Reader's POV

I was on the way to Teikoku Gakuen with my older brother, Sakuma Jirou. He's older than me by a year though we're both in second year since I started school early. I'm going in as a new student here in Teikoku and definatly joining the soccer club. I love soccer just as much as he does.

"(F/n), you're really going to join the club?" He asked me.

"Of course I am!" I answered happily.

"Because you're going to be the only girl there. We don't have managers like in Raimon." Now that made me think a bit.

"I don't mind." I smiled. "You'll be there anyway." He then smiled back.

"Okay then."

We both entered Teikoku and went to walk around since classes are going to start later. We usually go to school early. I know two of his friends like Kidou and Genda since even before, I've already met them and I always thought of them as cool. Though, Nii-san said that there was one more that they met recently and was with them in the FFI. I wasn't able to watch it that much but I was still full on support for him and his team. Back to reality, we ran into Genda at the hallway.

"Genda-kun, nice seeing to again." I said smiling.

"Nice seeing you, too." He said then smirked a bit. "Joining the club later, aren't you?" I smirked back.

"Of course I am."

"If you get past the others and score a goal from me." Genda and Nii-san just chuckled.

"Oh I was practicing a lot to get past your hissatsu." I grinned. "I think I'll break it though~"

"Don't be too cocky, (F/n). I've been practicing, too." He smirked once again. "Good luck anyway. I'm not holding back on you just because you're Sakuma's sister." I smiled.

"I wasn't counting on that." The bell rang.

"We'll see you later, Genda." Nii-san said as we both walked off.

I waited for the bell to ring so that I can enter the club. Everyone underestimates girls. Oddly, it's mostly me they underestimate. Life is harsh. And the bell rang. Finally. We all stood up and greeted the teacher goodbye. I met up with Nii-san near the clubroom and we both went in. I was walking behind him since it would be awkward to be infront. Literally. The coach was there.

"We don't need a manager, sorry." One of the players said while smirking. A mowhawk in fact. Pft.

"I'm not running for a manager, thank you." I smirked back. "I'm entering as a player, forward position." Most of them looked at the coach who said to let her score a goal against Genda.

"Well, good luck, (F/n)." Genda said, patting my back. I glared at him a bit. We all went to the field and we both went to our positions. "Ready when you are." I did my hissatsu.

"(H/n)!" I kicked it at Genda and he was struggling to catch it. He failed. I'm in! He sighed a bit then smirked.

"Looks like you really did your training." I shrugged.

"Why don't you introduce yourself?" Genda said. I bet he wanted to see the team's reaction.

"Sure. I'm Sakuma (F/n), Jirou's sister. Nice to meet you all." I told them. They were all in shock and turned to Sakuma with questioning looks.

"Sakuma, you never told us you had a sister." Jimon said. It's weird how I know some of their names but they didn't even know I existed. Wow. Nii-san told them a lot about me, huh?

"Well, now you guys know." He said. He looked at the mowhawk guy. "So, Fudou. You still think she's going for manager?" He smirked. While 'Fudou' just scoffed. "By the way, this is Fudou Akio, the one I told you about." Nii-san said when he turned to me. "So what's your first impression of him?"

"Skunk-wannabe." I said then the whole team started snickering then laughing.

"Fudou, she called you a skunk-wannabe!" Genda said while chuckling to himself. Fudou was clearly annoyed.

"Just shut up." He said to them then glared at me. I just chuckled. I found that cute. Wait, wait, wait. Nah.

It's been months since I joined the team. I got along with most of the team. Not all. I have a sort of 'frenemy' relationship with Fudou though you could say.. We were kind of rivals most of the time. Today, we were about to have practice but then I heard Fudou talking to Narukami.

"Fudou. Come one. Just admit it! You like her don't you?"

"I. Do. Not!"

"You're so denial! It just makes it more obvious."

"Just shut up!" I just decided to show up.

"Fudou, Narukami." They were both a bit shocked to see me. "What were you guys talking about?"

"Ah! That's was nothing, (F/n)!" Narukami said while smiling nervously. Weird.

"Okay then. And practice is about to start. You guys should get ready."

"Yeah. Yeah. We know." The cocky skunk-wannabe said while smirking a bit. I glared at him then walked off. What the heck is his problem. Then we started practice in a while. We were practicing fine...until a certain idiot injured me.

"Oi! Fudou! What's your problem?!" Nii-san shouted. He looked a bit guilty but didn't want to show it.

"Nothing. Not my fault she didn't see that coming." He pretty much called me an idiot.

"I'm going off the field for a while." I suddenly said, a shadow covering my eyes as I walked away. I stayed at the bench under the tree under the park.

Meanwhile...

Storyteller's POV

"Good job, Fudou." Genda said as he rolled his eyes. Fudou was looking away from the team, obviously regreting what he did. Sakuma was looking at the direction (F/n) walked off to.

"You better apologize, Fudou." The concerned older brother said, pretty much glaring at the male. "She is injured so she wouldn't have gotten that far."

Reader's POV

It's been a few minutes since the moment I walked off from practice. I have no idea why I'm so affected with that idiot. I don't usually get affected with his words since that cycle has been going on since we met. He's so harsh while I'm here trying to be nice. Now I'm just staring at the sky peacefully. But that moment had to be broken by a voice.

"(F/n)." I turned around only to see Fudou.

"What now?" I said while glaring at him. He didn't answer. "If you don't have anything nice to say, just leave me alone."

"I do have something to say." I looked at him with a raised eyebrow. "I...I'm...sorry." He said, stuttering. Well. That was surprising.

"You really think that I'll forgive you that easily?" He stayed silent.

"Then what else can I do?" I just didn't answer. "(F/n)?" Still no answer. I didn't want to talk. Then he suddenly didn't talk.

I suddenly felt a hand on my chin making me look to the direction he was then lips on mine. I was shocked to see Fudou. He let go quickly then looked away. I noticed a hint of red on his cheeks. "Is that enough for a sorry?"

"Maybe, maybe not." He immediatly turned to me with a raised eyebrow. Then he scoffed, smirking.

"I'll take that as a yes."

Extended Ending

Then, we suddenly heard the bushes shake and immediatly turned to the direction we heard it.

"Who's there?" I asked then suddenly, Sakuma, Genda and surprisingly, Kidou, was there. "Um...hi?"

"If you're going to ask if we saw that, then yes, we did." Kidou said with a smirk.

"So, (F/n) is getting an earlier love life than me?" Nii-san teased.

"Never thought Fudou would be the one." Genda added. "But then again, Fudou obviously likes you, (F/n)." Fudou and I both had light blushes on our face.

"Oh, by the way, we have a picture of you two kissing." Kidou says and shows his phone with a picture.

"Eh?! Kidou! Delete it!" I exclaimed then we started chasing each other while the rest of them just chuckled.
