He groaned as the pushed him against the wall.

"Why don't you say something? Why don't you tell me to stop? Oh, wait, that's because you can't!"

Nico didn't understand why they bullied him for being mute.

Soon all three boys began kicking at his stomach. The leader, Octavian doing it the hardest.

Coughing up blood, he groaned again.

He opened his mouth, to close it again.

"What's that? You want me to do it harder?"

His eyes widened in desperation, and he shook his head furiously.

Octavian grabbed him by his hair, and slammed him against the wall.He shrunk down, and curled up into a ball.

He grabbed him in a headlock, and pulled him so they were face to face. He grinned, and slammed his against the wall harder.

Black spot dotted his vision.

Then he blacked out.

When he came to, he saw he was still in the alley.

He limped 'home'

It was an orphanage. And nobody liked him for being mute.

He went to his room and decided.

Today was the day he was going to end it.

Going over to his bed, he looked under his bed to get the box. He hadn't used it in forever.

He pulled up his sleeve. And put a line, feeling satisfied when blood started to dot on the cut.

He made a deeper cut, and sighed in satisfaction. The bright, red, and warm blood streaked down his arms, and dripped down on the floor. He raised his head to his head, and felt the blood go through his hair and down his face. He hadn't expected it to feel this good.

He made it a cut, that spiraled around his arms, and legs. Who knew he had this much blood?

His head began feeling fuzzy. After a while, he laid down. He raised his hand, and looked at the assortment of scars. Suddenly it began hurting. His whole body began aching. Screaming in pain, he closed his eyes.

Then, he breathed his last.

Hazel's P.O.V.

Hazel sighed happily, as she looked out the window.

She'd be meeting her brother soon. After talking to her father, she found out that she had a brother. They were going to the orphanage to adopt him.

____time skip to orphanage____

When they arrived a cold, wrinkly lady greeted them.

"We're here for.. Nico di Angelo?"

"Ahh, yes. Let me go get him"

She looked at her surroundings. A kid with blond hair, and ice blue eyes was beating up a kid with a blue hair. (made up character)

"You're weak, Fag!" (Ayyyyyyyyyy >.<)

"Hey get away from him!" She countered.

"Why?"

"What'd he ever do to you?"

"Living. He's a faggot!" (>.<)

"So?" She shot back.

"He's disgusting."

"Seems, to me the only disgusting person here is." She looked around. "You."

He sneered at the kid and walked away.

She suddenly remembered from the report, that Nico was gay too..... She began worrying.

"Dad! Do you see the conditions here?!"

He sighed unhappily, "Yes..."

"A kid over there, beat up someone over there for being gay!"

His eyes widened, "Nico...."

They ran upstairs after the teacher.

She met them before a door.

"I'm sorry...Sir. But, you can't come in here..."

"Why not? My son is in there!"

She looked around him, and shrugged. My dad hunched up his shoulders and passed her, and gasped. I started following him.

"Dad, what's wrong?" *gasp*

"no. No. NO!!!!" She looked at the cold bloody body on the bed. He was covered in scars all over his body. And a knife was hanging loosely in his hand.

"No! NICO!!" She started sobbing, as her Dad pulled her into a hug. She pulled away, and sat on the ground, and cried.

She then noticed a newspaper article, on the wall. It showed a picture of her, Hades, and her mom. In red marker were the words.

"Dad! He knew we were his family! He thought we'd given up on him!" She buried her head in his chest, and she cried harder.

Hades glared at the woman. And exclaimed, "I want to buy this orphanage."

"What? You can't it's mine!"

"Well, not anymore."

He pulled her into the hallway, and called some people. He was soon given rights to the Orphanage. He fired the lady, and had cold eyes, Octavian kicked out.

__years Later____

The orphanage was in much better condition now. And the spot she always visited was the front were there was a piece of stone. That read.

Nico di Angelo took his life, because he was bullied for being mute, and gay.

With the help of Hades Industries, this orphanage is now in better jurisdiction.
