Mess Up (Karma X Reader)

Mess up
He had started yelling, yet again. The one you had believed loved you. Karma and you had graduated and became a duo of assassins and ended up getting engaged. But ever since you started to "gain weight" he had done nothing but yelling at you. But in reality, you were scared to tell him you were pregnant. With his kid. You had begun to cry, which stopped him. You were an assassin, who never cried. Not even when you were in training. You barely felt emotions at all, but now you were crying.
"You know what Karma!? Screw you!" You screamed, balling your hands into fists. You were about three seconds from punching him and he didn't even realize it. "This is why I didn't tell you! You think I've just been gaining weight and trying to puke it up in the mornings? Cause then you're stupid!" You punched the wall, easily making a large hole in the wall. "I thought you were supposed to be intellectual and on my side! It was supposed to be us against the world! But it's turned us into you versus me! So screw you! I haven't been gaining weight and throwing up for absolutely no reason! I'm five months pregnant with your child! I was going to tell you once I figured out what gender it was! Screw you and your stupid ring!" You slipped the engagement ring off of your finger and threw it at him before you stormed up to your room and slammed the door.
Karma, shocked and confused, stood there looking where you had been standing only a few minutes ago with wide eyes. He couldn't imagine everything that had just happened, he was having a kid? It made him overjoyed, and then he looked down at the ring and heard your sobbing from upstairs and sighed. He had messed up, horribly. He went upstairs and gently knocked on the door, leaning his head against the door.
"(Y/N)?" He spoke softly and caring, the same as when he had confessed to you.
"Go away." You snapped at him, rubbing your stomach gently.
"Listen, I'm sorry and I messed up badly. I never meant for it to be me versus you. I love you and always have. Open the door please...." He sighed softly once he heard the familiar click of a lock. He knew you had just locked it. "Or not..." He mumbled, resting his back against the door so that he would fall back whenever she opened the door. "I'm not moving until you talk to me.... I'm sorry I didn't know. I shouldn't have yelled at you..." he ran a hand through his red hair. "Hey there kid. I don't know if you can here me or not but I'm going to tell you a story. There was this crazy, blood lust kid. All he cared about was killing and hurting, but then this equally crazy yet beautiful girl came along. She refused to be friends with anyone she thought was weak, so she fought everyone in class except the teacher until the end of the year. She helped everyone but mainly she would force him to talk to her and wouldn't leave him alone. She even appeared at his house one night with a bouquet of flowers. She eventually won his heart over and they started dating. Four years and an expensive ring later they were engaged and she was pregnant. But the boy messed up bad. He never wanted to hurt her, he was just jealous that instead of spending time with him on jobs, she had her face in the toilet every morning. So he started yelling at her. He didn't know what was wrong with her, but he just wanted to spend a night with her having fun, hearing her giggle, seeing her smile. Everything. He wanted to see the girl he fell in love with happy again instead of miserable, but he only messed things up worse. That girl, is your mother. That stupid, blood lusting kid, is Me. I know you're mom is still mad at me and all, but I'm not going to try and force her to do anything. I love her and just want her to be happy." He sighed softly before he fell backwards and looked up at his fiancé.
"Get up you hopeless romantic of an idiot." She said with a soft giggle. "And I love you too."
"But don't ever yell at me like that or I'll kill you."
