As she fell through the portal she felt like her stomach had dropped out of her.
She thought nervously, 'What's going to happen?'
After what felt like hours or even days, but was only a few minutes, she suddenly dropped onto the floor of an unusual looking room. As she looked around curiously, she saw that it was very dusty and old with several hallways branching off.
She gasped when she saw some of the hallways' content, there were scrolls, paintings, tomes and even what looked to be spellbooks!

The few rooms she thought to look in were huge and there looked to be hundreds of them! Finally, she peered into a reception/waiting room and went in to have a look around. As she read a gold plaque she became breathless and turned white all at the same time. How on earth was she here? Wasn't it burned down?!
To understand her astonishment of course you must know just what it said.
'Welcome to the biggest library in the world, the Library of Alexandria!'
