Call Me Ty

Evin sighed his sister was driving.
"What's wrong now little brother?" His sister asked annoyed.
"First off we were born on the same day so I'm not younger!" He paused and sighed. "Second, I hate the fact that mom is forcing me to go to a party with you, where more than likely, there will be, smoking, drinking, people get high and drunk, and people hooking up with each other." His sister sighed.
"Why do you have to hate them so much?" She asked her tail beginning to flick in annoyance. "Seriously, what's wrong with getting high or drunk, and hooking up with someone? Everyone does it." Evin looked down his ears going down with him.
"Not me, I'm not like everyone." He mumbled as she eyed him and sighed again.
"If it truly bothers you that much, I'll take you over to Aar-" "No." He said sternly, feeling a little sad as his tail flicked a little.
"Why? Wouldn't you feel better to stay at your friends house?" She asked as he shook his head.
"We aren't friends anymore Kelsey." Her eyes widened a bit shocked at what he said.
"What happened!? You guys were just hanging out a few weeks ago!" She asked making him sigh.
"We had a disagreement, and it pissed me off and I said something I shouldn't have." He said making her glare.
"You two are best friends, how could a single disagreement-" "Let's just get to the stupid party! Someone's gonna have to drive you home when you get drunk." He said roughly as she was turning down the street, to Lauren Packwell's place. There were tons of cars outside the large house. Evin and Kelsey got out, the cold air making Evin shiver as they walked inside the packed house.
"Kelsey has arrived!" Lauren yelled making a few others cheer.
"Here!" She yelled back. Evin sighed and walked around trying to find a place to sit, but he ended up standing against a wall with others around him kissing and chatting. He sighed and quickly walked over to the stares, and walked up them and into a somewhat quieter place of the house. There were a few rooms with cracked doors and people together in them. He stopped and opened the door he thought was a bathroom, and as he opened the door he ran into a guy with black boots, blue jeans, and a black sweater
"God... don't tell me, my sister wants me to come down and "join" the party." He said turning around and raising an eyebrow at Evin.
"No, sorry I thought this was..." He ran off unsure of how to explain.
"Why is someone like you, at a party like this?" He asked leaning on his doorframe, his white ears twitching as he smiled.
"W-What?" Evin asked confused as the guy sighed.
"I know the kind of people my sister is friends with, and from where I stand you don't even want to be here." He crossed his arms as Evin looked down and sighed.
"I was forced to come with my sister." He complained.
"Got a little sister too?" The guy asked.
"N-Nah, she's my twin. You may know her, Kelsey." Evin gestured downstairs.
"Really? She has a twin?" He asked looking Evin up and down.
"Y-Yea" Evin felt a little uncomfortable as the guy nodded looking at him.
"I kinda see the resemblance." He shrugged and sighed. "Anyways why are you up here?" He asked.
"I-I was just... trying to find a bathroom, a place where I could actually be alone." Evin sighed.
"Trust me when I say, you can't really be alone I a bathroom for long." He said walking back into his room a bit. "You can come in here if you want, it's quieter than out there." Evin looked up a little confused but walked in anyways not wanting to be out there any longer. The room had one lamp on and was quite dim. Evin sat down on the bed as the guy shut the door and grabbed his rolling chair and sat in front of Evin eyeing him up and down.
"T-Thanks." Evin said feeling awkward as he stared at the guy.
"I'm Tyler." He said holding out a hand
"E-Evin." He said shaking Tyler's hand slowly. Evin's phone went off and he quickly pulled it out seeing a text from Aaron.

"You left your book at my house."

Evin sighed and put it back in his pocket.
"Brake up?" He asked making Evin jump a little, as he looked up seeing Tyler eyed him.
"S-Something like that.." he said looking down.
"Boy or girl?" Tyler asked making Evin look up and eye him.
"G-Guy... just a friend.." He explained making Tyler raise an eyebrow.
"You sure about that?" Tyler asked scooting a little closer to him.
"An ex best friend, he uh well... he was a good friend.. but that's all he wanted to be." He mumbled as Tyler smiled.
"I understand that feeling." Tyler said with a smile starting to stare at Evin, making him uncomfortable.
"Yea." Evin said eyeing him. "Is there a reason you're staring at me?" He asked making Tyler shrugged and moved a bit closer him the faces a bit close to one another making Evin's face heat up.
"I don't know I just can't help but stare at ya" He said with a charming smile making Evin gulp scared. "You may call me Ty!" He said pulling back with a smile.
"W-Wha-" "Evin!" Kelsey yelled opening the door to Evin blushing and Tyler smiling. "Get your ass up and let's go! We're leaving!" She yelled with anger grabbing his arm and yanking him up and dragging him out of the room.
