I dropped angry to the bench. Brigi had told me before that I should stay calm, but after the first rally I was angry. Badminton was just a shitty sport! I looked at my clenched fists and got shocked. My hands were blue! My arms also turned slowly blue. I got up quickly. Run to the dressing room. Nobody was allowed to see me that way! A blue monster with blood red eyes stared furiously at me. I was a frost giant! I actually knew it because my brother was one. But I had never turned into one, so I was pretty shocked. When I heard footsteps, I quickly slipped into a cabin and locked it. "Stella!" I heard my best friend call. I didn't answer. "Is everything alright?" Again, I didn't answer. She knocked on my toilet door. "Can you come out, please? I can't help you, if you don't come out," explained Brigi. "Nobody, can help me!" I yelled back, my voice a bit strange and deep, "Get away from me! NOW!" Brigi didn't go away, "You know I don't go away. I want to stay here until you're ready to tell me what's up." I rolled my eyes: "You're my best friend, so please go away. I don't want you to get in trouble, because of me!" "Nope, I want to play badminton with you." I hit the wall furiously with my fist, causing the tile to crack. "I hate this game!" "Please come out!" Brigi pleaded with me again. "Bring me my clothes!" I demanded and I heard her footsteps go away. When she came back, I ordered, "Lay them down and go away!" Brigi put my things on the floor. Carefully, I opened the door a crack. Ran with one hand for the things. I heard Brigi's shocked breath. "You're arm is blue!" She whispered in shock. Immediately, I slammed the door again. "I SAID GO AWAY!" "NO! You come out now or I will break the door!" I quickly threw my clothes over to at least cover my arms and legs. As I opened the door, I quickly pulled the hood down over my face. "That's it ..," said Brigi pleased, but then stopped. Head down, I pushed past her. She grabbed my arm and held me tight. "Don't. Look. At. Me," I demanded in a threatening voice. I tried to avoid her look. "I'm a dangerous monster, so please let me go ..." But Brigi didn't let me go. She pulled my hood off my head. "No! Please ..," I exclaimed in shock and turned away from her. "You're a frost giant?!" she asked in disbelief, "I thought that was a joke ... that it's a myth." "I always told you. Please let me go. I don't want you to get in trouble because of me," I said, pulling my hood back in my face. Brigi pulls my hood again off my head, and looks at me. "You aren't a monster. Okay?" she asks and lays her hands on my face. I look desperately at you. "But look at me..." "I look at you. And? I still see you, Stella." I just look sad at you. I feel that I'm not like the others, that's the reason why I think I'm a monster. "What if the others see me like this? They wouldn't accept me." "I try something, just trust me.." I nod slowly and look at you. "I love you... And not just as a friend. I really love you." I whisper, and slowly pull you closer and kiss you gently. I'm a bit surprised and kinda shocked, but after a few moments I kiss you back. Brigi strokes my face, and kisses me more. I feel that I'm normal again. I enjoy the kiss and I don't care if someone could see us. Brigi smiles and lays her arms around my waist.
