You Stumbled Upon Me When I Was About to Jump (PurplePhone)

Third Person

The purple-headed male stood on the wrong side of the railing, the remorse of his actions towards the five children becoming too much to bear. He leaned forward slightly, looking down at the freezing water. He knew a fall from this height with these cold temperatures would kill him easily. That's why he was doing it.

Scott walked on the sidewalk. He looked up to see a purple male standing on the other side of the rail. His mind raced. He was young and unsure how to handle a situation like this.

"Uh, I r-really d-don't think you should d-do t-that," he stuttered nervously.

The purple male looked at him. Vincent hadn't wanted anyone to stop him. He took a step back.

"I'm not doing anything," he lied.

Scott frowned, knowing this was a lie. "Please, d-don't do this," he said, taking a step closer to the railing.

Vincent was surprised by the brunet's persistence. He didn't think anyone would even care if he jumped. He took another step back.

"Just, go," the purple male said.

Scott frowned. "Please, don't jump," he begged.

Vincent looked down. "Why do you care?" he asked.

Scott thought. He didn't want the purple male to jump. He seemed nice after all.

"I don't want to watch you die, you seem like a pretty nice guy," he spoke softly.

Vincent looked the brunet in the eyes.

"What's your name?" the brunet asked.

"My name is Vincent," he said, taking a step closer.

"Hello Vincent, my name's Scott. Just please, come over the railing," he pleaded.

Vincent sighed, walking to the railing. Scott helped him over and hugged him. The purple male blushed and hugged back.

"It's nice to meet you, Scott."

"It's nice to meet you too Vincent."
