asked.

"Please," Justin said grateful he was there.

Justin closed his eyes once again, eyes heavy. Sleep weighing on him.

After a few minutes, a cracked voice called. "Why didn't you tell me?"

Justin heard and immediately sat up, ignoring the slight pain in his body.

His tired eyes spotted Jason, tear stained face holding a tiny bottle.

My heart broke. Rarely does he cry. "J-Jason," Justin whispered.

"You can't leave me," He cried, tears now cascading down his cheeks.

"Come here," Justin said.

He dropped the bottle and ran straight over to his lover. 'You can't leave me,' and 'he can't take my baby,' He mumbled over and over again, crying into Justin's neck, holding him as tight as he could.

He held Justin as if he let go, he'd disappear.

"Please tell me this isn't happening?" Jason croaked. He looked at me sadly. Stray tears falling. "I wish I could baby," He shook his head. "No, no you c-can't leave me," He cried. Justin sniffled and held him.

Soon they were in the middle of the bed as Jason held his baby close.

"Why didn't I see it sooner?" He asked quietly.

"See what, my love?" Justin asked as he pulled away, looking up.

Justin wiped his tears. "The signs, the signs were there and didn't read them," Jason shaking his head. Beating himself up in his mind.

"What do you mean?" Justin asked. (A/N: please don't)

"You're always tired and you can hardly stomach your favourite foods," He reasoned. (A/N: I'm sorry if this is not what even happens.)

"Oh," He replied. Jason kissed his forehead before laying his head just above Justin's on the pillow.

Giving Justin another tight squeeze. Justin was drifting off slowly.

"I love you so much," Jason whispered, kissing Justin's lips.

"I love you more," Justin smiled, on the edge of slumber.

"Sing to me baby," Justin mumbled, eyes closed.

"Okay,"

'Across the ocean, across the sea,
Starting to forget the way you look at me now,'

Justin's heart ached as Jason broke once again.

'Over the mountains, across the sky,
Need to see you face, I need to look in your eyes,'

Justin continued as he lifted Jason's head and stared into his greying eyes.

'Through the storm and through the clouds,
Bumps in the road and upside down now,'

He sung, rocking the two back and fourth gently.

"Please don't leave me," Jason whispered so vulnerable. Justin gave him a sad smile but continued singing.

'I know it hard to be asleep at night,
Don't you worry,'

Justin wrapped his arms around Jason tighter.

'Cause everything's gonna be alright,
Be alright,'

"I won't leave you," Justin said lacing his fingers with Jason's.

"I'll still be here," He whispered, a shaky finger pointing to Jason's chest.

Jason once again fell into broken sobs. "Please, please God don't take him," He cried looking up into the ceiling, as if the big man in the sky could see him.

Jasmine turned her head to see both her fathers were no where in sight. "Jack? Where's dad and papa?" She asked her oldest brother.

Jackson looked around to see no Justin or Jason. "I don't know, I'll go see," He said, before ruffling Jordan's hair as he played the guitar.

Jackson laughed at his reaction before making his way out of the room.

He looked around the bottom floor before going upstairs.

He noticed his parents room door was the only one shut, so he knocked. Not getting a response, he slowed opened the door.

Only to smile at the sight. His parents were both sound asleep and cuddled into each other.

He turned off the light all the way before shutting the door quietly behind him.

He walked away with a smile. Not knowing one of his dad's is dying.
