It wasn't new. Kondraki and Clef hated each other. It wasn't a secret. They'd openly show it, well, Clef did. Kondraki seemed to try and keep his cool down and just focus on his butterflies and doing his research. As it started almost being two years of hating each other, Kondraki noticed something. Clef seemed to be going a bit lower then he used to... By like, a massive amount. Kondraki ignored it all at first before it slowly started getting to him.

Clef seemed to be, instead of just plain threats with his gun, would just snarl or scoff at Kondraki and just do one sentence of mocking. Normally it was like a fucking audiobook of just mocking and destructive criticism, which seemed to never end. Kondraki would lose himself in his voice and it'd turn into just mumbling then ringing. Heck, sometimes he'd pass out because of how much he talked. It was unreal.

At some point Kondraki was the one mocking Clef for this sudden change. One day though, it just crashed down on him. He had to have a random ass meeting with Clef. Perfect. He sat down, hands cupped together as he looked down at his desk. He was waiting for what seemed forever until he heard the chair slightly creek at someone sitting down. He brung his head up and saw the blue and green eyed demon thing itself. Who looked human and probably was but whatever. Kondraki started it and he started noticing clef was oddly quiet.

Kondraki at some point got no response out of clef and kept clicking his fingers so clef would actually be paying attention. Kondraki eventually got up and was gonna excuse himself to do something. As he got up and started walking, he didn't hear nothing from clef. He didn't take it as much before he heard walking behind him. Before he even turned his head, already at the door, he heard it just slam behind him, via clef himself. Kondraki got serious now.

"What now, Clef-" "I fucking hate you, Kondraki." Clef suddenly grumbled, looking down as he had his hand on the door. Kondraki sighed as he pinched the brim of his nose. "I understand that-" "Because you're fucking stupid." Kondraki got his arm down and suddenly crossed his arms. "What are you talking about? You always thought that-" "WELL MAYBE BECAUSE YOU'RE A BLIND SON OF A BITCH?"

Kondraki had his eye widen a bit as clef looked up, looking a lot more furious then he's ever seen him. "YOU SERIOUSLY ARE TONE DEAF OF SOMETHING! YOU HAVEN'T NOTICED ANYTHING WRONG?" "Clef what are you even talking about-" "YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT, KON-DRA-FUCK." "Alto clef, seriously, are you-" "DRUNK AS FUCK? NO. I'M TIPSY. THERE'S A DIFFERENCE." "Clef seriously you need to go and-" "STOP TALKING." He felt a painful jab to the gut by clef's fist, which caused him to clench and go weak to his knees. He hunched over as he stared at the ground "YOU THINK EVERYTHING'S FINE AND YOU THINK IT'S ALL NORMAL. 'OH HE HATES ME EVEN WHEN HE STOPPED INSULTING ME AS MUCH.'" Clef said in a mocking voice.

Kondraki did notice that last part about the insulting and said, In quenching pain. "What?" "I STOPPED INSULTING YOU AS MUCH, DIDN'T YOU REALISE?" "Why so?! Because you're too dumb to speak?!" Kondraki suddenly argued back. "NO-" "BECAUSE THE ENTIRE TIME I'VE BEEN HERE, YOU'VE TREATED ME LIKE DOG SHIT!"

"Don't talk bad about gears dog!" "SHUSH ICEBERG GO BACK TO WORK-"

They waited until he was gone. Then went back to arguing. "WELL-" "THERE'S NO WAY THAT I'D CARE YOU'D LOWER IT DOWN, HECK, IF YOU STOPPED FOR A DAY I'D BE GLAD!" "WELL THEN YOU'RE IN 'LUCK' BECAUSE I HAVEN'T THIS ENTIRE TIME UNTIL YOU WENT OFF ON ME!" "YOU TRAPPED ME INSIDE THE OFFICE! MY OFFICE TO BE EXACT!" "OKAY-" "YEAH OKAY, STOP BEING A WHINY THICK BITCH." this went on for hours before it started getting to the eruption point.

They were both heated and clef was now getting interrupted by Kondraki on shit he was towards him, so why now should he just suddenly change his mind. Every time clef tried to explain through screams, he couldn't. Eventually he just screamed at Kondraki to shut up which made it worse. "YOU KNOW, KONDRAKI, YOU BECAME THE MORE MOCKING ONE TOWARDS ME!" "ONLY BECAUSE YOU DID IT!" "HEY-" "STOP INTERRUPTING ME!" "YOU STOP INTERRUPTING ME!" They both did say in somewhat Union.

"GOD DAMNIT JUST FUCK OFF!"
And that's when clef went overboard.

"I HATE THE FACT THAT I DON'T ACTUALLY HATE YOU! THE FACT THAT I WANNA HUG YOU AND JUST LOVE YOU MAKES IT HARDER TO EVEN MAKE YOU FUCK OFF!" And this is when Kondraki actually didn't fall asleep to even that. Heck, it just woke him up a bit. Clef didn't even realise what he said before he thought about it and bit the inside of his mouth, starting to scoot away and out the office. "This is over, fuck you." Clef mumbled as he pushed Kondraki out the way and went to turn the knob.

Clef was embarrassed. Red in the face and lip trembling. He just wished he didn't come here in the first place. As he was turning it kondraki spoke. "How long was this for?" "...Maybe a year.." He mumbled back. He didn't expect much, just to have hate going on and him to reject, simple. But before he could even tick that off on his fuck up list, he just had some arms wrap around his waist, practically stopping him. He didn't say anything, just had his face mushed up against the other. Clef felt like exploding right then and there.

Because somehow he managed to accept him, even after being a dick.
