"Mummy! Mummy!" a young girl came running toward her mother with her friends trailing behind her, "Yes my dearest?" "Can you tell us a story puh-leaasse!!" the young girl asked with puppy dog eyes, her mother laughed and said "All right, All right"

"Can it be about Trolls and Goblins!!" one boy said as he tried scaring another young girl beside him "No! It should be about beautiful elves" another young girl said and they started bickering until the mother said "Okay! This story shall be about True love and how they faced a Dragon" which made everyone go silent and eyes full of wonder.

Once upon a time there was an elleth who was known to roam Shire and would tell stories to hobbits and teach those who are interested in swordsmanship. Her name was Lutheniel and she loved the beauty of the Shire even though she has been to the most beautiful places in Middle Earth still the Shire had a special place in her heart maybe because of the peaceful aura or the smell of various of delicious food or maybe the warm hospitality of the short people, hobbits.

Lutheniel was never the one to stay in one place for her heart yearned to be on the road so if anyone asked her where is her home she'll answer "Middle Earth" she had a peaceful life so far not wanting to head north for she knows the danger that lurks in the shadow but one cool night she met two people who would change her life forever and one who'll make her life even better.

"What are dwarves doing in these parts of the world?" Lutheniel asked as she stood on top of one of the houses of the hobbits the two dwarves looked up shocked and bit startled since both of them unsheathed their swords "Woah there! No need to get all battled up. I am a friend" Lutheniel said as she jumped down from the house and took off her hood showing her pointed ears and brown wavy hair. "Ah, we'll answer that once you also say what are you doing in these parts as well?" the blonde one asked "I am Lutheniel the wandering elf" Lutheniel said all too proudly "And I am Fili" the one said as he bowed "Kili" the brown haired one said as he bowed and then both of them said in unison "At your service" as they both bowed, Lutheniel giggled but her eyes stayed on Kili simply because he didn't look like a dwarf.

Lutheniel accompanied Fili and Kili to a place where she knew so well, the bag end. As they arrived Bilbo was relieved to see Lutheniel standing at his door step. "Lutheniel you have to help me! Dwarves are suddenly appearing out of nowhere!" Bilbo said frantically "Then it must be a problem with your plumbing" Lutheniel said as she tried to hold back her laughter this made Bilbo groan. Lutheniel enjoyed the company of the dwarves especially when more arrived and so did Mithrandir, Lutheniel's good friend since she learned most of her stories from either Mithrandir or from her adventures. "Lutheniel do you have a special someone?" Dwalin asked as he wiggled his eyebrows and Lutheniel laughed at it but then she said "I have to say but I have no one special yet but he is out there somewhere" her eyes then connected with Kili. She doesn't know why but she felt some sort of connection between the good looking dwarf.

When all the dwarves started to sing Lutheniel couldn't help but to dance and sing along and every time she looked over at Bilbo she would laugh at his expression. At the end of the song Lutheniel tripped on one of the small chairs but luckily Kili caught her just in time before she could hit the ground. "Woah! That could've been ugly" Kili said as he looked deep into her eyes, Lutheniel blushed and whispered "Thank you" Kili helped her up and both of them held their gaze until a knock came from the door.

It was decided that Lutheniel would accompany Thorin Oakenshield and company, she couldn't say 'no' to an adventure. Through out the whole adventure have Lutheniel and Kili kept staring at each other but as they took their first stop Kili decided to approach Lutheniel. Everyone was asleep even the Grey Wizard was sound asleep. "Hey" Kili said as he approached Lutheniel who was having the first watch. "It's your turn already?" she asked as she sat upon a rock, "Uh-no! I just thought you might want some company" Kili said nervously, he has never felt this way for anyone.

He often wondered if it was natural to feel this way in a presence of an elf. "Sure! I don't mind at all" she said with a smile which also made Kili smile

-- "Wait!!" shrieked a little boy "Where's the action!?" he demanded which made the little girl's mama chuckle "Okay! I will skip to the par--" but she was cut off by another little girl "but did they kiss? Were they in love?" all the girls sighed dreamily thinking of their very own love story. "Their first kiss happened in Rivendell where both of them were talking about that stars"

"The Stars are so beautiful tonight" Kili said as he stood beside Lutheniel who was also staring at the stars "All light is sacred to the Eldar. I have learned on my journey that Wood elves love best the stars" she said as her eyes twinkled under the light of the shining stars. "I always thought it was a cold light. Remote and far away" Kili said "It is memory, precious and pure... but don't get too caught up in my words you might-- Oh! I don't know fall in love with me" Lutheniel said with a smirk

"No I won't" Kili said "Then why are you standing beside me when all the other dwarves are fast asleep?" Lutheniel asked as she raised an eyebrow, Kili opened his mouth to say something but quickly shut it when he had nothing to say at all. "That's what I thought so" Lutheniel said, she turned around and was about to walk away when Kili said "Yet you are afraid to stand here with me... afraid you might fall in love too" Lutheniel paused for a second but she smiled and simply said "I have no time for love at the moment, I might be waiting for a special someone but I am the wandering elf" but right as Lutheniel turned around to face Kili, in a blink of an eye Kili's lips were upon hers.

Sweet and gentle he kissed her as he snaked his arms around her small waist, Lutheniel was taken by surprise but she couldn't help but give in to his soft lips. She cupped his face and kissed back and she giggled as Kili's small beard tickled her cheek. They pulled back and stared into each others eyes.

"Eyew!!" the little boys groaned and exclaimed while the little girls stared in wonder at the story teller. "What happened with the dragons!!? and.. and... the sword fighting?!" one boy shouted as he stood up.

Ever since their sweet encounter at Rivendell, Lutheniel always kept an eye out for Kili as he did the same. Both were inseparable, like magnets not wanting to part from each other but ever parted then they would always find one another. but as Lutheniel met Tauriel one of her friends who also is smitten with the dark haired young dwarf and she couldn't do anything as Kili looked at her the same way. Her heart broke and as they escaped the dungeons of Mirkwood-- with barrels floating in the water and Orcs chasing them Lutheniel's heart almost broke in half as she saw an arrow shot Kili's leg.

It's to believe that when Lutheniel cried out his name it could be heard all the way from Ered Luin.

Lutheniel took no time in climbing out of her barrel and going over to Kili to help him even if it will cost her everything even her life. "Kili!! Kili!! Look at me! Stay with me!" she cried out as she hunched over Kili's numb body. She cupped his face, ignoring the glares that Tauriel was shooting at her. She helped Kili back into his barrel and as they reached Lake Town Lutheniel quickly went to heal Kili.

The rest of the dwarves went to Erebor to investigate if they dragon-- Smaug-- still lives while some other dwarves stayed behind which also includes Lutheniel and Kili. "So... you like Tauriel?" Lutheniel asked just as Tauriel and the Prince of Mirkwood came to save them from an Orc attack. She noticed how Tauriel and Kili looked at each other and how they fought side by side, she was obviously jealous but she kept her cool. Kili looked at her and said "Yes, Yes I do" this made Lutheniel bow her head ashamed of herself how a handsome dwarf like Kili could like an Elf like her who couldn't even settle down.

"But" Kili started which made Lutheniel's head snap back towards his direction "When I was on the brink of death... the last thing on my mind was... you." Kili said softly and this made Lutheniel's heart swarmed with warmth "I love you Lutheniel, we might not knew each other for a very long time but you were there for me especially when the Spider almost got to me and when the arrow hit me. You stood by my side even if it is a disgrace for an elf to be with a dwarf" Kili said

Lutheniel put her hand on Kili's cheek and whispered "It is certainly not a disgrace my dear Kili, in other elves' eyes it is but in mine it is an honour and... I-- I love you Kili" by this time Lutheniel was in tears. Both Kili and Lutheniel smiled and pulled each other in a loving kiss but before their lips could even touch the other or could even feel its warmth the ground trembled and shook this made everyone startled. Kili and Lutheniel looked at each other with so much love and concern that even the remaining dwarves could feel the aura of their love.

Both Kili and Lutheniel grabbed on to each other to keep each other standing unlike the other dwarves who were already on the floor. Suddenly a loud roar came from the sky and everyone froze in horror even if the ground was shaking "Smaug" Lutheniel whispered out of fear, she wasn't scared but she was unprepared and the thought of one of them, her or Kili dying her heart just breaks.

The trembling stopped and they knew that Smaug was in Lake Town and certainly not for a friendly neighbor greeting. Lutheniel grabbed her sword and sighed in relief because as long as she was armed with her two daggers then she felt safe. "Lets go kick some dragon butt" one of the dwarves shouted as they marched out of Bard's small home Lutheniel looked at Kili and Kili pulled her into a kiss and pulled away "We'll stay together and once we defeated Smaug we can travel Middle Earth together, just me and you. We don't have to get married we--" he was cut off as Lutheniel said "Yes" Kili made a face and said "But I didn't ask you to marry me" Lutheniel laughed and said "But if you ever do then my answer is Yes" when they heard another roar Lutheniel and Kili ran outside to fight the dragon.

"And Smaug swung his tail and killed Lutheniel while he ate Kili like he was a delicious meal" A boy interrupted the story as he stood up and pretended he was Smaug while the little girls screamed in fear. But the little girl's mother just laughed and said "They thought that would happen but... no" this made the little boy frown and sat back down with his arms folded in front of his chest.

Lutheniel and Kili were fighting for their lives even the other dwarves finally and luckily Bard was there as he defeated Smaug with his black arrow. but the war wasn't yet over, they still had the battle of the five armies. Sadly when the battle of the five armies was over Lutheniel and Kili never saw each other and was parted.

"WHAT!?" a little girl shrieked "That can't happen-- Lutheniel and Kili have what some people don't have!!" she argued "And what's that?" the mother asked "True love" she replied

Yes Lutheniel couldn't find Kili after the battle and was claimed dead. Lutheniel cried like she had never cried before. Mithrandir took Lutheniel and together they both healed for their lost. 8 years have passed and Lutheniel still wandered Middle Earth and still thought of Kili each day and each night. Never forgetting about what they shared as a couple, as one.

"My dear, Lutheniel what on earth are you thinking about again?" Mithrandir asked as they rode his carriage making their way back to Erebor for a celebration. Lutheniel knew not of what kind of celebration all she knew was that she needed to go. "Just something" she replied "I hope it is not that dwarf again" Mithrandir spoke "Please Mithrandir he is the last person I'll ever think about because it only brings me nothing but pain" she lied to herself-- yes it does bring her pain but every waking moment she thinks about Kili and not only does she think about him but every slumber he invades her dreams and sweeps her off her feet once more.

They arrived fashionably late to Erebor the wedding was just starting but as Gandalf always says 'A Wizard is never late, nor is he early. He arrives precisely when he means to' as Gandalf quickly but quietly opened the doors to Erebor he quickly spotted the two people who were about to be wed.

Mithrandir's eyes secretly glided to Lutheniel and back to the groom and left to go to his seat but as Lutheniel was done fixing to tie her sword to her waist she looked up and the sight of the bride and groom made her stop. Her heart felt like it was soaring at the same time falling, she didn't knew if she should be happy or be sad. "Kili" she whispered and that was enough to make all the audience including the bride and groom to look towards the entrance where light was coming in from the doors in the dark rooms of Erebor where only the gems gave off light.

Kili was blinded by the bright light of the sun as he tried to look at the person who was standing at the entrance, the person who whispered his name. Tauriel stood in front of Kili in a beautiful sparkling white gown also trying to look at the person. "Who are you?" Kili asked as he tried shielding his eyes from the sun using his hands. The figure in the bright light slowly approached and was finally away from the light.

Lutheniel.

He dropped Tauriel's hands and so did his jaw. He thought she was dead-- well at least that's what Tauriel said to him. Kili got trap under a few wargs during the war and wasn't found till hours after the battle and Tauriel was the one to deliver the tragic news. He stared at his dear Lutheniel as the bright sunlight behind her gave off a glow like she was an angel who has fallen from heaven.

Kili took a few steps towards her and the people all around gasped.

"I thought you were dead" both Lutheniel and Kili said in unison.

Both of their heads then snapped towards Tauriel who looked angered as she stared at the two. Lutheniel was about to give Tauriel a piece of her mind but Tauriel stomped off and ever since she ran from them she was never to be seen again.

"Did Kili and Lutheniel get married?" a little boy asked now interested in the love story. "What do you guys think happened?" the mother asked "Smaug still lived!" "Kili ran after Tauriel" "Lutheniel died" they all started talking at once but that was until the daughter asked "Hey mum! Isn't your name--" she was cut off by the mother's husband shouting "Lutheniel!! I'm home!!" Lutheniel's daughter gasped while the others were still bickering on what happened at the ending. 

Lutheniel put her daughter down and embraced her husband "I am glad your home love" as they gave each other a tender kiss. "Tauriel came after for vengeance" "Lutheniel found out she was only dreaming" the children still bickered "Telling our story?" Kili asked and Lutheniel smiled "What? It is my favorite story" "And they lived happily ever after!!" Kili and Lutheniel's daughter exclaimed making the children go quiet. 

"Actually we are living happily for the moment and even more happy in the future" Kili said as he dipped Lutheniel for a kiss.
