Alright... This took part around the Chinese dynasty around Heaven and the Mortal Realm. Monsters are God and humans are mortal. Ok to the story!

Long ago, Heaven and Mortal realms live in harmony. Both realms have a bridge that would be open for centuries until one day, a mortal kill a God to claim his power. The Father of God rage and close of the bridge between humans and God. It's should end that way but the human who acquires the God Power end up in rampage in the Mortal realm. The humans plead for God to aid them but with the rage and disgust of the human, He left them to their demise. Until the Mother of the God steps in a plea her husband to save the Mortal from the demon. After seeing the pleading eyes of his wife he compiles. He selects 7 humans to acquire the power to defeat the demon. The 7 humans defeat it and spray the peace around the realm. However, The Father of God wanted to take over the power he lends to the 7 humans. The humans compile from his demand. The Gods then close their bridge and never respond nor contact the humans again. However, there is a rumour which exists a path that could lead to the Heaven Realm... But location led to a dangerous path and no one couldn't ever come back...

Well, that what the story said from the scroll that Alice was reading in her room. She sighs and gets up from the table. She looks up at her window pondering what she just read. It is just a legend... A legend that grand-father strongly believes it... She thought. Then she hears the door open.

"My lady. The bath is ready," her maid said bowing at her.

"Lead the way Kitty," Alice said after she sighs. After getting a bath, Kitty and the other maids start helping Alice to put her clothes, make-up and hair. She looks at herself in the mirror. Alice looks like a different person and she hates it but it how royalty should dress up. Alice doesn't like being a princess... Especially in that family, she was adopted. Her real lineage was a military family. Her grandfather was a general from the army and she grew up in military camp. She did learn basic etiquette in the past but she prefers to learn martial art with her grandfather.

"My lady, you are so gorgeous!" Kitty said smiling at her proud of her work. The other maids nod in agreement. Alice forced to smile as she didn't want Kitty and the maids think she hates it.

Alice was wearing a purple gown with a purple coat. Her hair was down with a simple design on her back with a purple flower hairpin. Alice gets up from the chair and turns toward her maid.

"Kitty, let go for a walk," Alice said.

"Shall you have your afternoon tea and snacks at the pavilion?" Kitty ask.

"Yes, make sure they are ready once we arrive," Alice said. Kitty bows and sends one of the maids to go fetch the tea and snacks.

Alice gets out of her room and sees the propriety that is bestowed to her. It was not grand but that never matters Alice as she prefers to lay low. The other members of the household always try to give her a hard time but she never gives in. Alice sigh again and continue her walk toward the garden where a pavilion was surrounded by the water pond. She always likes that section of the garden and would spend hours over there. She sees the maids putting down the tea and snacks.

She put out a book out of her sleeves and start reading. Until an enunch came into the pavilion.

"My lady," he said bowing at her.

"What is it?" Alice said without looking at him.

"The emperor summons you to the main hall," he said.

Alice sigh. She knows that a summoning means something important would be announced. She gets up and Kitty follows her behind as she follows the enunch. They arrive in the main hall where the emperor stood in his throne, wearing golden clothes and have piercing red eyes looking at them coming.

"Your majesty," all of them said as they bow. The emperor shows no emotion. He just looks at us.

"You may raise," he said.

"May I know the reason why you summon me, your majesty?" Alice said.

"I found a suitor for you. You are going to marry him tomorrow," he plainly said. Alice's eyes widen. She couldn't believe the emperor would do that to her! It's so humiliating!

"Your majesty... I never once said I wanted to be married..." Alice said. The emperor smirk at the comment.

"You are useless to me in my country. Marring you would only bring me benefits with the neighbouring country." He said putting his chin rest on his knuckles.

Alice frown at the comment. She wanted to scream and give him a piece of her mind. However, he is the emperor and whatever he said it's absolute. So she swallows her pride and bow to him.

"I will take my leave and prepare for tomorrow," she said. The emperor dismisses her and the servants. Alice walk in normal space until she arrives at her modest home. She fumes and kicks a chair.

"How dare he! Giving me off with those horrible nobles from our enemy country!" Alice said.

"My lady please calm down!" Kitty said trying to lower the temper of her mistress.

"Hmpf! Like I will let him do whatever he wants with me!" Alice said crossing her arms.

"My lady! Maybe it's would be better in the neighbouring country than there?" Kitty said trying to be positive.

"It's would be only worse... I am the granddaughter of the general that fights them! They will do everything to broke me," Alice said as tears came out. She was sad and horrifying to not be able to have any more freedom as soon as the marriage would conclude once she arrives in the country. No, she must think of a plan to get away from this political marriage... Then an idea pops out. She goes through her small office and looks for a map. She found it and enroll in the scroll. She has a map from the neighbouring country that her grandfather makes on his expeditions. She looks at the map and then in her book she keeps with her. After further study, she knows her plan will work... But that is a one chance ticket and she cannot miss it.

She spends the rest of the day planning for her next move and makes sure to have with her the necessity for her if she manages to escape. No. She will definitely escape. She went to bed late and try to get as much sleep as possible.

~Next morning~

Kitty and the maids were preparing her to get a trip to the neighbouring country. They make her wear a nice princess hanfu dress in bright colours. Her hair was down but with some hairs as a bun behind. She looks like someone out of a fairytale.

"You are stunning my lady!" Kitty said please of the result. The other maids nod in agreement. She looks at them and smiles.

"Let's go shall we?" Alice said looking at Kitty. Her personal maid bow. The other maids were sad to not serve Alice anymore as she was always being a fair lady. She bows to the other maids and left the small house with Kitty.

They arrive at the front gate of the palace. There were the carriage and the dowry right behind. Alice spots the emperor waiting for her with his bodyguards.

"Your majesty," Alice said as she bows in front of him.

"Well, then princess Alice... May your journey go well," he said in a monotone voice. Alice nod and get inside her carriage. The carriage leaves the emperor estate and on it's way to the country.

The trip was long and boring. Alice was looking at the window looking at the scenery. She sighs as she thought of when it's would be the timing to escape...

After a while, they make a stop so they could rest. Alice gets out of the carriage stretching her legs and arms.

"I am hungry..." Alice said as she looks at the vast forest.

"I have brought some meat buns my lady" Kitty said as she takes out a bag of meat bun. Alice's eyes sparkle and she takes one out of her maid. She took a bite and hum in delight.

"So good~," Alice said. Her maid giggles of how adorable she was eating the food. As Alice enjoys the food, she feels the air changing. She glances at the direction of the forest. She smirks cause now it's her chance to escape. A wild bear comes out of the forest looking hungry and mad. Kitty scream and alert all the guards. During the commotion, Alice grabs Kitty and get away from the commotion.

"My lady! What should we do?!" Kitty said in a panic way. Alice barely look at Kitty and continue running.

"We will get out of there and go to the nearest village~" Alice said grinning.

"Wait what?! My lady... Are you running away from your marriage?!" Kitty said as they arrive to a opening where a small river was at view.

"Of course I did! I never wanted to be married to the enemy," Alice said frowning.

"But my lady... How we will manage to arrive to the next village without food and water?! Also we have no money!" Kitty said.

"Calm down, I have brought some money with me and I can exchange my cloths for plain one," Alice said as she kneel down and clean her face to wash out the make-up. Kitty stay silence. After Alice was done cleaning herself, they both start walking into the forest.

"My lady... It is wise to just leave everything behind? What is your plan for now on?" Kitty said glancing at her mistress.

Alice stay quiet for a while before she smirk.

"I am going to explore and go find the God Realm!" Alice said grinning.

"What?! You want to pursuit a legend? A myth?" Kitty said.

"Yup! But really you don't have to follow me Kitty... I can go alone and I can take care of myself," Alice said.

"No! My lady! I serve you since you were a kid! I will follow you everywhere to go," Kitty said with resolve.

Alice stay quiet and shake her head.

"You are stubborn Kitty... But thank you" Alice said smiling.

They both arrive to a village. There was not alot of people there. It was mostly farmers. They could feel the eyes of the villagers on them.

"My lady... We are to eyes catching..." Kitty whisper as she look around worry. They both went what's look like a small shop. They enter inside and saw a old lady cleaning her counter. She hear them enter and look up.

"Oh! Hello there! You two doesn't seem from there..." The old lady said looking at them up and down.

"Yes... We are traveller! We need some change of clothes and a place to stay. Do you also have some food?" Alice said as she approach the counter. The old lady smile at them.

"Of course! I have everything you need on this shop! As long you have money of course~" she said. Alice nod and take out a pouch of money.

"I would like to use my clothes as payment too. I don't need it for traveling," Alice said smirking

"My lady!" Kitty whisper/yell. Alice just glance at her and return her attention to the old lady.

"With the money and clothes, I can provide you with everything you need!" The old lady said.

~next morning~

Alice now have traveling clothes and a hat. She have a bag to carry provisions and a water. She tie her hair on a ponytail.

"Alright! I am ready to go!" Alice said grinning.

"Are you sure that is wise my lady?" Kitty said worry.

"Oh shush! I know what I am doing! I have a map and know where I have to go! I will surely find the place!" Alice said smiling. "Also... Don't call me my lady anymore... I am not a princess anymore," Alice said in a serious face.

Kitty sigh and nod. She also wear traveling clothes.

"Ok time to go!" Alice said leaving the inn. Kitty follow suit and both left the village. They have being traveling away from the road so they wouldn't encounter bandits on their way. Alice was thankful of her grandfather to show his knownlege to survive of the wild. She and Kitty are traveling without worry.

After a few days of traveling, they arrive to a city. It was a full of trade and differents people all over.

"Wow! It's such a big place!" Kitty said as she start looking around.

"Indeed, for what Grandpa write on his journal. It's the biggest city that was made by merchants from various country. It's said you can find anything you want there," Alice said as she look at her grandfather journal.

She was so absord of what she was reading that she dump into someone.

"Ouch! Careful!" The man said sounding piss off.

"Sorry... I didn't pay attention..." Alice said looking down. The man looking up and down before a smirk creep out of his mouth.

"You can repay me by spending time with me the whole day~" he said.

Alice feel disgust and went backward.

"I am sorry but I have something else to do..." She said trying to get away from him. However, the man grab her wrist and pull her closer to him. She almost lose her footing.

"Oh but it's not everyday I meet with someone that have a nice figure~" he said chuckle darkly. Alice try to get away from him but to not avail.

"Let me go!" Alice said.

"Let go of her!" Kitty said trying to push the man away but the man push Kitty so strongly that she fall off screaming.

"Kitty! You!" Alice said with anger. She can feel her eyes glowing and her power gathering up. The man get startle of her odds glowing eyes.

"What the?!"

Alice summon her swords and throw at the man. Which cause a huge commotion in the streets. Kitty get up and try to calm her mistress but to not valable. Until someone appear behind Alice and put his hand on her eyes.

"Such a strong little sorceress~ you should calm down before you hurt everyone~" the stranger behind her said. That startle her and her magic start to calm down.

"Good girl~" the stranger said.

Alice get away from him and look at him. He was wearing a mask, a hat, a simple black and white cloth and black gloves.

"Who are you?" Alice said.

"Someone that just stop you to put everyone in danger~" the stranger said. Alice blink until she look around. The stalls was a mess and people was hidding. She blush ashamed of her action.

"Thank you sir to stop me..." Alice said.

"Oh please~ I cannot let you destroy everything there~ Shall we go talk somewhere else?" He said.

"Ok... But let me pay for diner! It's the least I can do..." Alice said with resolve. The stranger chuckles and bow.

"Then I know a nice place to go~" he said. Alice start to follow the man when Kitty stop her.

"It is wise to follow him?" She Whisper.

"He did stop me to go all out a moment ago... I cannot be indebt with him," Alice said as she go to the stranger. Kitty sigh and follow suit.

~later~

They arrive to a nice restaurant where the man enter in. Alice and Kitty follow him inside.

"Oh! Master Gaster! A pleasure to see you! Same place as usual?" The owner Said.

"Please and also I have guest with me today," Gaster said.

"Of course! We will prepare the room right away," the owner said as he clap his hands and two staffs went to prepare the room. Gaster turn to the girls and nod.

"It's the best place to eat and the view is amazing~" Gaster said. Alice and Kitty look at each other before they follow Gaster to the room. The room have a table with chairs and a balcony that lead to a full view of the whole city. Both the girls were in awe.

"Wow! You really can see everything from there!" Kitty said looking at the view from the balcony.

"Indeed. It is a pretty view," Alice said as she sit down in the chair and take off her hat. Gaster have a better look of her and he couldn't help but be amaze of her beauty. He sit down across from her and grin.

"No wonder the man wanted to spend time with you... You are really pretty~" he said.

Alice take aback and a tint blush creep out of her cheeks.

"I am not that pretty! Most hate my eyes and hair..." She said looking away.

"Oh they just idiots and doesn't understand your beauty~ may I have the pleasure to know your name?" He said.

"Oh! Right! I never told my name! I am Alice and my compagnon here is Kitty. Please to meet you mister Gaster," she said smiling at him as Kitty wave at him.

"Please don't call me with mister! I sound old!" Gaster Said chuckle.

"Oh I am sorry!" Alice said.

"It's alright, my dear~" Gaster said.

The foods came in and both the girl was surprise of the quantity of food there.

"Wow! We usually have little bit of food not that much!" Kitty said as she take a bite.

"Hehe. It's true we don't get alot of food until we manage to exchange some fur or material along the way," Alice said as she take a bite of the meats. "Hmm so tender~" Alice said.

Gaster just chuckles of how adorable they were but especially Alice. He keep looking at her. With his mask on the girl doesn't know what he look like at all. Alice have being curious but keep it quiet. They have being drinking and chatting around all afternoon. Kitty pass out drunk.

"Oh geez, now I need to carry her back to the inn!" Alice said sigh. She was a bit drunk but not enough to pass out.

"She can stay here. It's also a inn. You guys can stay and leave tomorrow my treat~" Gaster said.

"You have being to good! I must repay you somehow," Alice said worry.

"It is fine my dear~" he Said patting her head.

Alice pout a bit and pull his collar toward her.

"Don't said there is nothing I can do to repay you! You must want something!" She said looking strait at him. That surprise him but then chuckles.

"We have talk to so many thing but I am being curious about one thing..."

"Which is?"

"Why would a princess travel all alone to get in this city?~" he said. That take aback Alice. She never once said she was a princess. So how did he know that?

"Who are you? What Do you know about me?" Alice said being defensive.

"Just a simple traveller like you but I am no royalty~ What I know about you is simple my dear. You may have the plainness clothes but you have the most expensive hairpin I never see~" Gaster said pointing the hairpin in her hair. She took out the hairpin and hide behind her.

"I dunno what are you talking about! That was a gift from my grandfather before he die!" Alice said looking away. Gaster look pensive before he approach her.

"Your grandfather? What it's name?" Gaster said whispering to her.

She look at him trembling but her eyes show resolve and determination.

"His name was Ramuh. General Ramuh. Lord of Levin and of thunder," Alice said. Gaster was on shock but it didn't show thanks with his mask.

"I see..." He turn around leave the room. "You can stay there... Have a goodnight princess~" he said before closing the door.

Alice was speechless of what happen. She doesn't know what to do with that situation but she know for sure she must be wary of him and leave the place first thing tomorrow.

Gaster walk away from the building and went to a hallway. He start laughing.

"Hahaha Ramuh! Who would have thought you have pass... You leave me your granddaughter too! Seem like you really paying your debt you own me oh so long ago," Gaster said as he teleport. He end up to a completly new place. It was fill with Monster. He walk toward the palace and went to meet his King. Asgore was there in the throne room like he knew Gaster would come right at this moment.

"Howdy old friend! How was your trip to the Mortal realm?" Asgore said.

"Same old same old... But with something interesting~" he said as he bow to him.

"Oh? Please do tell," Asgore said.

"I just meet with my fiancé~" Gaster said.

"... Ramuh's granddaughter?" Asgore said putting his hands together.

"Yes~ Who would have thought she was a beauty! But also her mana is so strong too~" Gaster said chuckle.

"You mean she was the cause of the ruckus earlier at the markets?" Asgore said eyes widens.

"Yes~ I stop her just in time. She did cause some dommage to the stalls tho," Gaster said.

"I see... Then do what you have to do to get her at the Realm. She must be willing to go with you. That is the deal," Asgore said narrowing his eyes.

"Well if course, your majesty~ I wouldn't force her to do anything. If she is willing who I am to refuse?~" Gaster said.

"Gaster... You may be the God of magic but you are also a trickster..." Asgore said.

"Oh! Asgore! I am doing that only because it's entertaining and also more interesting~" Gaster said.

"*Sigh* she is your future wife make sure she feel welcome," he said.

"I will, your majesty~" Gaster bow once more and left the throne room.

"Time to claim my bride~" Gaster said smirking.
