Sam and Dean Winchester, the hunters with their own guardian angel. They're the reason this town is now overrun ghosts (Or the locals think they are), not the normal kind where you can blast them with rock salt and they'll leave you alone for a while. The kind where is seems to stun them, but they'll not disappear. No one knows what to classifiy this kind of ghost, and so they're called 'ghosts' instead of 'ectoplasmic figure' it got very confusing at times.

"Dean, please tell me there's something in dad's journal." Sam, the taller of the two. Even though he was younger than Dean, he had shot up in his teens. "Okay then Sam, there's a big red lollipop. What do you think?! There's nothing!" Dean replied, the elder brother and the one who had John Winchester's journal and he was flipping through it.

The two brothers had taken shelter within a grocery store, the desk providing cover while they figured out what to do. The store itself wasn't much to gawk at, rows of the usal things. Veggies, fruit, a frozen area for the meat and dairy. The store is painted a cream and tan colour, a large neon sign out front stating that they've got fresh produce everyday though it's only once a week.

The thing to gawk at was outside the store, a boy with white hair and black and white hazmat suit and glowing green eyes was being attacked by a greenish robot-like thing. The boy was holding his own quite well and seemed to be winning the fight that was going on about 2-3 meters above the ground, both entities were floating and dodging the attacks from the opposite by flying or rolling out of the way. They're both ghosts and enemies.

The boy, who was named Danny Phantom growled and dodged another attack. "What is your problem?!" He shouted at his opponent. "I want your pelt on my wall." The other ghost replies. "Skulker, you followed me through one of Wulf's portals. Unless you leave now it will probably be closed leaving you stuck in the Fenton Thermos until I leave, we're in a different universe." Danny shot at Skulker who looked confused, then his face morphed back into a scowl. "You think I'd believe that? You went through a natural portal and I followed my prey, simple." "You've made your choice." "What are you talking about ghost-child? I haven't made any choice." He said with a smirk which disappeared after Danny pulled out a silver and green thermos, which he then aimed at Skulker and a blueish glow shot out which then surrounded Skulker and pulled him in.

Danny sighed and tucked the thermos away, Skulker took a lot out of him if he wasn't careful. Danny had been telling the truth, he had asked Wulf to create a portal for him to a different universe for some peace and quiet. Wulf is going to reopen the portal in a about 2 months time when Danny has had his 'vacation' and relaxed enough to stop jumping every time his parents mentioned ghosts.

Back in the store, the brothers stuck their heads out to see what was going on. The noise of the ghosts' battle had faded, leaving the sound of heavy breathing and mostly silence apart from a few car alarms and dust falling from a destroyed building. "D'ya think they've gone?" Dean asked, standing up and making his way to the front door. Careful not to disturb the salt they had placed he opened the door and looked out, not a soul was there. "Yeah, I think so." Sam said, following Dean outside and gauged the damage. "I only got glimpses, but I think one ghost was fighting another." Sam said, taking a grab at the journal which was jerked out of the way as Dean started flipping through it again. "Dude, you're acting like me. Now that's scary compared to this." He said watching his elder brother. "Well, one of us needs more info. Guess who?" Dean replied stopping on the page with Ghosts on it. "Maybe their demons?" Sam suggested. "Maybe." Dean growled out throwing the book at his brother who nearly dropped it.

Danny Phantom, now Danny Fenton peered around the corner at the two men talking about ghosts and demons like it was an everyday thing for them. Maybe it was. Danny practiced his terrified face a few times and shivering which was pretty easy to do, he had been practicing after every battle to act like he had been hiding the whole time. Though in his own world he didn't need to use it much, here he might have to. Danny shot a quick look around and walked out of the alley he had been hiding in, his face automatically shifted into a scared look and he turned tail and fled.

"Hey! You!" A voice called out from behind him, Danny mentally sighed and turned around still looking terrified. "Me?" He asked. "Yeah, you." The taller of the two replied. "Can we ask you some questions?" He asked, Danny shook his head. "I-I have to go home to my Mum, to make sure she's okay and to make sure she's not worrying about me." He said. "It won't take long, promise." The guy said again, Danny changed tact. "Why should I tell you anything? I don't even know who you are!" "I'm Dean, this is Sam. Will you answer our questions now?" Dean asked, seemingly frustrated. "Okay..." Danny said, walking  over and stopping a few feet away. "Ask away."

"Did those people fighting look like anyone you knew?" Sam asked, butting ahead of Dean who was probably going to ask the same question but not sugarcoat it. The boy shook his head. "Do you know what they were?" Dean asked, ignoring Sam's subtle nudge to his ribs. "I th-think they were gho-osts?" The teen said, looking terrified. "D'ya know why they were fighting?" Dena asked, the teen shook his head again. "Thanks for your help..." Sam said. "Danny." The boy said automatically. "Thanks Danny, we'll see you around." Dean said just before Danny took off down the road to his mother's.

Danny shook his head and growled at himself. "Stupid, stupid, stupid!" He mumbled glaring at the ground. "Don't blurt out your name to anyone!" He thought as he ran down the street, "They're ghost hunters or something, they seemed pretty used to firing at ghosts or things like ghosts." Danny recalled how he had seen them both with shotguns shooting Skulker, it seemed to stun him for a second or two. When it didn't work Dean had pulled out a long barreled pistol and shot it at Skulker, and when that didn't work they looked surprised and ran into a store. Which was then Danny whispered. "Going Ghost!" To himself and flew at Skulker who immediately retaliated.

"That kid seemed to be hiding something." Dean said, watching Danny turn the corner. "He had just seen ghosts fighting, he was terrified. Maybe you were picking up on that?" Sam muttered focusing more on the journal than the conversation, a sound of wings flapping sounded behind them the brothers didn't respond to the noise. Sam was absorbed in the the journal and Dean was staring at the street thinking. "Dean, Sam." Castiel said in his gravelly voice, scaring both brothers. "Dammit Cas! Don't sneak up on people like that!" Dean said swinging around to face the angel, Sam did the same looking up from the book for a second before looking back at it. "Why are you here Cas?" Sam asked, not really paying attention to the journal.

"Leave the boy alone, he's not your concern." Cas said. "Wow Cas, sure." Dean replied sarcastically. "Thank y- you were being sarcastic weren't you." Cas said in a monotone, Dean nodded looking unamused. "Why isn't he our concern Cas?" Sam asked sticking the journal in his jacket's pocket. "Because you'd do something stupid if I told you, you're still going to do something stupid." Cas replied looking at Sam. "Yeah, we always do something stupid right Sammy?" Dean said, grinning. "Just leave the boy alone." Cas said looking annoyed, Sam looked behind them to check if they had missed something and Dean rubbed his head closing his eyes. The sound of wings flapping sounded and when the brothers looked back to Cas, they saw he was gone. "Sonofabitch Cas! You just can't do that!" Dean said annoyed.

Danny broke into a sprint once he heard footsteps running behind him from the way he had just come, he didn't want to talk to anyone at the moment. Danny shot a quick look around and slipped into an alley and transformed into Danny Phantom, he then turned invisible and lent against the wall. He jumped as he realised the two men he had been talking to before had come into the alley holding something that was going off with 5 red lights glowing. "The EMF is going nuts!" Said Sam, who was holding the device. Danny stiffened, he needed to calm down or he'd be spotted. EMFs only went off if he was stressed, angry or sad. Danny guessed he was feeling stressed and tried a few breathing exercises but they weren't working, the man called Dean pulled out  a gun which caused Danny to tense even more than he was. Which in turn made the EMF's beeps get louder the closer they got to him, Danny took a deep calming breath and turned intangible and slipped through the wall.

Sam and Dean turned when they heard Cas's signiture wing flap, the ngel himself was looking annoyed. "I told you not to go looking for the boy." Cas said, glancing at Sam then Dean. "We weren't, we were followed the EMF." Sam said as Cas groaned slightly. "Just leave this town, everything is sorted." He said before vanishing when the brothers blinked. "Do we listen to the angel or ou instincts?" Sam asked, sharing a glance with his brother. "Our instincts." Dean answered before stepped out of the alley and noticing a boy who was floating in what looked like a hazmat suit, Dean aimed and took a few shots at the boy who turned and gasped then dropped to the ground. Dean's bullets had hit the boy's legs, Sam glanced at Dean. "I think we found our problem." Sam said heading towards the boy. "I'll get the car." Dean said, running down the footpath and past the ghost boy.

Danny groaned and tried to stretch, when he couldn't it woke him up completely. He was in a cell of some sort, it was dark but not dark enough that Danny's night vision couldn't handle. He tried to go intangible but nothing happened, the same when he tried invisiblity. He sighed "Where the hell am I?" he wondered, and guessed he would find out has he heard footsteps approaching and the lock above him being unlocked. The lid opened revealing the guy who had shot Danny, Dean his name was and another guy whoo looked older. "D'ya know what it is?" Dean asked looking at the guy beside him, Danny heard the sound of feathers flapping and another guy walked up with what looked like large shadowy wings on his back. "Dean, why is he here?" The guy in the trenchcoat asked, sounding pissed. "Cas, I shot at it. It was a reflex and it then dropped to the ground and we stuck him in the boot and brought him here to see if Bobby knows anythign about it and it seems that he doesn't." Dean explained to Cas, while Bobby was staring at Danny. "Balls" Bobby muttered before turning back to Cas and Dean. "Can anyone tell me what the hell is going on?" He asked, looking at Dean who shook his head and then at Cas who nodded. Cas walked over to Danny and bowed. "I'm terribly sorry Great Halfa, but these idiots didn't lsiten to me about leaving you alone." Cas said, giving a glare at Dean.

"Balls." Bobby muttered again, Danny just stared at Cas. "You know what I am?" Danny asked and Cas nodded. "How?..." "It was easy enough to find out that you had crossed dimentions, we already knew what you were thanks to Chronos." Cas answered, Danny nodded. "Can I get out of the car boot?" Danny asked, Cas nodded while Dean shook his head. Danny climbed out and streached. "Thanks. You know who I am but I don't know who you are, care to explain?" He asked Cas. "My name is Castiel but Dean has shortened it to Cas, I am an angel of the lord." Cas explained and Danny nodded again. "So that explains the wings, are they intangible?" He asked, noticed that one of the wings had just gone through a crossbeam. "No, they are in another dimention." Cas said. "Ah, okay thanks. I'll be going now if that's okay to you." Danny said, waving a goodbye to Cas and giving a glare to Dean as he walked out.

Smack into Sam, they both yelped and fell over. Dean walked over to help Sam up and Cas ran over to help Danny, Danny waved the helped away. "I stand up on my own Cas." He said. "Dean, why is he out?" Sam asked, getting to his feet. "Cas let him out, called him Great Halfa or something." Dean answered, Danny flew above their heads then shot away. Using the brother's conversation as a way to leave without having much attention on him.

"Balls." Bobby swore again he had been saying that a few times over the last ten minutes. "You captured a saviour of his world and loked him in a trunk even when Cas told ya not to, you're both idjits!" He exclaimed at Dean and Sam, Cas was hovering by the doorway listening. Both men winced. "They also sedated him." Cas added, which led to Dean and Sam glaring at Cas. "Well, atleast it can't get any worse." Dean mumbled.

And that outing led to the WInchester Brothers and Bobby conferming that alternete realties exist. Though not many Hunters believed them though, which led to the Winchesters not speaking about it. Bobby did though, but only on occations on which people would forget.
